I will start with complimenting the beautiful collection of jewelry and art in the store and the great customer service I received. However, the necklace I purchased completely fell apart after four days, despite being taken care of. It was disheartening to see four hundred dollars just fall all over the floor from my neck without even owning the piece for a week. Since I am out of state, I anticipate there is not much I can do other than take the loss :(

I ordered an expensive statue from the picture on their website only to find out after paying that that piece had been sold and that they were going to substitute a yet to be created replica by the same artist. All fine art is unique and I wanted exactly what I ordered. They gave me a very hard time before finally issuing a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

My wife and I attended a True West gallery opening. As we just moved to Santa Fe we quickly made new friends and found a great bolo from Monty Claw and earrings from Joanne Douglas. The selection at True West is perfect for our tastes and the owners are incredibly friendly. Its a must visit when in Santa Fe!
