Two of the nicest ladies ever. I needed a measurement for a wedding out of state and they took the time to measure me even though they weren’t making my dress. They were so kind and sweet. 5/5!!!! I will definitely use them for future events.

Beside the small and crowded place their customer service is horrible! A while back,I went looking for my quince dress, at first they were nice and friendly ig just trying to make us buy stuff but after,their customer service was literally horrible!!!!! First of all the lady ordered my dress too big and said she couldn’t do anything about it. We asked if she could order a smaller dress but she kept saying “no no it’s your fault” after all She was the one who measured me. They also started humiliating me, calling me fat ect..After that my aunt And uncle went for a dress and a tux but they never called her saying it got here one week before the wedding! She had to call and make sure her dress was here. Besides them not calling at all she needed her dress altered and they didn’t bother to do anything to her dress. For the Tux they didn’t mention it was only for rent after paying $500 and additional $60. The lady with the short hair and cubby was being disrespectful over the phone, screaming to take the tuxedo within the next 15 min before the tuxedo guy left or else we would be charged $100 for not taking it on time (keep in mind we have already paid 500$ and they didn’t tell us it was for rent)

My daughter was going to be in a wedding and the bride used Casa Blanca for all the dress alterations. When I took my daughter in for a fitting, the owner kept commenting on my daughters weight, called her fat, and brought her to tears. She was 10 years old at the time. I sent my daughter to wait with her father in the car and then lit into this woman. Normally Im not confrontational, but when it comes to my daughter, I will be! By the time I was done, she was apologizing and offering to do the alterations for free. I took the dress, walked out, and had a family friend do the alterations. I went over to my daughter and reminded her that she is beautiful and sometime adults are mean and wrong. I will never use this shop for any of our formal wear needs.

Very nice staff. We ordered a rental suit for hoco. They had the best prices.

Love the customer service and variety of dresses and taxedo for different occasions & sizes your looking for but for the parking lot i may say make sure you have somebody drop you off because it dont have a space to park your car. other than that its perfect.

Walked in the store while the employee was attending another customer. Looked around and found what we wanted inquiries on and waited but received minimal attention. We After about 15 minutes of waiting, her family comes in. She leaves the customers shes attending with an excuse me and greets her family. She talks to them for the nect 20 minutes and pays us no attention so me and my lady left. Well before we left we were able to squeeze in a question about fitting a dress and she said whatever it needs will be covered for free. My lady went a couple days later and got a dress from there, due to price, but still wasnt pleased with the customer service. She irdered her dress and ut didnt come the day she said it would and took a week longer. Ut worked fine since we did it ahead if time but there was lack of communication and we had to call to get an update. Well the dress came in and she said she would have to charge to fit the dress because that part isnt covered . Definitely not a place im visiting or recommending. 2 star for prices....
