Despite COVID restrictions, my shopping experience was unhindered. Rebecca, my advisor was more than knowledgeable in what i wanted. Never felt pushed. Answering any concern or questions of mine. Will definitely be back again. Oh and no excessive line outside ether.
Thomas the sales person is absolutely delightful and professional. He is a true asset to the store. He had my item already when I got there and showed me other items while in the store. I will be back for sure and I only want to deal with him Thomas he is great

Airport. Been a huge fan of MCM for years, traveled to area just to come to this store. First time great experience as I spent almost $7,000 in cash. Came back a week later because I was given a refund for a bag that I was told was only one and the next day after purchasing it another one was up for sale and they tried selling it to my son. Also took a 200 item back and was told I had to exchange for another product which paying cash a week earlier didnt make sense but I followed orders. A week later I brought a item I had got for Christmas back never used but was told they will keep item but Id have to wait for check refund in mail but assured me it would be overnighted that was over 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. Paying cash I should get cash, period nothing wrong with it and in time frame. They said its policy. No where in store does it mention that. And every time there people are spending thousands in CASH. But Im told they dont have that much cash. I have been lied to and I feel taken advantage of. They arent going to give me product and wait weeks for check. This is ridiculous and I definitely will not shop here again. Also I was told they had holiday gift when I returned 1 item out of 10+ items I purchased there goes that. Even though I still spent $5000+.. very disappointing I love MCM but probably wont buy after this

I like the store because i saw the pic but i got no money
I ordered the original $295 wallet from Mcms website half a month ago. A few days later I got a call from a customer service representative who told me I was ready to pick up my wallet. I went today. I thought shed pack me up and clean me up! But the customer service didnt do that. Take my wallet from the counter and let me check it. I found out by checking! Two obvious scratches, this is a defective! Why do you sell such goods in your store? Then I ask what can be done to solve the problem? They told me that I had to return it myself, cancel it myself, or even replace it with another equivalent! They also told me that Mcms online store is different from physical stores! They cant help me with anything!

So just to give you a overview of the situation... I bought an item online( 2nd time in two months) and decided I wanted to exchange it for something else. I kind of have a list of things I want from MCM. I couldnt remember if I could exchange and item bought from online in the botique stores( i have visited this store and bought many items in the past, this would be my first exchange). So I called and asked. A lady answered the phone and told me yes, and then asked if I was looking for something specific to exchange it out for. I told her no, and that I would be in soon to look around. Then I went to the mall. This being my only reason for coming to valley fair I trekked through the mall for one store. When I got there with the item in its origional shipping box, I was greeted by a Male worker who complemented me on my purse( yes is is also MCM, so is my wallet). I told him thank you, and the told me of the current sales. I informed him that I might have a return or exchange but I wanted to look around first. This guy told me the opposite of what I was told on the phone. We dont do returns from online, you have to ship it back to them. I explained to him that i was told over the phone before I got to this location from someone here that I could. He said that I would have to ship it back. Now here I was ready to spend another 700 to 1000 dollars for a mini backpack or another item just to be told I cant. At that point Icouldnt believe the service I was getting at a place I use to speak so highly of. He didnt even open the box to see what I was trying to return. So rather than make a additional purchase, I walked out and called MCM customer service. They told me that anyone can return to any of their boutiques accept for one location (which was not valley fair) as long as it is in new condition. I hadnt even taken this item out of the box... and neither did the associate in the store.Customer service, however, did say that what I purchased online was a final sale since I used the 20% off. Which was absolutely fine.the guy in the botique could have taken the item out of the box and told me the same thing and I would have still made an additional purchase today. This experience makes me not want to deal with the store location. I own over 10 MCM pieces and have been pretty loyal to the brand and its quality.sorry to say that I will be looking into other brands to spend my money with. On the positive side, I am an area sales manager and I will be using my experience as an example for my store managers and sales associates on why we need to represent our company standards and its policies accordingly, while giving appropriate customer service to all of our customers. The only reason I gave it 2 stars because all my other experiences have been wonderful.
