I ordered an item to be delivered within two weeks and my card was immediately charged. After three weeks with zero response to my emails, I cancelled. Two months later they still have my $108. Never again.

Well they have blocked their Facebook page as well... so here I am..I was on their page as I have tried every other means to contact them regarding an order placed 12/16/2020 online as I needed holiday themed pieces and the stores stated they were running low.My money has been taken and there is NO movement, have been NO updates, and NO contact in response to my attempts to get an update. I have left emails, voicemails (they arent even picking up their phone). And when I got to their FB page I was shocked to find that I was not alone.I did not expect to see all of the unhappy customers. Well, add me to the list.I think it will be fair to say that most of us were completely understanding of the COVID issues and skeleton crews etc. I was. What is REALLY pissing me off is the lack of communication. It really seems like they are avoiding contact with any of us.They left curt messages in regards to shipping dates/the holidays/and COVID complications on their website, I checked again on Monday, no updated information.Our money has been taken in a super timely manner. I get their marketing emails multiple times a day, so SOMEONE is working (I know this can be somewhat automated, but some marketing collateral is being designed and put up), but every time the emails show up just pisses me off more, as I STILL havent heard back from anyone.I love their designs, have worked with some of their pieces as a finisher, was impressed, and I was happy to shop local this year. I ordered two days before their stated Cant guarantee shipments arrival dates due to holidays and COVID, but I am seeing that people place orders in the beginning of December and earlier and THEY still havent received their orders.Even then, Nambes customers are just asking for contact and they offer none.I really wanted to send these gifts to my family all over the world, but I am now going to contest the charge to my card and cancel this order.Did you have an outbreak? Why can we not get ANYONE to respond?? THAT is the problem. I can understand the challenges we have all experienced due to the pandemic but if you are taking money you are in business and have entered a contract with your purchasing customers. You have to honor your half of the agreement, which is shipping your product.Somebody do something our you will have a hard time recovering from the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICELet us know what is going on. If I knew the product was coming I would continue to wait.
