Went to make a last minute run to grab some milk and water, it was 20min tell and the guy standing at the door claiming to be manager of the store refused to let me shop there. He stated they were closing early but had no reasoning...wow. just lost a customer.

They have great prices! However the meat goes bad FAST!! They have to be changing dates on the meat. Chicken ALWAYS goes bad in 2 days. I buy meat at Foodmaxx now and the rest none meat items at foodsco.

The lines are kinda long but I am patient. also the stalks are good some the price is ok but the only problem in Foodsco is the lines they do take long but I am patient but I would give this a 4.8 because its a very good grocery store.

Just bought this at foods co this morning and couldnt belive the exp date on these sausages. I hope i can get my money back

Its ok. I stand by my statement of other grocery stores. Somethings are cheaper here then elsewhere. But cheap is not always the best.

It would be great if the store was a bit cleaner. They have good prices and good customer service.

It was fairly okay, they didnt have any sanitizer to clean up the grocery carts when I walked through the doors the alarm kept going 📴 even when I walked out the alarm went off 5or6 times I walked in and out of Foods co.i couldnt get any one to get me sanitizer I asked the kid that handles The carts and he brought paper towels all that they had was window cleaning fluid so thats what I used.every thing was very expensive.

A young lady Paola (Cashier) took her time to talk to me and have a great conversation and still be fast an efficient checking out She’s the only one I go to to ring up my items!! The rest of the employees are okay

I love this store and do the majority of my shopping here and have been since they first opened up. This is a well kept, stocked up and friendly place to shop. I go in knowing I can expect to get smiles, hellos and conversations with several with whom work there that I have become friends with and some who are friends Ive known since childhood. I never have trouble finding what Im looking for and their prices beat every competitor grocery store. They always have great selections on all items needed on the shopping list, plus they make some bomb fried chicken, chicken strips, etc. 🍗🤪🤪🍗👍👍🍗

Went to ask a employee a question and was abruptly cut off with a wave of her hands and was told in Spanish she didn’t speak any English. ? That was my last visit to your store. WOW

Easy parking

Everything here is disorganized! Nothing is where it should be and it’s constant chaos.

Everything here seems good and the prices are great. Checking out is easy and usually fast when you have 15 items or less. Huge selection of items you cant find in other grocery stores in town and its open 24/7. Parking can be a hassle on the weekends.

I always have a good experience. I know from ads what l want, l go straight there and get it. Always clean and well stocked. Professional and helpful cashiers. Good prices and good parking available. Parking is important as l am handicapped. Also has gas station which has lowest prices in town.

This is where I do all of my grocery shopping. The prices are lower than most of the big chain stores, although their variety is not quite as good, I can usually find most everything that I need. The best part is a discount on gasoline. For every 100 points you earn a month, you receive a 10 cent discount on an already cheap fuel. By far, the best place to shop.

Fine,easy to fine item I went in for. All reasonably priced at. Came back with more items than I went in for because of specials and was able take advantage of reasonable gas price for my too with savings.

Love this store because although it is SO BUSY, I never have to wait in line. That says they value the customers time. Always great prices. In stock. Fresh veggies.

Excellent place to grocery shop. Good over all pricing and discounts. As well as, 3 small clearance sections. Needless to say the lines have been long on most occasions with not enough registers open. Small price to pay for an affordable grocery store and very good customer service. BTW, bathroom was clean as well.

Foods Co in Santa Maria is a neat & organized store filled with fresh fruit & vegetables, delicious baked goods, a nice new meat & seafood department and a variety of other stock items. Their check stand clerks are friendly & accurate. Their check out lines are short and your transaction will be smooth & quick. Plus! They have a gas station with reasonable prices. If you spend $100 (Doesnt have to be purchased all at once. Can be accumulated through the month), youll get 10 cents off the advertised price of gas. I recommend shopping at Foods Co. You will be enjoy your shopping experience!

Good deals. Their meat department is one of the better places to get meat in santa maria. the seafood is kinda sketchy though. Produce is okay.

I came from 10 miles away for the gas prices and come to find out they have their prices higher than listed. Go to another gas station dont come here

Very unhappy late night experience. I’m a night owl so I rode my bike across the street to this large, empty store at 3:30 AM. Being the only customer in the store I brought my vintage, collectible (expensive) bike Inside and locked it to the empty flyer rack. My only objective was to pick up a watermelon and four fresh ears of corn for tomorrow’s planned all-day painting session.I’d just picked out the right $7 seedless watermelon when a stern voice came over the intercom demanding that the owner of the bicycle remove it from the sales rack “Right now!”. I had to forego the fresh corn as I, the only customer in the whole store, was hassled to unlock my bike immediately.That late night watermelon will be the last thing I ever buy from this downright unfriendly store. There are plenty of other stores in this beautiful little city to spend my food dollars in.

The people working here are more friendly than most stores. They actually pay attention when you go through the line, instead of talking to each other as they service you. Lots of veggies.

Food Phil is a good grocery store they have everything you need at a reasonable price unlike Albertsons foodco has a lot of specialty stuff vegetables youre not going to see anywhere else mostly for the oaxacan field workers they have a good meat department the marinated chicken leg meat is really good with the fresh baked torta rolls makes a fat sandwich

Great meat department but the produce department is messy and the produce isnt that fresh. The have a large variety of items. But the store just seems dirty in general. Employees seem okay with thier customer service. Checkout is fast .

Rude management, rude cashiers, long lines. Not a customer friendly grocery store at all. Tried to pay with a good check but expired ID, they looked at us like we were criminals trying to pull a scam. Also denied a friend of mine from buying beer, because I did not have ID (I wasnt making the purchase and am 27 years old)Wish Vons was still across the street :( Worth paying a bit more for a more friendly enviroment.Avoiding this place like the plague from now on.

It gets crowded friday-monday but the rest of the week is perfect for bulk and regular shopping

Foods Co Fuel is awesome, this place has the same pricing as the Arco on Blosser and allows you to use your credit card (rewards points yall) which adds up over the course of the year especially if you have a Costco Amex card 3% back on fuel (its going away at the end of March :( here ). Never the less fuel prices are lower here for our non e85 vehicle which gets fed supreme to run like a champ oh yeah!
