Taking a car in for repair is already stressful enough. The people that work at the Lincoln location were a pleasure to work with. They always called back, they are so nice and so professional. I highly recommend them.

My insurance company recommended. i jumped at the chance bc it was a few blocks from my house. i took my car there after a front end collision. Moderate damage. The”service advisor” Richard Ponce was helpful when i dropped my car off. Afterwards he disappeared- zero communication from him today (Friday) i called 5 times- no call back.I’m the one who has constantly been calling for an update throughout this progress. My car was supposed to be ready today-Friday! I’s Not! Apparently they are closed over the weekend, so now I have to wait until Monday. 2 weeks they have had my car! i have no idea when or what condition it will be in when i pick it up. Very poor communication, lots of excuses… I will not take my car there again. Very poor customer service. i will inform my insurance company as well.

Great staff and knowledgeable. They repaired my car in two days AND noticed that there were more damages that I’ve missed and they took care of it! I was impressed by the great job they’ve done on my car. My used car looked more new than when I purchased it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

Caliber collision is right next to this cool shop on Lincoln Boulevard. It is a brightly lit rainbow colored sign. Currently the road behind the building is closed there would be parking here. Otherwise you have to find parking along the neighborhood street bordering the business

I got into a car accident and had my car repaired at this shop. They did an amazing job- my car looks brand new! Richard is an excellent communicator, he kept me informed throughout the whole process. Honestly, his customer service skills went beyond any expectations I had. They also work extremely fast, my car was done about a week before the estimated date. Would definitely recommend this place.

The service was very professional and the turnaround was somewhat quick. BUT, when I got my car back, all of the compartments (trunk, glovebox, center console) had been rifled through, and a small colorful pouch with sentimental value that was buried at the bottom of my center console compartment had been stolen.

They did a great job on repairing my car after another car crashed into it. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and kept me updated on status. They also offered me a ride home from repair shop and car was delivered to my address, so I did not even have to worry how to pickup my car...

Avoid. They left trash inside my car and dust everywhere. They also stole my phone charger. And likely caused an issue with the air conditioning so I have to take it to the dealership after getting a major service just a few weeks prior. Sheisty, disorganized, lazy.

Dropped my car off for some repair work (2018 BMW 4 series) on my rear bumper and the whole team did a great job. It was returned to me quicker than the original timeframe given and I would recommend the shop to anyone.

Very pleasantly surprised by the entire process working with this shop. I only needed a cracked taillight replaced and was able to send all info via email including pictures. Part was ordered, part arrived, they let me come to the shop on my time to have it replaced. No gimmicks, no up-sell, no hassle! And the total bill was way under the initial estimate. This place is amazing, I brought in my lease car that had been in a minor accident when someone side swiped me and messed up my mirror and side of car. Ivan was wonderful and helped me out the whole process. I brought my car in a mess because I didn’t have time to clean it. Not only was my car done days early but they cleaned it inside and out. The repairs look like I was never even in an accident at all! Looks like a brand new car now! Definitely recommending Ivan and his team to everyone I know. Never going anywhere else.

Had a wonderful experience at Caliber due to great customer service from Albert. I was nervous about the process as I have never had to take a car for repairs before, this was my first time going in alone. From the start Albert explained to me what he would be doing to my car and how everything would work. I signed a few short papers and waited a few minutes for my rental car, and was on my way.Albert sent my updates my text everyday which was so wonderful and appreciated. I didnt have to call and hastle anyone on when my car would be finished.When I picked my car up it was BETTER than when I left it. Sparkling clean like I jut picked it up from the dealership. ( I was rear ended and drove with the damage for 5 months wearing it down even more, it was all fixed to perfection by Albert. THANK YOU ALBERT AND THANK YOU CALIBER! I would recommend 10/10 and request Albert if you can :)

I scheduled my appt here through Geico after my catalytic converter was stolen. They fixed everything up within one day and it could not have been easier, all I had to do was drive there and pick it up at the end. I think they even put air in my tires. My service rep could not have been nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend!

Such a nice, clean facility. The ladies at the desk are nice enough and they have popcorn, candy, and a Kruieg Machine if you fancy coffee while you wait. They couldn’t do the repairs but still handled business professionally and quickly.

In response to the last reviewer. Yes, this is a corporate chain.They deal directly with the insurance companies. My insurance company gave me a few choices to bring my car after my accident.I came here a few years ago after a small fender bender. Another company owned it at that time. One of the workers at the time was a veteran. I was driving my Aunts car who is also a veteran. He said the problem was so small that he would fix it for free. Just go get the parts from the dealer and I will put them on for you That same attitude exist today under the new management. Over a month ago I got in a major accident, and my car was totaled.It has been a slow recovery from my accident. I dont have the energy. The manager Luis is an outstanding leader. He seems to know his every detail of each automobile in his shop. He took an incredible amount of time to sit down with me and provide a complete assessment of my car and reviewed my options with me. His skills in providing customer support were exceptional. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to take your car to this location. Ask for Luis when you bring your car here.

This place sucks! They don’t communicate anything to you until days later. They told me it would be a 24-48 hours before any info was relayed to me, I still had to call myself and ask what was going on. Then when told they were going to have someone look at my car the next day..... that’s not going to happen till Monday. Now I have to spend money on a rental car and have no idea when this is going to advance any further. The people there were friendly but they need to figure out a better way to execute things in a timely matter. Will not reccomend and will never come back

This is the first review of several I will be writing for this location. I am reporting this location to the BBB as well as the Bureau of Automobile Repair.This group of individuals have had my car since the first week of October 2018. They needed to repair damage done to the passenger side of the car. After 3 weeks of hardly any communication (repeatedly told a manager would call only to have NO ONE call, calling to find out the status of the repair only to be told the SAME INFORMATION 2 weeks in a row, calling to be told they had to wait on insurance to approve extra costs, etc etc) they finally were kind enough to deliver the car to me instead of my having to go pick it up. It was returned with 360 degrees of ADDITIONAL damage! We have now given the car to this location 3 times !!!! to get damages fixed! I have had to rent a car and return it because we are told THE CAR IS READY only to get there and find ITS NOT!!! These are entirely incompetent people who have no business working on cars much less dealing with customers. They have been TERRIBLE about everything after the first week. And the manager, Jose, who tries to talk calmly after all this BS wanting to explain? Yeah, Jose- THERE IS NO EXPLAINATION FOR THIS!!!!!! And your cavalier attitude towards the level of frustration and stress your team has caused us!? UNACCEPTABLE!

I dont know why this location has such bad reviews. I had a good experience here after I got into a car accident and needed to get my fender and door replaced. They told me a week or two, and it was done within 6 days. Super happy with the results, the help and communication. With a bad circumstance, they made the process painless.

Dont ever come here, its like a swap meet with the manager Louis lying straight to your face and getting off on it. It took them 3 weeks longer to get parts and hes still unable to even give any help. As a black female with a white boyfriend, I feel very discriminated against!!

I wouldnt come back to this location. I had to take my car back because they scratched it, and Diego was rude. He insisted they didnt scratch the car and wanted to argue with me until I told him I would call the insurance company. He also didnt want to shake my hand during the initial visit. Nor, walk the car to look at the damages before I dropped off the vehicle. Needless to say, the vehicle is fixed.
