While I love their bowls this location always seems to short change you when you order from them. This is my bowl after I mixed in the fruits/nuts. Normally it should be brimming to the top considering it’s $15. I feel like I always get less from this location vs the one down the street which fills it to the top. I don’t know what gives. Sometimes it is higher but for the most part this is the less amount they give.

Most of the time I visit its not very busy. Staff varies on friendliness depending on whose working. Its a nice and relaxing place to eat lunch. They have breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Smoothies,coffee, and juice. Everything is fresh and very good quality. I order through their app often . I love their app, its very easy to customize your smoothie/bowl/salad, you can easily add ingredients or take something away that you dont want.

Ive never been there personally. But Ive got it delivered twice. Very good acai bowls. A large bowl and a smoothie should be enough for two people for breakfast.

Great place for healthy bowls of fresh fruits. The only concern I have is that the açaí base is way too cold. In fact, my throat hurt today from yesterday’s bowl. I’ll go back for sure but I wish they do something so that it can be eaten safely for people with fragile throats.

While I like Vitality Bowl, this one definitely short changes you on the quantity. Normally at other places the amount is almost to the top for a large. This is not the case, especially when you pay this much for some fruit. Twice I’ve come here and it’s the same size. I’ll be driving a bit further and going to the Sunnyvale location which gives you the correct quantity.

Overpriced for the size + quality. The granola has cereal texture and isn’t very crunchy, plus not a lot of açaí, considering the price.

Paid $17 for a large (28 oz) bowl, it came half empty. I showed it to an employee, he did not seem to care. Ive never had this problem at other locations.

I like vitality bowls, they give great rewards per purchase and always have deals going on. The associates are usually nice and remember me as i come here often.Comparing vitality bowls to some other local competitors like Acai R, the freshness and texture of VBs is slightly lacking. The acai seems more like a smoothie sometimes instead of an acai blend. The bowls still taste great but i would like to see the texture improved

Don’t come here unless you want to be voluntarily robbed. They flat out stole my time, money, and all hope in the food industry. I can only wish I chose to go to the grocery store and make my own food this morning. To summarize:1. Food:quantity ratio is berserk. Refer to my photo; the ‘sun dried tomatoes’ included in their sandwiches is singular, not plural. Same with the singular piece of salami. And the 5 leaves of spinach. But hey you get an absurd amount of cheese to replace all that! All sandwiched between two pieces of Dempster bread.2. It took them 30 minutes to make the aforementioned sandwiches. I think this one is self explanatory.Previously I was also treated to their açai bowls – they were pretty good, but I’m not sure that they were $12 good. I’m assuming their value here is because of the higher concentration of açai berries in the mix.

Wait time was long considering the number of people in there. A bit pricey as well.

Vitality bowls have been an easy choice when we wanted to eat healthy outside. We usually buy it as a snack and share a medium bowl. This time we bought the nutty bowl.As the name suggests, it had the deep nutty smell and lived up to its name. The acai and the fruits tasted yummy, and is a perfect healthy snack.PS: Loved the to-go bowl.

Great place for a sandwich and a smoothie

My first time here and they were so helpful navigating their menu. Super good food and reasonable prices. Feel better than getting other fast food options!

Pretty disappointed. I had been craving a smoothie all day and decided to come here. Long story short, I was not allowed to make one substitution. For a ridiculously expensive smoothie you should be able to sub something you dont like without paying above and beyond the already expensive price. At first I was told I could substitute, but then she took it back and told me I could only take out items and then pay extra to have more added in. She said it was a company policy.Once I got back to my car and tasted it, it had very little flavor and was chunky. I used to make smoothies for my job. There is no excuse for a smoothie that isnt blended well except that the person making it isnt taking the time to do a good job. Or the blender being used isnt very good, which would be ridiculous for a company whose main business is making blended bowls and drinks.

This is one of the nicer VitalityBowls locations. Lots of seats inside, lots more outside, and lots of parking space. What’s not to love?Staff was unfriendly and unmotivated.There’s multiple people working, so it’s faster than other locations that have only one person. Açaí bowl is pretty good. I’ll be back.

Seems a little over priced. We went here for lunch. The bowls we had were a little too sweet for my taste for a lunch. I could see sharing a bowl for a dessert.

I been there once and ate Vitality Bowl. I loved it. They simply use healthiest ingredients for their food. The staffs are so friendly with an-excellent customer service.I will visit this place again and again!

I went there today for the first time. I ordered a Dragon Bowl and a glass of carrot juice. The Dragon Bowl was delicious. But the carrot juice was extraordinary! Ive made many fresh carrot juices at home, but never had one that !exploded! in my mouth. I will return.

I come here frequently for the excellent healthy food. Ive not ordered off the bowl part of the menu but they do offer soups sandwiches, paninis, salads, coffee a kids menu. Today must have been an off day for the people that made my bowl. I ordered a few extras and was charged for them but did not get them. Also I had ordered ahead of time on the app and when I got there 15 minutes later I still had to wait. So I was a little peeved today. That doesnt stop me from going back as I understand people have off days. I like the woman who I think is the owner, shes friendly and has good customer service skills. I am a little turned off by the price point and they dont do substitutions for free. If you want something taken out and something else put in its $0.75. Ultimately I keep going for the convenience and the yummy food. Store is clean, plenty of seating .

Went in, paid $16 for a bowl of graviola, fruit, and granola. Waited 25 minutes ..nothing...checked in and they said they were backed up. The shop had three other people in it who ordered way after me. They were filling online orders, I guess. It should not take 30 minutes(no exaggeration, I checked the time of receipt) to get a bowl of fruit and blended smoothie. Never recommending or returning.

Awesome fresh food, cool ambiance, and the most delicious fruit bowls...Amazing acai bowl is my all-time favorite one but some time I eat paninis too which is really great. When you eat your meal served by a friendly staffs with smiley face make sense.

Slow service. I come here regularly but the past few months service has drastically slowed. I put in a mobile order and arrive at the end of the estimated time. 8 people at tables no food for 20-30 minutes. Today it took an additional 20 minutes for my order, so 50 minutes from the time I placed my order. Great, healthy food, poor service. Defeats the point of the mobile order.

The menu items are great! My favorite is the Açaí Elixir smoothie. That one is a have-to-have.

They’re very good. The only problem is they serve healthy juices. If only they had unhealthy, sugary, fruit juices and I would have given it 6 stars.

Place is clean in the upscale Monticello residential building. I was not that impressed with their panini, just stay with the vitality/acai bowl.

Kinda lame acai bowl which is all I tried. Fruit is mostly from frozen, nuts consisted of almond slices and a choice of almond or peanut butter!? The acai froyo or whatever that icecreamy stuff is tasted good, but overall not impressive or worth the money. Want a real acai bowl? You might have to go to Kauai in Hawaii.
