Owner never acknowledged our presence after shopping for 10 minutes. Went back the next day to exchange a pair of socks, and the sales clerk couldnt have been more rude.... Wheres the magic?

If I could give it less than one star I would. The selection was good, although pricey, but Ive never seen such rude and unhelpful staff. The shop-keeper couldnt have cared less if they had customers or not - so condescending and aloof! Definitely lost a sale!

Love love the customer service here. Incredible. Bought a pair of $23 socks. First time I’ve ever spent that much on a pair of socks too. When I got back to Virginia, I wore them and immediately knew they were all wrong. The heel went way past the “designated heel”! They kept falling down my calf and I don’t have the skinniest of calves...rather athletic. I contacted the store and they were so accommodating. After discussing what happened & what my preference was, they asked that I ship them back and just yesterday I Received my new pair which I absolutely love. They fit perfectly in every aspect. Thank you thank you thank!!

Excellent selection of socks, the biggest Ive seen in a single place. If you are looking for that something special this is the place. Just dont expect much from the help. They were rude unhelpful, and didnt seem to know or care about the customer.
