Had a problem with a ring I bought at the Wild Horse. Ash said to send it back to him and he would fix it. Was a little nervous about sending jewelry from Indiana to Santa Fe but I did. It was fixed and returned in perfect condition. Ash did exactly what he said he would. That’s rare these days. I believe he’s a man to be trusted. Thank you sir.

My ring had a stone fall out less than 24 hrs of purchasing. I paid $20 to mail it back to Wildhorse, they fixed it and sent it back to me then the ring had a different stone fall out less than two weeks later. Now they will not answer my calls or call me back - Ive left 2 voicemails and called 5 times in the last week. I do not want to keep paying extra money to mail my ring back for repairs every two weeks. Very disappointed in quality and customer service.Update: The store has responded since emailing them and have accommodated all of my concerns. Thanks to Ash for responding and offering to pay for the shipping and sending a new ring.

In my experience, Ash does an unusually good job of assessing what you are already wearing in terms of jewelry to guide you to what he has available as a match. His selection is stunning! Ive gotten many, many compliments on the bracelet I got from him that was a big chunk of Fox high grade turquoise he gave me at a very good price! Wonderful experience and first authentic purchase. Ash was patient and knowledgeable with us which was key because there is really no way of knowing who to trust for authentic Native American pottery and jewelry. Shop elsewhere but buy here.
