During pre-pandemic you can enter the store browse and ask any staff to assist you. Now days you either wait outside or set an appointment to enter the store. Then your are greeted by your consultant on 1:1 basis to assist you. Intimate and really professional to assist you on what you really want to. You are not snubbed and really will explain details and will help you find the sizes you wanted and order it for you. Will shop again in the future. Impressive.

The sells people over here are horrible, they never explain the exchange or returning policies to the costumers. Watch out when you return they will give you a hard time! If the handle of the purses are stained by 0.00001% they will tell you oh! Its not valid to return and sell to another costumer! Well! It must be a luxury store correct? How come you want to resell my product to another costumer and during Corona! Today they made an exception to return our purse after giving me a very hard time telling me that its not allowable to do so!! Unsafe! Watch out they are thieves and i mean what i say. Sorry Im totally unsatisfied today, and i would love to give this place lower than 1 star for the horrible treatment we got today. Totally shameful and shady.
Awesome customer service. This is our 2nd time buying LV bag. Jeanne is very informative and took time showing us the whole display and never pressured us is buying anything that she showed us. Of course we went over there because we wanted to buy a bag. We didnt go just to window shop. We sure be back again.
I was not too happy with the Pairs one so I wont let my wife to buy any LV bags. It was a surprise that the store in valley fair was so different. The salesman was super friendly. I am so happy with the service.
Horrible customer service. I got to the store over 15 mins before closing and they refused to help me out. I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and they still didn’t allow me to purchase the item. This is why I much rather visit the store in Los Angeles. Their customer service is always great there in like this location.

After waiting in line with 40 other people I finally got invited to go in and then immediately in the second picture once inside the store,the Manager says to me You cant stand here! At one point I said Please stop harassing me! She even suggested I go to Bloomingdales to shop for Louis Vuitton.
Amazing experience and I did not even visit their store! I made an appointment and Jeanne saved me an hour drive by calling me since I live in Salinas, CA. I wanted this super high in demand cobalt coin card holder and luckily it was in stock and we facilitated a phone order! Josh then texted me the next day to confirm receipt of an invoice link and was able to place my order successfully! Superb customer service and I am one happy customer! Thank you both!
This is my second time going into a luxury store here. Ive had a wonderful experience! Luckily, the line wasnt long. I was returning a sweater that I bought online due to the logo being stitched upside down (which is a bit disappointing). I couldnt return it due to using PayPal instead of a credit card, but the SA was very nice and he gave me a shopping bag.
Line was ridiculously long. I went there to return two belts because the belt buckle was falling off the belt due to the hole in the leather getting larger with each use. Since my purchase in March I had used the belt maybe 7 times. The store manager refused to refund the price for the product nor to give me a store credit nor to exchange it for a different one. I am really disappointed at the quality of service from a Louis store. This is a high end product and I expect high end quality. I have purchased numerous items from the LV store and am very disappointed at the service and the quality of the belts. This style of the belt is a defect and needs to be addressed on a larger scale.
The customer service is getting worse at LV & this was the second time I have had this issue visiting the San Jose store.1. First you have to wait outside for an hour just to get in the store.2. Treat people like numbers here. If you arent in line 30 minutes before they close they wont let you wait. EVERY OTHER LUXURY store is open, but not them. They dont like to work here. I purchased my Louis Vuitton wallet elsewhere because of how terrible the service is. Why should I spend my hard earned money at a place that doesnt like to work?
Yvette Vasquez single-Handedly restored my perception and faith in this very popular luxury brand. She is the commensurate professional. After calling, being told my item of choice was out of stock, and waiting in line for 1 hour, Yvette came through like a rock star! LVMH, there must be a better way for purchasing customers to visit store. Please! And, thank you.
The line was long and crowded. Many people came here to buy stuffs and return after they used them. I can see while waiting in line there. Is it a good location to buy luxury goods? No. Plus they have a bad customer service. The girl who walked me in was rude and impolite. I came to spend my money and enjoy the service, not the other way around.

What you would expect. Fine products, high price, very limited number of people in the store. The sales person had extremely gay mannerisms. He completely ignored me and focused on my wife. I thought it was funny yet classic. Most of our time was spent with the check out procedure. Their POS, point of sales system needs a tune up.

Some of the staff are really helpful but some are mean and giving me attitudes. i’ve been to many LV stores and this one i would typically avoid to visit due to the long wait line and some CAs. i would recommend checking out the Stanford LV store if you want someone really nice to help you out.
I was so happy to finally get the bag of my dreams only to be disappointed in lack of Superb customer service from an upscale store after we spent over $4200.00.I decided to get my wallet and purse tag personalizes with my initialsThey promised I would receive them by the end of the first week. We told them that if it was gonna take any longer we could make the trip back up to San Jose from Monterey to pick up the wallet. But they insured me that we would definitely get it within that first week. Only After I had to call to find out the status the girl on the phone lied to me about the shipping information and said I would receive Monday. UPS is tracking it at the end of the week so now it’s been two weeks. I am so disappointed in the lack Customer service and honesty especially paying that kind of money. I would’ve never expected this from and I am in upscale store. I will not be patronizing this store in the future.
Grossly incompetent employees who have zero clue how to process basic transactions like processing a purchase using a gift card. You would think someone employed at a supposed “luxury store” would know something so rudimentary. Don’t even bother calling corporate to settle your issues, they’re even more useless. The line was long due to covid restrictions, since I knew what I wanted they retrieved the item while I was in line waiting and checked me out.
I had a pleasant time this time around compare to the other time previously. Staffs were helpful, but I love Most when shop with LV in Bloomingdales. Although LV in Bloomingdales has limited stock but I Always feel more warm and welcoming.
I couldnt find exactly what I was looking for in the store. However the attendant was able to order the pocket organizer from the website. I guess I couldve done that myself. My wife found a purse she has searching for, so I guess that made the trip worthwhile.

This is one of my favorite stores. But if you are spending a nice amount of money they should automatically offer refreshments. It seems that only some of the sales associates offer them.
Anthony and MaryAnne were exceptional and made the experience alot simpler. They knew how to talk to customers and was extremely kind. Always smiling and laughing which made the purchase process a breeze. Definitely recommend this store. There might be a line though.

Ive been here few times and everyone seems busy even they aren’t but they are helping others who just came in.One time i asked one lady that i need help but she didn’t help she’s too busy doing the display than helping me and she told the other lady that i need help but then this other lady i dunno what she’s doing back & forth going inside maybe to their locker) she never told me anything to wait or just a sec so i waited for about 30minutes until i got her attention.From that time i just go there to pick up my online orders never buy in the store anymore.
Customer service is iffy at best. Ive purchased 3 bags here over the course of 5 years. Im not rich, but I love a good quality bag. There are a few staff members that have been working there for a long time and they know the meaning of keeping a customer happy. However, the newer seasonal employees could use a bit of help on how to deal with customers. Security guards can be rude as well. Im the type to walk in with sweatpants so they think Im just a bum browsing. But then I walk out with a $3K purchase and they say their goodbyes in a completely different tone than when they first greeted me. But at the end of the day, I couldnt care less about that. I love my bags regardless.
Linda always provides exceptional customer service and is very helpful and lets us know of all the newest and upcoming styles. She always is very pleasant and cheery to talk with. I recommend Linda. Shes the best.

The staff at this store is a disgrace to the brand. They have no idea what the meaning of good customer service. They are unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude! Every time I go in there its a horrible experience. I went in to purchase a birthday gift for my husband. No one helped me despite asking for help six times. Each of them told me to wait and no one bothered to either help or get a person to help. I was in the store for 20 minutes and no one offered to help! They staff were too busy talking to each other and just pretended customers didnt exist! I decided to make purchases online instead and pick up in store. I went there to pick up the order. It was 9:02pm when I got there. There were still customers in the store. They wouldnt help me again! The manager Christina refused to open the door to just give me the order which was all paid for. It just needed a minute to hand that to me. They again pretended I didnt exist. Their attitude is stuck up and rude! I am going to return all my $5000+ purchases and will NEVER again purchase LV!!!

The service is surprisingly bad. I placed an order online to pick it up at store in last Nov. Until early Jan the item was still not delivered. I called customer service four times to inquiry the status. I only got reply that item status has not been updated in system and will notify me when it is available. Neither the local store or the customer service have any idea when the item will be delivered. They do not provide phone number of local store to customers.Never saw such bad management and service! Very disappointed !!!

This was my first visit to LV in san jose. I was there to buy purse for my wife. I waited for 30mins in the line. The sales associate didn’t show any interest to sell one and she was whispering with Co-working while serving. I never been treated this way in my life.

I used to shopping in this store to bought gift for my family, feel ok with the overall service. But since Dec.2018 they changed so many staff and every time I visits again, they just give me a poker face and told me to wait. I tried several times to let them arrange a staff which could remember my preferences every time I come back, but one of the new manager just checked my profile and told me I didn’t purchase anything and left! So another 5 business day, my moving deadline almost come, I call the store again, they just ignore my request, and told me they will help me later the afternoon, still, NO REPLY.If you want to have a nice shopping experience and service for your purchase, give up this store! I had to exchange a speedy i bought in hawaii because of an imperfection i discovered when i came back home. it took me forever to get someone to help me and when i did get help the girl accidentally started helping someone else even tho I asked for her assistance first. I had to remind her and she seemed really scattered brain.story short, dont go in the weekend if you want faster service and I got another speedy thankfully it was the last one.

The bag is made in USA!!!Service of this store was pretty bad. Staffs pretended to be kind to you but were not when they started talking. The Staffs explanation was totally not clear when I asked about return policy. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get the bag. I was told someone in the store would put the bad into a box and wrap it like a gift, but it turned out they just put a ribbon around a box. I would not go to this store anymore. Store in Stanford Shopping Center is better.
Rediculous service. How is this store a luxury store if they treat you like another reviewer said fast food restaurant. They barely greet me then ignore completey. They didnt even bother to tell me there was a wait list. I had to wait 10 min because i had to ask someone then they swiftly ignored me again. I came in THREE times over the course of a week trying to get service and still the same. I should leave 3 reviews. They can get the sales which reduces their sales effort. I almost want to kill myself for not noticing the inside tagging are not marked as made in France it has a print saying made in united states WTF? I bought a handbag and a wallet to go inside over $2.800.00 for something MADE IN THE USA. Not that I dont like things made in the USA but for the over price that they sell this things you assume that since theyre selling from a Louis Vuitton store to be AUTHENTIC MADE IN FRANCE!!! Too bad I cant return them since I bought them over a year ago. Lesson learn.

I bought a Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 about a year ago. The quality its not that great. For being a Louis Vuitton purse. I feel like I got a defective Speedy 30 👛 because the zipper was defective its really hard to close i took it back so they can fix it and they said theres nothing they can and thats ridiculous because I spent a lot of money in that store
Worse customer service!!! First of all, no welcome greeting like other LV stores. When you need help you have to actually come directly to them to ask for help instead they come to you. Most of them act like they own the place. When you have problem about the purchase that you just bought not long ago they will give you a hard time and not accept their fault. Overall, the worse customer service Ive ever seen!!! Management of this place need to train their employees how to treat customers and behaving nicely.

My mom and I where at their store December 23, 2015 looking for a handbag for her made in France. They where not friendly, not patient at all and the worst part their bags are made in US nothing against US love my country but, for that much money and the designer brand over price when made in the US. The girl helping us also was rude and did not want to spend the time looking for the right handbag too much money for something made in the US. Their service total disappointment and yes get ready to be judge.

Please explain why supreme its like chryster to mercedez bad bad bad. I mean lv sneaker 850 to 1k nice and good quality detailed made. Supreme sneaker 35 to 95 its prete au port assuming. More like poorly mass produced as they at least used to have good produced quality. A new shoe thats come undone, yeah the deconstruct look is the bomb but it has to be done like yeah thats where the design is derived from cool. Not oh its not finished put together take a page from golden goose gurls the glue still drying is a bad look
