I love all there stuff just they never have my size

No funko pops ( only the bad ones that been there for weeks ) no band tees, jewelry or nothing. Went down hill order online you won’t find nothing of you interest

This store has completely gone down hill for sure....they dont care about their customers anymore which is sad because I really like this place. Keep up the terrible service and youll end up gone like all the other stores. Thanks guys.

I really really like hot topic but theres this one worker there that was really mean to me my last visit so Id just say be careful with the staff I guess? I didnt catch her name. And also if you want to text their makeup ask first, I just learned that.

Worst hot topic ever no music no customer service

I love the store a lot I just wish the prices were lower and the store was more bigger well the one at the Santa Fe mall the people who work there are so nice and helpful

Small place, gets crowded with few people in there. Love the stuff they sell, especially all the graphics T-shirts.

I’ve always loved HotTopic and I normally never have a bad expierence here. The employees are super nice and helpful but there has been two times I’ve gone and the same person was a bit rude and snooty. The first time I went was for hair dye, so I asked for it to be unlocked, she asked what color I wanted in a rude tone, I told her what color I wanted and which brand. Then I asked if there was developer for the brand Arctic Fox and she said really quickly and again, rudely, I don’t have that and quickly closed the sliding door to the dye.Second time, same person, I got a bath bomb and some erasers. The bath bomb however didn’t have the tag, so I told her and asked if she could get a price for it (it was the only color of that one) she grabbed it from me, snickered and said it’s broken you don’t want that sweetie. It wasn’t broken, I wouldn’t buy it if it was, and then she asked for my ID when I was trying to purchase for the earasers and I was paying in cash. Again, she was rude.

I love the things they sell, its pretty much the only pace in Santa Fe that sells good band, anime, and other merch like that. The workers are really calm and nice
