I didn’t start with these guys, I called another well reviewed shop in the area called Winaffix. Where I was told that they don’t make the window for my 2009 Chevy anymore. They said they were going to keep checking around and call me back. After not calling me back I called them, they said they were still checking and that they would call me back in 20 min. After waiting almost 3 hrs I called these guys.My review of them starts here. I talked to Phillip who asked me a couple questions and then gave me a quote and told me they would be here today to install! He set up a text string and had me send a picture and asked a couple of follow up questions. His guys showed up on time and began the install. Phillip showed up shortly after and we chatted for a bit while they finished the install. He has a friendly crew that finished the job in no time! I was able to pay with a credit card and they were on there way. I’m very happy with the job!I still haven’t received the call back from the other place

My boss car was broken into last week. She wanted someone to come and cover the window with plastic so she could use the vehicle before getting it replaced by insurance. I called 20 different places, but Auto Glass of SM was the only company who made it happen. Phillip was responsive, efficient, and tremendously helpful. I know exactly who to call next time Im in a fix.

My car was broken into. Its a weird window on a car that isnt made anymore. Its a rainy day, and tomorrow is a holiday, so I reeeally wanted to get this done ASAP. I saw that they were one of the few still open on this Sunday afternoon and gave them a call.They asked me to text them pictures, and they texted me their quote and an ETA. They also called me when they were on their way. The installation itself took about 25 minutes, and that includes them cleaning it AND vacuuming all of the broken glass for me. I didnt even ask for that, and I really appreciate it. The receipt was emailed to me. Both the guy who replaced the window and the guy I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!

Called them asking how much it would cost to put a new weather seal on the rear window of my car. A nice man there quoted me $350 and, when I was surprised, told me it was a big process that involved removing the window. I googled it, part costs $50 online and it takes maybe 15 minutes to install without removing anything. I dont mind the high quote Im just pretty sour that I was lied to.

The companys name is actually Auto Glass Mobile in Gardena - but, I called the number given here and they connected me to the most helpful person ever. I just had my car broken into and brand new mercedes window smashed. They called mercedes to find out the exact glass they needed, set up an appointment with me for 2 hours later and within 2 hours were at my workplace installing the new window for me. Efficient, looks brand new and they were super nice!
