Amazing customer service all the way around... he spent over a hour helping our son figure out which shoes work best for what! The Manager was also so helpful and friendly. We will be back every single time we need shoes again!!! Great Team!

(first time customer) I was charged an extra $5 for a mistake one of their employees made while pricing the shoes. The tag said $90 and both the assistant managers told me Hibbett Sports does not adjust their prices despite their mistake. It almost feels as though they purposefully misprice their shoes. They have a $10 discount and a free 2 snacks for subscribing to their alerts but that is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The attitude of one of the female assistant managers makes me not want to return.

The service here is horrible!! When I walked in 3 employees were standing there talking. They did not greet me or other customers and did not help with sizes to shoes or help answer any questions.

We stopped at this store while visiting Santa Maria on our way to Big Sur. We had a really great experience with the staff amd left happy with two new pairs of shoes. They were knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. If youre in the market for any sports-related gear, id definitely recommend this spot over some of the other chains.
