This Starbucks always does such a great job of making my drink! I’ve never visited this location and not noticed how much better my drink tastes 🙃😋🥳

There was some wait time but it moved fast,got my pumpkin on!!So Yummy 😋 so friendly, great service.

Because every time I go there....they make me feel like a CERO (0).I order black ice te whit soy milk,they just poor a little soy milk,.I didnt like it.

Usually have no problems at this Starbucks. I am a repeat customer many times over and have been since. However, order several drinks and not a single one was right but didnt find out until I was on the road. Check your order before you leave the parking lot. It is a one time occurrence for me but still its frustrating even once.

Long lines, but staff is really good with quick service.

The staff there are the best! They go above and beyond most baristas. They make sure that you feel like family and are always welcome and know all of the regulars by first name. This is one of the better Starbucks Ive visited.

The order was half right and the drive thru cashere seemed rude durring our drive thru visit

Im not the type to write reviews but once I went to this Starbucks I had to. Chris’s customer service was amazing!!!! Unlike any customer service I’ve experienced before. I will definitely be coming to this Starbucks more often!

This location is horrible bad customer service! They just left our coffee just sitting there mine and 5 other drinks. I was expecting my name to be called? The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. There’s many other locations don’t waste your time. How do they not know about their drinks like when I worked there I even made up drinks how does she not know what Keto drinks are even showing her a picture from another Starbucks on the ingredients.

The team here at this Starbucks is always enjoying themselves and you can feel it every time you come in. Everybody is always very happy to be there and it is infectious. Not all Starbucks locations are like this either. You feel like youre part of the family when you come in here and you can sense how they are sincere in providing great service. This is what sets them apart.Otherwise, its a standard Starbucks with great drinks but with an even stronger heart beat which are the people that work here.

Starbucks ice tea awesome internet connection awesome.. quaint place to meet for drinks and catch up with all the latest gossip with your friends. Starbucks gold card is the quick way to get your drink and go if you are short on time.

The Starbucks on South Broadway in front of foodmaxx is great for chilling out for a couple hours. The staff is always nice and welcoming. A few have even taken to remembering my name when I came in which is nice and reminds me of the small coffee shops from college where people made you feel like you were part of something. My heart does darken though over then amount of homeless that come in to use the facilities or charge their phones. I wish more could be down for them. Some are clearly experiencing some mental and hygiene issues. But none are threatening (as opposed to some of my experiences in larger cities). Most just want to charge their phones, use the WiFi and maybe drink some water. God bless them and their struggles. This sb location, has a professional and kind staff who provide fast and excellent service!!

Amazing service a calm environment to either just enjoy a cup of coffee, meet up with friends or get some work done. Plenty of tables and chairs to get comfy. Also plenty of areas to charge your devices if needed.

Best water in town (dont drink from tap here, the entire towns pipes are old and water tastes fawl), 2 something for just coffee where you could make it at home for 30 cents. Their WiFi is free though and their staff are good at their job. I recommend the brownies.Just sucks that SWAT was called because outside moron was waving a gun

They are so fast for such a busy place, and even though I dont come in very often they remember me.

I love ordering my white chocolate mocha with 2 pumps raspberry with soy with wip cream so good great customer service . The atmosphere inside is nice and clean

Cafine junkies beware. Got or cold, sweet and salty. No matter how you like your drink or desert, your sure to get your fix here. If you like egg and spinach try a breakfast wrap. Or grab some treats to go. Take some for the whole office... what ever you do dont be stingy, we all like a little this and a little that. Trust me!

Sorry to say but being in this location makes it difficult to get into. I actually got sick from drinking a peppermint mocha. Not aure what happened there, but wont order it again.

The customer service was great. Very speady. Baristas were friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the menus helped to find a great drink. Shop was clean and organized.

Went to the drive thru to get hot chocolate, coffee and warm pumpkin bread to drive around and look at lights before Christmas. The store looked empty and only one car was in front of us. Took over 20 minutes to get our order. Hot chocolate and coffee was luke warm and only one piece of bread was warm. Ill stick to my usual Starbucks on Main Street.

Laid back atmosphere. I went there with family and friends. I didnt feel like I had to leave. It had plenty of room for people to seat and talk. I had great time with people here.

A worker named “kai” was very rude to my mom. we asked to use the remaining balance on my app & she rolled her eyes at my mom. very unhappy with the service.

This Starbucks site is one of my favorites because the staff prepare my Caramel frappuccino exactly how I like it!

I go here everyday coffee they always have new stuff I recommend it to anybody quick and easy drive thru

I love Starbucks it depends on the store and who the barsita is to decide on the customer service at the time. My favorite is the ICED TOFFEE NUT MOCHA WITH COLD BREW WHIPPED CREAM TOPPED WITH CARMEL AND SALT.❤❤❤

Im kind of a diehard Starbucks fan. Love it, love everything about it...except for the was the drive-thru is set up. The street gets backed up often and Im amazed there havent been more accidents.

Friendly staff, Good Location, and (do I really have to say it?) great Starbucks coffee.

Most Starbucks the Brisas ask for your name and care, the one we had it seemed like it was an imposition on their time. Drinks were perfect.

The fraps that i got look more like water and no ice on them but the taste was good with extra caramel

The baristas are always friendly and give excellent service.

Very cozy, perfect if you need to do school work, and have a comfortable lunch.

This is a good Starbucks, large area to hang but lacks electrical outlets to run and recharge phones/computers. Overall its ok but not great.

I try to stay away from this one because they always mess up on my order and I’m always headed towards work so I go inside to order because the drive thru is usually long the one on Betteravia is definitely my favorite I like the new orcutt location but the drive thru is so close to the window and only a one way turn
