The checkers there have always been awesome but today I was there with my two year old (who is a handful but a beautiful one) and this checker was not helpful at all.He asked if I want bags I said yes please and he just stacked my grocery up and glanced at the bags on the counter .I paid and still was struggling to bag and he actually clocked out for lunch and left me there.i was like WOW

A little disorganized but definitely lots of good products buying a bulk is always the smart thing to do

Very glad to find dairy free cheeses and some organic produce but need to have more...and personnel who are knowledgeable about these products and where they are located.

The stores parking lot is filthy. There is trash all over the parking area. The front of the store smells like urine and trash all over grounds and parking . I am not going back. I dont know why Broadways store fronts and parking areas are not cleaned up. All of the Broadway stores all the way down to the highway, it needs to cleaned up. Trash everywhere.

They keep a well stocked, clean facility with a friendly and helpful staff.

If youre buying bulk at smart & finals best way to go if you trying to save money

Excellent customer service, it was a very long line and Manager open 3 more registers and maybe 30 minutes wait turned to 5 minutes.

Never coming back.Bought a big pack of beer, while I was still in the store after paying. My husband called that he got a better price at foodmax. So I asked to return But they say I can not return it. The store manager said they have a policy No Return. We will write to the corporate.

I recently started shopping at Smart and Final in Santa Maria, Ca. I really like the produce and the store in general. I have started doing a lot of shopping there instead of FoodMax. I would like to see Lite and Fit Greek yogurt stocked better, some economy sizes like the 18 pack. I buy a lot of that item. Your hire knowledgeable workers.

My husband and I just moved to Santa Maria and I am wheelchair bound. We had our dog with us so my husband waited outside while I went inside to use the restroom and do some grocery shopping. Well an employee assumed my husband was homeless and told him he could not stand outside of this grocery store. This store had lost my and my husbands business for ASSUMING!

Everything is great, but you need a couple more checking...2 people at 10 am was not enough

Ok so my grandmother is handicap and so she uses those electric carts and after she was done shopping I took it back in but it was beeping like crazy and I couldn’t find a way to turn it off even after going to my car to ask my grandmother so I asked the male employee with a mustache that was pushing carts as he approached the door for assistance in turning the thing off. He assisted and I apologized for the inconvenience cause I understood that asking him to help me would’ve taken him away from whatever task he was doing and I just felt bad but then as I was walking away he says under his breath and I quote, “yeah everyone’s sorry”. If my grandmother wasn’t with me I’d have been able to talk to him about my issue with what he said but she needed to get home. So now I sit here in my home angry at not only his rude remark but at myself for letting it slide. I get that people have rough days I do but stuff like this is unacceptable.

Youve got to be kidding! Figueroa Mountain Brewery rocks. This upstart brewery has won more medals in recent years than any other craft beer maker I believe (caveat) in the country. Just check it out. You wont be sorry.

Great customer service well stocked always has everything I needed and always come out s happy shopper. Great for business or coorporate purchases also great for homes needing to buy in bulk.

Santa Maria store, mgr.with lousy attitude kept teller customer s waiting to get checked out. She in hurry to be out before 5pm caused errors. Sad sad thats why better arroyo grande and San Luis ObispoVery friendly and helpful.💓

Not one of the nicer smart and final stores. Poorly stocked and generally disinterested employees. I usually prefer to drive to arroyo grande store.

Good store with normally good prices, but lately prices have jumped up, some quite dramatically (I.e. 3lb bagged salad from $2.99 to $6.99). Produce is a little more expensive than FoodsCo but cheaper than Vons/Albertsons.

You get good value for the money, the vegetables and fruits are fresher, and the prices are competitive if not lower than other supermarkets in the city. Some of their team members are moody at times.

Awful service and rude staff!! Service manager will walk right in front of you and the completely ignore you. Costco is a much better option for sure!

Didnt have the same stock the Arroyo Grande does. Floor staff was next to impossible to find and then kinda rude and unhelpful. Guess Ill have to stick with Arroyo Grande. They were great.
