Moldy room is our nickname. I have gone here for years on occasion and everytime I get home to find a moldy item, bread, etc. I have gone back and asked for refunds over the years. They also charge more than competitors. On top of it all, as other stores and cdc is relaxing guidelines on masks, you get a 20 year old to complain if your not wearing your double medical mask. No thanks. TJs here I come.
Great variety of items with very helpful and welcoming staff. Love the vibes there!
Healthy, helpful and best place for a one stop shop
A food store with integrity. A longtime part of the community and local employer. Cute side garden for eating food that you buy. You really feel the store and staff care about good food and their suppliers.
They are so nice. I have a small companion dog that loves people and they love her. She is so excited to to shopping. And they always have something me I just love.
Valentine was kind, and knowledgeable. If I need a product he gladly took me to its location. In addition, The food Bin had numerous vegan options. Meats, cheeses, and pastries.
Im so grateful for this incredibly sweet little locally-owned market. Truly archetypal in its organic roots.
Lived here for two years now and stopped in for the first time today. I didn’t want the hassle of dealing with Safeway for just a few items. I got some super fresh and yummy produce. Decently priced. They have a ton of items in such a small store I was blown away! I will be back for sure. Bonus: they carry healthy dog treats!
Expensive but awesome otherwise! Super kind and helpful staff. Personally I love the Herb Room. It’s a very unique little place with everything from tea, to supplements, oils and more. Lots of bulk spices too
Funky and smart. A good mix of the old fashioned corner market with organic foods and bulk. This place has saved my dinner plans more than once.
Food Bin is a small high end convenience grocer. It is a bit pricier than some of the larger markets in town, but everything is high quality. Sometimes I feel like I end up spending less money here, because they dont sell as much; so, i only buy what i need and not a bunch of pointless impulse purchases (like alcohol). Also, be sure to stop in the Herb Room for specialty items that are difficult to obtain elsewhere (and free tea!!!)
Ive been here a few times over the yeaes, but I am not really a big health food person so its not somewhere I go out of my way for, but I went today and I realized how good the quality of the food is, and they actually do have foods that I like, and they do carry some name brand items that I like too. It is definitely very expensive but I would prefer to shop local when I can.Good job food bin!
Still going strong. Always find what I need and other stuff I just want.
Best selection of herbs and oils! Very knowledgeable staff. shop local!
Wonderful local place for all ur herbs and a lot ur food needs here!
Always a friendly place. :DWonderful, but small selection. This is a great local market and a place to stop for adventure supplies and sundries.
I really like this little store, some of the staff are super sweet and engaging! They have a fun selection of organic food and fresh produce, however their prices are not affordable unless you have a lot of money.
Wonderful small place with surprisingly large selection and very good quality. More expensive, but you can buy exactly the amounts you need of most things, so no waste. In the end I save money here.
The one and only old school health food store. Love this place.
Great place to shop and support your neighborhood. Great source of natural foods too!
This place has a good selection of herbs. Unfortunately, the staff here have attitude issues. They come across as snobbish. They have been known to harass people simply based on the way they look. They want to drive off those they view as riff-raff. I suspect if you drive a Lexus and wear dress clothes they will treat you O.K., but come by in an old pickup truck and jeans and they wont appreciate your business.
Small and compact. Excellent selection of produce. I landed here in 1975? 1977?
The foodbin was okay, not exactly a place id regularly visit though.
Old hippy feel to it. Real nice and friendly
Small, qwirky, local grocery. Interesting holdings. I love shopping here.
Cute little avocados and they seem to always have watermelon for you to try
Small, and smallish selection, and a bit pricey, but very warm and friendly and helpful and conscientious. The music is unusually good for a market, and they have a nice community feel.
This place doesnt front they are authentic to the core about serving the community with quality and care!!! Love it!
Been here forever - trusty late night hippy grocery store. Love it.
Lots of local and organic products. A little pricey, but supports a great small, friendly business.
Always amazing staff, but high high prices.
Youve experienced the rest, now experience the best! Its all about the experience.
