When I went to buy my dress, I was very excited because I finally found the color I was looking for. I bought it and told the lady to iron it for me. She told me to come back in the afternoon. When I arrived I was not ready; good for me. While she was ironing it I looked at many imperfections that I had not noticed before. I asked her if it was used, she answered no, it was new. The dress was heavily stained with white. When asked why, she said it was the water from the iron. Then look at the dimples. The label was very old, and the size was no longer visible. She said that she had had it for 5 years, and as long as people tried it, it was erased. Later, I saw that it was altered from below, and very badly cut. (I know about alterations. My mom and brother make up their clothes.) When I asked her the reason for the alteration, she said it was too long, it had a long tail, and I cut it short. Why alter something that didnt need it? She got upset and told me that if I didnt want it, not to take it with me. I said no and get my money back. She said no. I was arguing until he told me that he would only give me half until the next day. Finally, she gave me part of my money because she charges to use the card, even though she doesnt have a sign to let customers know. He was upset because I made him iron the bestido. After 5 years it already needed to be ironed. I complete my money because she told me to upset her already. I went to buy a NEW Davids bridal gown from Vera Wang for $ 60, when comparing a USED gown from Impressions for $ 50. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If I could, I wont give it a star. When I went to go buy my dress I was veryexcited that I had found the dress I was looking for. When I bought it, I asked the lady to iron it for me. She told me to pick it up in the afternoon. When I came back it wasnt ready; great for me. While she was ironing it, I saw many imperfections I hadnt noticed before. I asked her if it was used, which she said no, it was new. The dress had white stains in which she said it was the water from the iron. I also saw that it had little holes. The tag was very worn out and you couldnt see the size of the dress. She said she had the dress for 5 years, and from all the people trying it out the print from the tag erased. Then, I saw that the bottom of the dress was altered very badly. (I know about alterations because my mom and brother do alterations.) When I asked the reason for it, her response was because the dress was to long, it had a long tail, and she just cut it. Why alter something if it isnt asked for? She got upset and told me if I didnt want it, I didnt have to take it. I told her to give me my money back. She refused. I stayed arguing with her, until she agreed to give me half until the following day. Finally, she gave me part of my money because she was charging me for using my card; although, there wasnt a sign that said so to inform the customers. She was complaining that I made her iron the dress. Anyways, it needed some ironing after being hung for 5 years. After continuing arguing, she gave me my money because she said I annoyed her. I ended up going to Davids bridal where I purchased a NEW Vera Wang dress for $ 60, versus a USED Impression dress for $ 50. I would not recommend this place for anyone. If I was able to give no stars, I would.
