Horrible experience!!!!!! We were told to drop off our vehicle at 9am. We arrived and were the first vehicle there for the day. We were then told it would take 3 hours to install. We walked around town for 2.5 hours in the heat and I am pregnant. We returned 2.5 hours later as we see him working on another vehicle and talking to a friend. We could see our vehicle hadn’t been touched. When we asked him about it, he seemed confused and seemed to forget he told us it would be done at noon. He said the other guy wouldn’t be in until noon to help him and that he works on vehicles in the order he receives them. He clearly was working on his friends vehicle that arrived after we did. He was unprofessional and didn’t communicate clearly. We drove 45 minutes to walk around for 2.5 hours and then had to drive back home another 45 minutes and still have a cracked windshield!! DO NOT give them your business. There are other options in Santa Maria for $40 more that will come to your house and install and save you the trip dealing with this guy. Stay away from this business!!!

My car window was broken on Monday evening. I quickly filed a police report, insurance claim and I was told to expect a call by the end of the next business day.After not receiving a call back from any service repair agent I searched local window repairs and came across Auto Glass Plus. The man who serviced my car was incredibly fast and on the same day quoted me, ordered the window, and had it installed by the end of the business day. Prior to calling him, I had called over 7 different businesses and he had the best and affordable price. I highly recommend him, he did an excellent job.

My two driver side windows got broken on Friday on my 2019 Accord. So I called the salesman that helped me with the purchase at Rocket Town Honda to see who he recommended, he told me that they use this shop for all there Glass needs so I called and they told me that they can do the job the very next day. They did an awesome job you cant tell anything ever happened I highly recommend this shop!

Had an emergency Saturday and called them around 2pm. They answered and said theyd call back if they had the window. I never received a call back. Today someone else called, apologizing for the weekend and if they could take care of the part for us. They responded quickly and with a great price. My truck looks great now. Thank you!

My family really has a hard time keeping up with bills especially when given a ridiculous fix it ticket for a cracked windshield to just add the icing on the stress cake. After Knowing that windshield replacements go from $300 we waited as long as we could to get some money together in order to get it replaced in the allotted 30 day period to fix the windshield. On the very last day possible I got my windshield replaced by this place for almost half the price I wouldve paid at another shop. The guy who owns this shop is super awesome, nice, professional, and quick! I arrived a half an hour earlier on accident and gave him a call not knowing this and he then notified me I scheduled it for 3 and thanked me for not being upset he wasnt there! When my appointment wasnt even for another 30 min! Totally my fault and this guy was sweet enough to thank me and give me a discount for being so easy going about a situation that was my fault! Super pleasant experience all around and am very happy about my new windshield! Thank you!!!

I have to say I have been blessed to come across this place. Leo was awesome and is my super hero, first off he gave me a much better deal than the other 10 places I called then gave me 10% military discount but here’s where he became my hero...We was talking while he was putting the windshield on my truck and I told him that hopefully soon I’ll save enough to get my brakes done because I needed brakes all around. He asked me how much they was gonna charge me and I told him $800 and that I had half and he offered to help me when he was done with his jobs, I thought no way he would come back but at 6:00 p.m he was back so he tells me that with $300 I can buy all 4 discs and brake pads and he was gonna put them on we drove to AutoZone and got the parts an hour and a half later I’m driving my truck so I figured he would let me pay him in payments. So I asked him how much did I need to pay him and his response was : YOU ALREADY DID THANK YOU FOR SERVING! I am incredibly thankful cause I can drive instead of riding my bike to work... Needed a window replaced because it was broken by someone So I called here and made and appointment because they has the best price around. A guy came out to replace it and it looked ok but After inspecting it closely I realized he hadnt put the door panel on back correctly and the window was loose. Also there was a bunch of broken glass left inside the door. Aside from that there were a bunch of deep scratches on my paint and door panel. I called the guy back, he came out and fix it but left a plastic hanging and a lot of glass inside still. Finally I took the whole door apart cleaned it up put it back together and problem fixed. They charge cheap but youll get what you pay for. Seems like they rush the work just to get to the next next job.
