The store manager allows the employees to improperly wear their masks. If youre into that, this place is for you. If you value public health and safety, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Friendliest staff of any grocery store Ive ever been to. Management truly cares about the customer service and overall organization of store. The never disappoint. If you pay close attention to circular and coupons they have some stellar deals. Wide variety of products and theyll even special order items for customers. Feels like a small town store in a large town.

Great store lots of choices. Great food. But many times theres nobody around to give you a hand and the employees that I dont seem to want to help you.

Major renovation going on. cant find anything do to constantly moving items location. Higher prices.no breaks for loyal customers.poor planning on the timing of this disruption. Or maybe it was intentional to take advantage of a captive COVID-19 customer base who have little choice in alternative stores????Investigating other stores further away and not local...

For general purpose groceries this is my default. A reasonable selection of produce and meat, enough of an ethnic food isle to satisfy many needs, and most of the popular beverages make for ready one stop shopping.

This place makes me feel like Im doing something wrong when I shop here. I dont steal. I dont know what the problem is.

This Albertsons is always a pleasure to go to. Its always clean and well stocked. And its a plus since I live right across the street.

Albertsons is becoming very expensive. Also they are reducing the national brands and pushing their Signature brands. I dont like 99% of the Signature brands and have thrown out many full 6-8 quart pans of my dishes that I have worked for years to get all the flavors just right. My cooking and recipes deserve the best ingredients.

So rude! All I wanted was balloons and the lady with the curly hair was just being so rude talk about bad customer service! The lady’s in the bakery’s were busy but yet treated me respectfully and very welcoming !

Ive been here a number of times and here is my opinionMeat department- excellentCheck out staff - greatHot food (cooked fried chicken, tri tip, etc) the younger ones arent very polite. Ordering with them either gets you mumbling, eyes rolling, or eye brow lifting.

Went in this morning to order a small cake for my Veteran Daughter and got turn down even for the smallest detail like can you change the small fondant bow on a already baked small cake a different color not the whole cake got turned down again wow and thanks for nothing.

I like to go here in the evenings when there are no crowds. The store is well lit and very clean. It is unbelievable how well stocked they are. Unlike a lot of stores in the area, this one carries family sized meat packages. Instead of having to buy 2 packages of 2 steaks you can buy one package of 5 steaks. Its just more economical. Plus the meat is of very good quality.

I just want to say that Albertsons Bakery makes the best birthday cakes ever. I always purchase mine and and my daughter cakes. Today is my birthday and I’m so happy to have shared my day with family. Every year, I order a different flavor today’s cake 🎂 white with raspberry filling. Taste like a wedding cake, extra soft and delicious...Thank You So Much Albertsons Bakery in Santa Maria.

I love their cakes back in the part of the store. The employees are very kind and friendly. You can find most everything you want there. Prices are going up everywhere!

Worst Albertsons in the area, dirty, limited selection and unfriendly staff. I usually drive to the Albertsons in Orcutt for a better shopping experience.

The people who work there could be a little nicer. They dont even say good morning when you come into the store they look the other way or down at your shoes. They need to learn public relations.

One of the worst Albertsons in Santa Maria. Its obvious that management is USELESS! They have signs everywhere telling people that its required to wear a mask inside the market But there are people who dont care, walk around with no masks and no social distancing and the management allows it. So, then why tell people that masks are required??? I wanted to talk to management about it and the manager laughed at both my mom and myself and told us that If we didnt feel safe in her market to go somewhere else.

Its a clean store and I have been able to get the things I need. Most of the staff is super busy, but the deli staff is great and helpful if you have questions.

Large grocery store with a wide selection of items. The produce section could have a larger variety of seasonal fruit and also mushrooms, but theres still a good selection.

I like to shop at Albertsons. Its ok! The clerks are allowed to help and even take you to the isle. Its clean and I feel safe 😃 shopping at Albertsons. I do believe some prices are high. At this time with the pandemic its expected.

Very convenient on the south side of Santa Maria. Really big store with lots of options. Actually a Safeway or Vons store so prices are the same.Has US Bank inside, drop-off cleaners, really large & nice floral dept., as well as nice bakery & deli dept.Great supply of adult beverages. The meat & seafood counters are well stocked & like the variety of fresh fruits.The lines were extremely long for checkout but nowadays this seemed normal.

Glittering groceries! I feel so comfortable going to my Albertsons grocery store . I like the way it is set up: there is a beautiful display of flowers across from the Starbucks concession to the right; customer service, clean restroom and pharmacy to the left. They have a deli and bakery with super helpful employees. (My family loves their cakes and I love their chicken and potato salad!Everything is so organized and convenient. On the pharmacy side you can find just about every over- the -counter personal item, and I have found last minute gifts in that part of the store.It is a great store and a great location - off McCoy and Broadway in the Arbys shopping Center. It is easy to reach from any part of the city.

The store has better quality meat and produce, but all items are significantly more expensive than competitors.The store used to have the best customer service, but as of the last year the service has deteriorated to the point that it is on par with Walmart and not worth the exorbitant prices.Now they’ve removed self checkout and you are forced to deal with the bad service.
