I went to caliber collision after getting into a front end accident in my 2014 Toyota Tacoma resulting in a need to replace my hood, fender, driver side door, radiator and AC components. I expected to get quality parts and work done based on all their 5 star reviews. Unfortunately this was far from the truth. After receiving my truck one week late I noticed quite a few problems with it. First I noticed my driver side speaker was non functional, after further inspection I noticed my headlights were wired wrong (one high beam one low beam)upon returning to get it fixed they were not aligned resulting in 3rd trip to the body shop. Furthermore my wheel well liners were not replaced, there was polishing compound splashed all over my engine bay, various parts of my car and interior, my drivers side fender was loose and popping out while my front bumper was left sagging and not in it original place. To make matters worse the paint on my door (that was replaced by a recycled one) started to peel which showed the paint from the donor vehicle still underneath and the fitment of the replacement was not exact. Although most of the problems were address by the regional manager Jason Gill after about 7 trips back to the shop I still cant help but feel the work on my car was sloppy and rushed leaving me uneasy and with a strong urgency to trade my truck in. I would have thought that for a $12K insurance job I would have at least got a OEM door (Im almost certain my hood and fender are recycled parts) and quality work. I would highly recommend a different body shop as I would hate for anyone to experience what I experienced resulting in lots of wasted time. I can definitely say they do not live up to their slogan. The rhyme of my life was NOT restored. They do not deserve the 5 star rating shown on google as they entice their customer to leave a good review with the lure a $5 Starbucks gift card. PLEASE BEWARE.

I had a great experience here. I was directed to caliber collision through my insurance after someone backed into the side of my car. The team was very welcoming and highly accommodating. They took care of dents and substantial paint to my BMW. The work was done in a week; they even offered to pick me up and drop me off locally as I have only the one car. Super nice! I can highly recommend trusting the team to help with your repairs. Their pricing is fair and the repair quality was excellent.Cherry on top: my father got a flat tire taking me to the shop for pick up, they quickly rallied and helped us make a pit crew like change so everyone could get on with their Friday night! Super classy and nice.

Caliber Collision in Santa Maria repaired both our vehicles (one rear-ended, the other broken into) with patience, curtiousy and perfection. Two days before we were to pick up our truck from the repair, my car was broken into and deemed undrivable. Caliber took the car in to keep it secure until they could begin work and invested extra time in getting our truck back to working order ASAP so we had something to drive. They went over and above all to make life a little easier for us in a stressful time, and our vehicles came back looking brand new. I have all confidence in their work and highly recommend them to anyone.

I came in because my door molding was falling off and jorge the service advisor helped me get it reattached and made it look like New again i know where i Will be taking my car for future repairs thanks again!

Im currently working with them on a few minor issues and reserve from the right to post anything until its resolved okay problem was taken care first of all i never had a problem with the repairs they did a fantastic job it was with a employee witch is no longer there i appreciate them taking action with that person Ive been in the automotive repair bussnise my self just not in body work so i would strongly recommend this place the manager will listen to you and will do what ever is needed to make sure your taken care of one last thing great job on taking care of me.

I took my Moms car which was previously mine since it was new into Caliber Collision. Someone in a parking lot raked their bumper 3/4 way across its back bumper. CC literally went above and beyond in completing their job. This car has had great care since I bought it and CC took great care in their service in a myriad of ways. Im more than pleased!
