Very nice supper clean fast attending employee I felt welcomed especially since it was my sons birthday he loves these cookies the employees name is Britny I would definitely go again just for the great service.

Literally the worst place for cookies, they weren’t even cooked all the way and the manager Jackie was so rude I was standing there for 5 minutes and I kept asking for help she looked at me and went to the back and when she finally came she yelled at me and said “what do you want” she rolled her eyes when I asked for cinnamon sugar. She threw them at me. As I walked away I saw her drop some cookies and look around and put them back.

I ordered a heart shaped cookie online, when I arrived to pick it up, it was round. Also the price I paid online was $10 more than the actual in store price. I asked why it was not what I ordered he said the wrong picture is online. He called his manager and said the only solution would be to remake but that would take 24 hours. They knew I needed the cake for a birthday that day. Very disappointed. Also the cookie was very hard.

Have loved this particular companys cookies since I was a kid living in Hong Kong. Love that all their branches are pretty consistent with their quality.I would reccomend my favriote cookie (and this has not changed for years)- the simple but loveable sugar butter cookie. Really sit down and enjoy the flavors of this one.Yum.

I show up and ask if they have milk. They tell me they are out which makes no sense for a cookie place. Then I try to buy one cookie and they tell me the cookie costs $2.50 and there is a $3 min for credit card to which I respond I wanted milk and a cookie, not 2 cookies and no milk for your ridiculous credit card policy.

Mrs. Fields is a good place to kill your hunger pangs and to head out for enjoying some superb delicasies.This outlet is located inside the Valleyfair West Field mall and easily acessible from all areas of the Mall.

Staff here is quick and has always been really good with kids. Havent had stale cookies here yet, some times they do run out of the mini ones.

Unfortunately bakeries do not exist in the USA, no more in Santa Clara at Mrs Fields than elsewhere. Can not find a pastry that is worthy of the name. We must fall back on cookies or muffins that are good, certainly, but that generate grotesque amounts of overweight people from the West Coast to the East Coast ...So if youre looking for something to snack on, go to Mrs. Fields, but do not expect to find a wand there.
