Need to stock more hair and a bigger variety please.

I went to Sally’s here in Santa Maria Yesterday and a female employee with blue and blonde hair was extremely rude to me. All I did was ask her if she could help me find something. She said that she was only checking people out with purchases but the lady behind me in line also needed help. She rolled her eyes and asked what I needed and when I told her she said over there. I asked her to please come show me. She stomped over and pointed to the product without saying anything and walked off. The lady behind me who was also waiting for help witnessed her Behavior and she walked out of the store. My 81 year old mom also left. Whoever does the hiring for this store needs to take a hard look at who you are hiring. You lost 2 sales in 5 minutes. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.

Staff is very friendly. The store is small but usually has what I need.

I cant wait intell you come back please let me know 3 weeks before this all happened. I finally found something that works for me. After 15 years of not being able to die my hair Thank you so much. Stay safe. And know I will be there as soon as you are.

Never had problems. Employees are cheerful, maybe a little distracted or busy, but helpful when you get their attention. Got what I needed no problem. Its the same as Sallys anywhere.

I am enjoying Silver hair, so went to Sallys for shampoo and conditioner. Saved a lot!Very nice staff.

The reason Im giving it a one star is because their employes dont know nothing about hair products. When I ask them a question. There just guessing. A employe recommends me a product it damaged my hair completely. When I asked her if it was going to damage my hair she said no.

Great place for the professional or the do it yourselfers. Alway helpful staff.

They have a lot of good choices for hair dyes, but the people dont really approach you to ask for help. And they all seem like theyre bored being there. Not the best atmosphere.
