Tony! You’re a champ! Came in to have my headlights cleaned and oh boy did I need it, I had no idea they could be this clean. It’s a safety hazard to have the limited visibility of cloudy headlights... glad I came in to have them cleaned up. Awesome service, 30 minutes in and out.

What a pleasant surprise!I was referred to Valet Detail Service by a friend to repair the dents and paint gouges on the bumpers my 2008 BMW. The dealer wanted to replace the rear bumper and paint the front: $4,500.This place is not the BMW service center with the fancy personal agent and the coffee bar. This is the neighborhood garage, owner operated tire, service and body shop, located on two side by side lots near St. Johns Hospital in Santa MonicaThe shop is busy with activity; there is a good mix of cars. There a lot of young clients there, which likely indicates that they are fairly priced. The quote for my repairs did not include any unnecessary work, like replacing the bumper.The owner, Ted and his front desk staff are attentive and genuine. “I’ll be right with you; I need a minute to finish with this customer”. He took a quick look at the work that needed to be done, quoted me a price (which was significantly less than the dealer), I signed a piece paper with my name, contact information, notes of the repairs required. The repairs were done in the time promised. I didn’t have to call them. I got my car back washed and polished. My car looks and smells brand new.

Ted and his crew took amazing care of my 2016 Escalade. He was able to get a discount on the headlight from Cadillac and the paint and detail work look as good as new.

Fast, friendly service! I had some scratches and dents on my car and got fixed up here with no problem. Even working together with my insurance was a breeze. I would definitely come here again for any future body work.

Even though they sound like just a detailing shop from the name, they also do collision repair -- and Ive had the unfortunate need to use their services in this regard twice, with my s2000. Not only has the car been restored to perfection, but they do a great job making sure it comes back to me looking shiny and beautiful. Ted is very knowledgeable about collision repair, both through insurance and not, so I trust him to do the right thing with my cars.

Best place around for a detail. Most other places you cant even trust to get all the dirt off of your car-- this is one of the few you can trust to do that, and go beyond for a proper clay bar, polish, and wax, plus the interior steam clean and whatnot.
