Got some boots online twice they didnt fit finely found a great pair at boot barn service waz great they even streched them for free i should have come here in the first place cuz i always get my sonz timbers there and the staff was awesome so very helpful with lots of knowledge of products in store and on line will come back more often great prices on merchandise and great variety

Rude female workers made me not purchase a vest I was going to buy. I was waiting at one of the registers because the guy there said it was ok for me to wait there since there was no line. When a worker tells me that is not the line, but I mentioned the cashier said I could wait there since he was about to be done. About a minute later another female worker tells me that the line was on the other side. And the other girl very rudely said she wont move. Did not feel like speaking to the manager or who knows if one of those two was the manager, but decided just to leave. Too bad it is the only Boot Barn in town it was a horrible expierence. Sad to see how rude people can be.

I come here to buy all my boots, belts, socks, pretty much everything. If you like cowboy/western style or just wearing quality clothing, come here. A bit expensive but the have the good brand name boots and many styles to choose from.

I bought a pair of their Shyanne Jeans, because they were adorable and fit well, but they ripped at the back pocket after only a month of wear. Terrible quality for the price. I will never stray from Ariat jeans again!

I went in for a pair of boots. The boots werent in their size areas. That made it very hard to find boots. The computer said they had my size in a pair, they couldnt find them. Had things been organized, we probably could have. Larger boot size selection was pretty slim. Ill just order online from now on.When I worked at boot barn years ago, if our shelves looked like that our manager would have cracked the whip.

Wonderful place for western wear and of course boots. If you are visiting our area, believe it or not, come in and look at the boot selection. Its actually pretty amazing to see the creativity of western boots.

We were visiting Santa Fe on business and suddenly needed steel toed boots. We dropped into Boot Barn and they went out of their way to find what we needed and help us break them in. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Sorry we never came back to use the steamer!

Worst customer service in Santa Fe. I was looking for a particular pair of boots from my husband for Christmas. I wanted to get the local store my business as it’s also just shopping online. I called to find out if they had them in my husband’s size. He wears a EE, so they’re usually are so many of those, maybe one or two pair in a size run. The lady on the phone told me that she doesn’t want to look because it would take too long to look through all the 10 1/2’s. I asked her if they were all tagged with a different color, like they are in all the other Boot Barns and she said that they were not and she wouldn’t help. I decided to give them another chance so I called back to ask for a manager. The same sales person answered the phone and said that they are in fact tagged with a different color but that the tags fall off and she still didn’t want to look for the boots. I asked for the manager. I heard her asking different people “hey, do you want to deal with that lady on the phone?“ Ater a few minutes she came back and said that the manager is busy. At this time I decided that I was going to take my Christmas money elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly, avaIlable for questions, and helpful. When my desired boot wasnt available in my size, they custom ordered it, actually saving me money. They also answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Next time I need boots, Im going back here.

Worst Boot Barn ever. We were the only customers at that time and the only clerk didn’t even took notice of us when we approached her. Instead she continued her what seemed to be a private phone call.

Got a pair of work boots here about a year ago. Staff was helpful, but not entirely knowledgeable. Prices could have been better, I have a suspicion theyre higher here simply because its Santa Fe.

Bought a pair of carhart pants, tag said it was a 40 x 32. Was in a hurry and didnt check the inside for the size. Turns out it was a 31x 40. So, dont have pants for work. Thanks for nothing.
