Theresa is great. She is always so helpful and efficient too. When ever anyone comes in she makes sure to acknowledge them and let them know she will be with them soon. I always go to this shop because she is there. Her co-workers that i have got help from have been good too but she is the best. Definitely a great employee.

The lady at this office fraudulently told me some advice to give my credit for a free phone when I was paying cash and the next day 60 more dollars was added to my account and then after paying the 60 I was charged again in the same month went to straighten it out and she called 911 on me when I had proof from bank statement!! Great customer service here. Alejandra took good care of me, answered all my questions and hooked me up with a phone and Google 1 upgrade in about 10 minutes.

Was charged 17$ for headphones that were broken out of the box. Only bought them because I was reassured over and over (several times) from the manager,that I had seven to ten days to return them. They never worked. Brought them back five days later .she made a face and told me she never said that. They also refused to give me the district management number or corporates number. I was straight up lied to and scammed. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I love the people! Everyone is super nice. I am having a problem getting my long distance service worked out, though. I have gone in twice now explaining where I want to be able to call, and each time I have not been set up with the proper information. They say third times the charm. We shall see.

These people are thiefs I tried to buy a SIM card and they would not sell it to me unless I pay $15 more for them to connect it to my phone when I can do that my self over the phone for free. Manager refused to sell me the SIM card and she rather loose my business. I have been with them for five years and I have three lines If we have the choice to call our selfs and Connect the phone for free why are they taking the choice or opportunity from from us that is not OK

Have purchased all my phones there and have been on the family service plan rate for my cell phone. I prefer month to month and find their staff are helpful.knowledgble and polite.
