Cozy little place in University center with some varieties of milk tea which I have never even heard of. Cant wait to try all of them. I did try the coffee milk tea and it was awesome. The 3 things which I liked and felt unique about this place are :1. 6 Customizable sugar levels2. 4 Customizable ice levels3. 2 different sizes of boba with matching straw sizes and a wide variety of other toppings.This is gonna be my place to go for boba until I try all the varieties 😉

I don’t care where you are in San Jose, this is the place to get your boba teas!! I wish I could give this place 10 stars it’s that good!! All the cups are one size and the flavor of the teas are amazing!!! I’ve bought the Hawaiian fruit tea, coffee milk tea (yes, coffee milk tea!), & the mango passion fruit tea & I’ve yet to be disappointed. You gotta check this place out NOW!!!

There are still ton of communication error. Like they asking me any toping, I said no extra toping. The item is with ice cream by default, they removed the ice cream for my drink. They still have a lot to learn from customer service communication lesson.

Decent bubble tea place. Have a selection of board games to play. They offer decent customization options. Pearls are delicious. However, tea itself could be more flavorful. Milk tea tasted mostly like plain milk, very subtle flavor. They could allow at least customers with accessibility needs use their bathroom. Otherwise, staff is mostly friendly.

Drinks:Very customizable drinks. You can choose from milk tea to regular tea. The sweetness level and ice amount can be adjusted. Overall, the drinks taste delicious. Matcha Red Bean is one of the top 10 drinks here and it is delicious here.Service:They are usually quick to make your drink here. Havent had them mess up my drinks yet.Seating:There are a few seats here and there, but I feel that they can add more.

My new favorite tea place! I wish I lived closer so I can enjoy it more often. I had their tarp slushy mixed with ice cream with red bean toppings :) my first tea place where red bean was a topping option! My two fav things together! It was delicious. 100% regular sweet and it was perfect! Not too sweet or bland. Also place is very clean!

I got a peach tea from here. It was one of the best. You can choose how much sweet and ice in your drink. Like that.

Was sheratea before... But not sure if OMG tea is the same as Sheratea. The cup is cuter, but the drink is similar to Sheratea. Quality is good as Sheratea.

Great place for teas and coffee. We ordered 4 drinks and 5 minutes later they came out. I ordered the iced coffee with pearls and it was perfect. They are extremely fast and friendly and its right next to Santa Clara University. Will definitely be back here.

Did not love the experience or customer service. I ordered an almond milk tea, and my expectation was for a black milk tea base with almond powder or syrup. I was surprised to see a white drink. I asked whether there was tea in there, and he said it was a powder based drink with no tea.Its confusing because theres tea in the name, and my experience with almond milk tea is that there is tea in the Almond Milk Tea.The most unfortunate experience was that when I explained it, there was a blank stare followed by what do you want us to do? It also felt like I had to explain myself multiple times that the tea that I ordered didnt have tea in it.Suggestion: 1) Try Googling Almond Milk Tea and see whether the pictures appear to have tea in it. 2) If they do, rename your concoction to Almond Milk. :0)Oh well. Will not go back.

Watery taro milk, the taro pudding was more taro jelly with little flavor

The boba was alright but would probably not come back. Got a mango milk tea, 0% sweet and less ice. Got pearls as a free check in. The service was really friendly but the drink itself was a bit too sweet for me.

They have some other best bubble tea. Both with milk and fruit flavors. The staff are really friendly. They also oblige to multiple choices of customers which include mix and match of different bubble tea and toppings.

I really like the bubble tea here. I was getting tired of visiting the same places over and over again and so we ended up trying this place. I have to say that this place is really good.The tea has a much stronger taste and from what I can tell the powdered milk also adds a really nice milky taste without sacrificing the tea taste. My most favourite thing here is still the pearls. They were really flavourful and had a really nice chewiness to them.

Good place with great seating arrangements including some high chairs.Good quick service as usual from any sharetea franchisee and well prepared tea. I took my usual Taro pearl milk tea.The one thing they could do is to have a loyalty program similar to Starbucks

I mean, Its a bubble tea spot. Its just fine. My wife thinks it has a mop smell, but I dont pick it up. Its close to our house and good enough that we go one or twice per month. Its no ten Ren, but itll do.

It was 8:40pm. They dont let customer who is pregnant for 9 months use their restroom, because they think customer will make a mess. Three girls work there, less than 3 customers. they said that was the owners idea.

A cozy place with a pretty wide and customizable menu. Their service is fast and its a great place to sit down and hang out or grab a quick drink. There are two entrances, one from the street sidewalk and one from the back parking lot. Parking is tricky to locate, but once you find the garage there is plenty of space. A really nice boba shop in a nice location.

Really good oolong milk tea. Go for 30% sweet and it will taste fine. Overall they have a huge selection of drinks that are solid. You can get better tea on town though. Friendly service and rather quick.

Tea is phenomenal. I usually get Aloe vera or Coffee Jelly, so I couldnt comment on the boba! But im a fan. They got board games, nice tables, ac outlets for charging your laptop, parking, its perfect.

The milk tea here is okay, the flavors can be quite hard to nail down since it can be either too sweet or not right (flavors not mixing well) its a little bit expensive for any drink outside of the regular kind but some of them are worth it. For a sweet tooth i would recommend the oreo creama. Avoid the pearls though, theyre usually clumpy

Consistent quality with other Share Tea (franchise). Fast service. Place is clean and equipped with tv and board games. Great hang out place for students and locals!

So I decided to give this place a shot and try something new. Im glad I did... man I Loved the Okinawan milk tea with boba. It tasted like Carmel corn. Seems like a cool spot for high schoolers and college kids to chill and have a bubble tea exception am neither. So I opted to take my drink on the run. The Service was friendly. It was clean inside and I would come back for that tea again.

The customer service is very good, employee are effective and friendly. Price is reasonable for the area and comparable to other Boba places in Santa Clara. I personally like the flavor of the Boba in Tea-Top San Jose, the most. I feel that Tea-top make the drink more creamy and flavorful.

Would be a more fun place to hang out at if the music wasnt so loud and most of the chairs werent quite uncomfortable.For what its worth, of the four Sharetea locations Ive visited (here, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, Valley Fair), this is the only one that has almond milk tea and sesame milk tea.

Awesome drinks, friendly staff, week-ends and evenings could get busy, long wait, wish the place opens earlier on Saturdays when there is a farmers market nearby.

Ive been drinking milk tea at a lot of different chains and small private shops from norcal to socal. When it comes to Share Tea, they do have a strong unique tea brew, and they got unique tea/milk tea recipes. At this particular location, the fresh milk tea isnt well made and service is below average.

It was nice. They have internet and plugins for geeks and also game cards for those who like to play. The tea were good too.

Well...they were out of the normal size boba, so i got the mimi boba which was ok. Definetely love the normal size much more. The tea tasted great i just wish they had more than ONE size. Tpumps is my favorite....not only because of their customer service...(they rock! And definetely have customer service down!) but they have a 32oz. Thats the SAME price as Shareteas one size. And Tpumps doesnt charge for Boba! Their Boba is marinated in honey which makes it all the more delicious!!😉🌺💝

Very good place to get boba tea I enjoyed the college atmosphere as well as the very good boba tea selection and they have Wi-Fi as well as very fast service. Staff seems pretty much happy and would highly recommend to anyone else.
