I have no problem with coffee but I do have problem with the wait time. I dont get why the owner/boss only has 1 person working during rush hour in mornings when there are at least 3 cars on each window and its backed up and have to wait almost 30 minutes just to order a drink!! So if you start work at 8am i suggest getting there at 7am cause they will make you wait and make you late for work!! I guess the owner/boss doesnt want to add another person on shift or is too cheap to hire one more person!!

The drink had a decent taste but small cups for the price. I didnt see the value.

Cafe food and the scene here is excellent. Got there about three, it wasnt crowded. This place has a good atmosphere. This place has positive reviews for a reason.

One of few coffee shops in Santa Maria that is not a Starbucks. Theres a drive thru for those who dont want to get out of the car and the service is very quick and friendly. I tend to like getting out of the car because it gives me a chance to move my legs but the space inside doesnt have a menu! Which is fine, just thought I should note it down. Otherwise, great local coffee and would come back again!

Great coffee. Not bitter. They also have good deals. The Mexican Mocha is especially tasty, nice blend of coffee, chocolate and cinnamon.

Convenient drive-through coffee spot. One of my favorite spots for Thai tea. This time I tried the Vietnamese blended coffee and it was delicious.

I ordered a latte and my wife ordered a chai. My latte was pretty bland (even with an extra shot). When the lady made my wife’s chai, she grabbed a spoon out of a cup of water on the counter and stirred the drink. Seemed completely unsanitary to me. I just left the drinks on the counter and let her know I was disappointed. Not worth getting sick over

The food here is always fabulous. Small menu so food is really fresh and based on what is good that day. The salmon and St Mercellin to start were great as was the pigeon. The mille fouille to end was delicious. Popped in and found a spot by chance - Ive always wanted to go but its always very busy.

I always read negative reviews with the thought that perhaps they were just having a bad day and maybe it wasnt as bad as they said (bitter much?).And yet I had to - in all honesty - give it three stars and I will explain because there were good things and there were bad things, but the three-stars was for the coffee itself.What I drink is called a cortado which is two shots of espresso with an equal amount (give or take) of half n half. No sweetener, no frills. So I taste the coffee, not flavorings or whip cream or whatever.My first indication that something was wrong was that the coffee was served in styrofoam cups. Had I read anything about styrofoam cups online, I wouldnt have even stopped in.I am not a person with airs. I am not obnoxious. But I like espresso, GOOD espresso. And the reality is that you cant take a hot beverage that has nuance and put it in a cup that, like it or not, adds a chemical flavor. There is no way around it. And so for the coffee itself, it was only a three-star coffee (I read the description and three stars was its okay...vs two stars which was I disliked it. Thats too strong of a dislike).The woman at the window who took our order was VERY sweet and I would give her FIVE stars!If you drink your coffee heavily flavored with syrups and sweetened milks (like almond) then you will probably love them AND -- to be completely frank -- I would still prefer to give my discretionary cash to a mom and pop business than to leviathan Starbucks.
