It never fails that for some reason FedEx never can bring my packages to my address even though it’s a super simple easy address to find. There’s literally only two houses on my lane. And both addresses are highly visible with marked numbers. And on the couple occasions that they did find my address I found one package tide to a tree and another one just left on the road right in the middle of the road where anyone could have run over it. These delivery drivers are careless and absolutely incompetent. And it doesn’t matter to them because nothing ever happens to them no matter how much you complain about them. The only thing I can wish for is that they get the exact same karma they deserve for causing people like me to lose hundreds of dollars.

Dont use FedEx drop boxes. The drivers pick up packages and can easily steal by not scanning the tracking code!!!!! They steal!

Ive always had a good experience sending things overnight from this FedEx location. The staff are friendly and usually pretty fast even if there is a line.

Chris the manager is Great! I was an out-of-town vendor at a conference and my handouts did not arrive by mail for my booth. Just before they closed Chris made sure I was taken care of and even helped me find the most economical options. I only wish Chris managed the store where I live!

Very unhelpful staffer here at about 3:30 dec 27. Totally disinterested in our business. Very untypical for FedEx staff. Forced to go to competitor with very helpful staff.

I had to scan and send information for my college kid. I found this branch open and rushed over on my break from work. The clerk was so helpful. He got me started and then answered my questions so I could finish up quickly. Thanks again.

While we didn’t actually do business with this particular FedEx store, my wife and I were greeted and eagerly assisted by a gentleman named Brian. We had foolishly gotten very far from our room rental late this evening and with the sun going down and some seemingly unsavory characters slinking about we were trying to get a ride from an Uber. Our first attempt ended with our driver never showing. Our phones were far too short on battery to attempt again and the long dark walk back seemed too daunting. We went into the FedEx store and told Brian of our situation. He got us a phone charger and happily waited patiently for us to be rescued by another Uber. My wife and I are deeply grateful to you Brian and will always remember the evening a friendly FedEx employee eagerly helped two thoughtless Okies get rescued. Thank you Brian for your willingness to help. I hope your actions are rewarded.

Every time I come to this location the staff is incredibly rude and acts as if every customer interaction is an inconvenience.

Quick printing out of our boarding passes. Downloaded into my smartphone, then emailed to FedEx. Easy peasy, and great service.

I use this store regularly and they have always been knowledgeable, gracious, and the work has been done on time and to the standard I expected based on the prior agreement.

Consistently understaffed at pickup desk and slow. There are usually other employees not seeming to be doing anything who do not help regardless of a long line of people waiting.

I came in with a box to return to Bed Bath and Beyond They insisted that the box was defective requiring me to buy a new box. The next gentleman that came in got hit by the same scam. There was nothing wrong with either box. They were rude

Sorely understaffed and what staff there is moves extremely slow, the lines are long and it is torturous to go here almost every time. Its like going to the Post Office or the DMV. Even though its located in my neighborhood, I avoid this Fed Ex as much as possible.

Theres almost always a line and it moves slowly. If I try to call, many times the phone rings forever.

Cost of shipping is 4 times compare to post office. Staff is rude!
