The California classic.... in this particular Branch does great ...wonderful service, wonderful friendly register people. I like the fact as a company theyre trying to get people more aware about addiction and addiction of all different ages and its a charity theyre trying to get it behind. The food of course great I had the double double animal style which I recommend. If you want to know more about the secret Google it lots of information about it. The staff all know about it and dont even blink an eye. The fries were fresh and I think if I ordered again I would get them animal style as well. I also added peppers to my burger to give it a little bit of heat which was really nice. Its about expectations and it has met mine and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys or needs good quality fast food at a fair price, not expensive.

As always the food was great. I just wish it were quicker and the drive way was a little easier to navigate. We had to sit in the middle lane of the street for a while before the cars moved enough to get in. Staff was great and courteous!

They definitely stick to their name as youll be In-N-Out of their fast food drive thru in no time. Each time I went my order was not only fresh and proportionate, it was great presentation as well! Also, though it was a large order each time, it was never wrong. The staff at each location visited was very caring and professional! I will definitely visit again!

The employees seemed distracted, maybe understaffed. Ordered 2 double burgers and crispy fry. The window where they usually review the order and take payment was closed. I ended up paying for 2 burgers and 2 fries, one regular and one crispy. When I got home I found 2 overcooked burgers, 2 undercooked fries and one sort of crispy fry. I usually love In n Out, but I will be taking a break.

Keep the menu simple,Serve good food at a slightly higher price than competitors,Pay employees slightly more too.Dont franchise the business and lose control of product, personnel and profit. Its In-N-Out. If you need a review to sway you, I dont know what to say. Decades of routinely being the best hamburger on the West Coast (Im a Native Texan and partial to Whataburger) are a sound testament. Restaurants are always clean, staff is always courteous, and the Secret Menu is the stuff of legends.If you want a burger and fries, do In-N-Out. Go Animal Style.Oh, and the Neapolitan Shake is a must have.

As always, the burgers 🍔 are great animal style rocks! The shakes are okay,I wish they wouldnt whip so much air into the icemalt. Other than that they are Consistently good 👍.

Drive thru went faster than I expected. I had to deduct a star because of the messed up French fries I got. Someone fried up some black spotted potatoes that were hard. I threw some away but took a picture of the last bit. Someone needs to work on quality control. Ill upload a pic of the nasty stuff

In and out is always a great choice! This one has a nice parking lot with a little grass patch that you can let your dogs out. It also has a secluded eating park off to the side. If you are traveling with your dog it is a great stop!!

Never been to an In-N-Out before, and while they were definitely not true to their name, the burgers, fries, and shake were absolutely perfect!

I tried in n out because everyone in the area said it was the best thing in town. Got the double double, wild style and it just wasnt that good in my honest opinion.

Since I live I South Carolina, it has been 4 years since I have eaten here! Boy do I miss these delicious hamburgers and fries. This location was really busy! Even on a weekday evening. Dining in can be tricky but by the time your food is ready, a table should be available. We all left happy and full!

Its a typical In-N-Out; friendly, competent people; burgers, fries,and drinks we know and love; long but efficiently run drive thru. This particular In-N-Out has a grassy area to one side of the parking lot which is nice too eat in and is particularly helpful if you happen to be stopping with a large group. (lets hope we can start doing that sometime soon . . .). Are they perfect 100% of the time: no. But then no one is; instead I think the real test is how they handle their mistakes when they do happen. In my experience, they try to make it right as quickly as possible with a smile and a real apology.

Theyre always really friendly and they got our order correct. Surprisingly they were very fast last night we didnt wait very long . I live on the East Coast now Im visiting for a short period and we dont have ANY In N Out locations I really missed their burgers. Went for dinner yesterday with my family was not disappointed the workers were very friendly and professional I appreciated that and the food was delicious.

The restaurant was full at 2 pm on a Saturday, but the order came out fairly quickly even though there were a few special orders. The food was great, without any unpleasant surprises. The restrooms were clean and the restaurant, although busy,, wasnt overly noisy. We had a great meal, got in and out quickly, and would definitely stop here again.

Iconic place has become too generic not special anymore. But I got the no bun Burger really good for saving calories.

Its an In-N-Out...the staff, the food quality, facility cleanliness and prices are always +5 stars. Not sure how I-n-O has remained this consistent for so long but I certainly appreciate their effort and excellent results.

As a born and raised Californian, I love In-N-Out. But the one here in Santa Maria always disappoints me. The food is ALWAYS cold and I get a hamburger because my mom cant have cheese and they put a ton of cheese 9n it every single time. Today was the first time out of coming here in 3 years that the fries were actually cooked but the burgers were freezing cold. Really disappointing.

I havent had In-N-Out for at least 15 years. They had a line of cars in the drive-thru that was stretched out all the way to the road, and for good reason! If I had any clue how great the food was going to be I would have gladly waited twice as long! Even though the line was that long I was there for a total of less than 15 minutes Id say. And I ordered a standard cheeseburger Animal Style with fries and a drink. It was the best fast food burger Ive had in years!!! 10 outta 10!!! I believe that is the best fast food burger in existence. And the fresh cut fries were great too, but they still paled in comparison to the burger lol All of the staff I interacted with were sincerely nice, courteous, and helpful to boot! So in closing their burgers now rank at the top of my personal tier list along with Krystal regular slider hamburgers (when cooked correctly) great job In-N-Out!!!

Went inside for limited indoor dining seating. It was clear drive-thru customers were given priority. Our burgers sat completed near the order prep area several minutes while many drive-thru orders were handed out through the window. Finally had to wave someone down to get the food wed ordered several minutes earlier.

I dont like in and out. Theres no selection and the burgers are nothing special. I went to pick up a burger and fries for my son and the line wound up going around the building. Just the smell of the burger made me sick. I told my son hes never getting an in and out burger again.

Wow! Talk about a fast food restaurant that has got their drive thru process down! The line looked long but they move the cars through quickly! We had a big order with lots of special requests and they nailed it in a short amount of time!

Warning. Like most In-N-Out burger locations its packed. Driveway backs up into the street. If you are eating in your vehicle drive across the street and find a shade tree in the former Costco parking lot.
