Extremely happy with the service we received from the sales team at SM Audi. Our sales associate, Joey was helpful, non-pressuring, and friendly. The sales manager, Joshua was really good to work with. I’m used to getting along with the sales associate, but once I get to the manager, the experience changes. On the contrary, Joshua was very good to work with. I will definitely be returning to SM Audi when our next purchase comes up. Great job team!!
5 stars all the way! After originally having a disappointing experience at a different Audi Dealer, I set up an appointment with Dana. He is kind, helpful, answered all of our questions and was just easy. He didn’t beat around the bush, he got straight to the point - asked what we’re looking for and he told me what he can do. He was able to match what the previous dealer offer me on a Premium trim but on the Premium Plus Trim. Again - I was able to get the S Line Premium Plus model for the same cost as the S line Premium. When it was time to meet with Tegan, the Finance Manager, she was honestly the easiest and just enjoyable. This is the third car I’ve either leased or bought and she’s by far the best finance person I’ve worked with. If it hadn’t been 6pm on a Sunday, I would have stayed for hours chatting with her. She did an amazing job walking us through everything, all the protection packages without being too sell-y. She gave her honest opinion of what we needed vs didn’t and didn’t pressure us at all when we didn’t choose an option. Then we were walked through setting up the myAudi account and all the great tech in the car so we fully understood everything. I knew I wanted an Audi, but I didn’t know how much I’d be happy with the experience of actually getting one. The biggest thanks to Dana, Tegan and the entire Santa Monica Audi fam, everyone was amazing.
I bought my first car on Sunday! Working in the auto industry I’m all too familiar with the issues plaguing the supply chain globally, the absurd price of used cars, and how there really shouldn’t be any deals right now. All that being said, Kyle, Josh, Amy, and the rest of the team at Santa Monica Audi were able to give me a great deal on a fully loaded crazy low mileage 2018 Audi Q5. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and really recommend you go have Kyle show you some cars.
Helen Stredder is a gem and a true expert of the Audi brand! She took care of me as if I were family, made me feel valued, and was extremely respectful of my time…which in my experience, is not the norm when it comes to car dealerships. She went above & beyond & Audi is lucky to have her representing them!!
Be very careful with the service department. I brought car in due to overheating. They informed me the repairs would be $6,900 for new fans and a thermostat. I did not want to pay that and brought it to another location where they informed me the problem was minor and the repair cost was $250. They are either crooked or incompetent. There are better alternatives out there for service and I suggest seeking them out as an alternative.
Service Dept is a huge failure.Provide 0 service especially if you are not paying for anything for the recall. They would ignore you until they are done swiping their phones….Loan car service is also a joke too….Take a $90k Audi for a service and they give you a Toyota Corolla. Nothing wrong with the car, but they can’t even provide you a A4? That not too much to ask for…Why bring it in if you can bring it to somewhere that they respect you and treat you like a customer.
I’ve had different Audis from A3s to A4s over a span of over 10 years. Service here always is excellent. Ken is great! Try to get him to be your service coordinator. When I tell my friends how detailed and wonderful the service is here...they decide to get Audis with Audicare at Santa Monica Audi. Get the Audicare-it’s worth it!
Took the car for service to Angrl Aguilar they haven’t do anything that i asked them. The carpet in the 3rd row came out they were supposed yo fix it they didn’t. I told them about head unit keep rebooting itself they didn’t fix it and have tons of emails with Angel the rep who even didn’t bother to reply. They are supposed to check the air and water in the car after service, two weeks later i got out of water for windshield and my light went on for tore air pressure all four of them.Supposedly they change oil but 49 days later i got warning that car is short of oil.While when i bought tue car from BMW in April they changed the oil and i didn’t get any oil shortage warning, they changed in September-and in October 20 i get warning of oil shortage. Took it to another dealer as usual Angel didn’t answer email or phone so other dealer told me because in SM they didn’t put enough oil in the car.Unprofessional. Dishonest and irresponsible. Not recommended at all.
I dealt with Angel. A at Audi SM; he is professional, honest, and friendly, and communicative (very important).When I first got my Q7 I went to Beverly Hills Service who wanted to sell me AudiCare, but when I was at SM Angel pulled my Vin and told me I already had one as the person who sold me the car had it, so that right there $2500 worth of guidance and honesty that I’m very appreciative.Then when I went back to Beverly Hills service as I live in Beverly Grove and they are closer to me, they admitted that I have AudiCare but only one service left, again I returned to Angel and he told me no you got three services left.At that point, I cross a red line on Audi BH and just went to Audi SM for my services. Plus they have a loaner quickly available contrary to BH which asks for one month of waiting.Since most car repair shops are known to over-bill and over-diagnosis and be dishonest, this shop is honest, fast, and professional. On that, they get five stars and are highly recommended even if you live far, this is the place to go!

I was really dreading going in and dealing with car guys but Willie was really nice and straight forward and made the process easy for me.Cheik (I hope I got the spelling right) was also great, he was efficient and answered all my questions with no pressure.When we were done they had washed my car for me and filled up my tank!Five stars!
While performing some due diligence on an R8 purchase for my wife, I had to call the service department with a few questions. The gentleman that answered the phone was most helpful. Typical case of bait and switch. Liars and horrible sales people. You can not believe a word there people say. Once they have your money the service plans change dramatically. It’s boarder line evil.
They took my car in for an oil change and told me that a few recalls had to be taken care of. First, they couldn’t give me a rental without my license, didn’t offer me their loaner, and couldn’t take a picture of it. I’ve never even had that problem before.Then I got my car back and it sounded the same. 1 month later it said refill oil. They didn’t even change the oil on my car! They just reset the monitor and made a mistake. My car has 0 leaks and there’s no way that it could have been anything else other than them forgetting.Santa Monica Audi is doing terrible, this is trash.
Dana has been so helpful and patient with my needs. I don’t usually enjoy car shopping but felt so comfortable this time and found perfect car for me!I came to Santa Monica from Lexus dealership and was already nervous after really bad experience with sales manager at BH Lexus dealership and was expecting the same - pressure and not clear communication but after talking to Dana (friends of mine advised to contact him after I complained how awful I felt after visiting Lexus dealership) I calmed down and realized I was in a good hands! Dana is so professional and trustworthy! Did not pressure me, explained every detail, final price was exactly as negotiated. And Steve who did car tutorial for me was awesome! I am happy with my new car and my customer experience!
Edit: Had a great experience here in the purchase process, but had some issues after leasing and the communication was awful and they never resolved the issue so downgrading my voteLeased a Q7 here from Ryan Laurence. Service was great. He actually made the experience of haggling over a lease, and getting to the finish line enjoyable, without burning half a day in the dealership. We leased our previous Q5 from Audi in Calabasas, and the haggling process took hours and was just painful. Ryan moved quickly and got to a number I felt good about and got me on my way quickly. I was in and out the door in around 2 hours from start to finish.

Their part department is the worst Parts seller in the world avoid buying from them we purchased a part from them and it was not the correct part and we returned the product and they said that they will refund our credit card but 6 months has passed and still no credit from them and now we are in the process of taking them to small claims court ro recover our money

She also connected me with a tech specialist who assisted in helping me understand and utilize all the cool features of my new Audi. Highly recommend.
Let me start by saying that I never have pleasant experiences at car dealerships, but this was the first time I ever felt like I can talk to the Sales Rep and they care, spend time, and they want to make sure I get the BEST DEAL(She found me a better deal on a better car). I was in for specific car in my mind and luckily I was introduced to Alina by their amazing manager, which she did her best to make the miracle happen. after test driving the car we sat down and in few min she was able to find me an amazing deal on a better version of the same car. then the team gave me a detailed demo on how to use the car. the whole team was extremely nice and they would work with you and make sure you are happy and satisfy with the deal. Not too many sales agent can be as calm and cool as Alina when it comes to dealing with me.

I took delivery of my brand new 2021 Audi Q5 Premium Plus today and everything went so smoothly. Helen drove my vehicle all the way from Santa Monica to me in Riverside. She went above and beyond to get this vehicle to me. Helen kept in touch with me and gave me a 100% white glove experience. The car arrived and it was gorgeous. Helen even went the extra mile and patiently explained all of my vehicles features and helped me setup many of the optional settings that I would love. Everything was so easy and this is the way that car dealerships should work. We signed all of the final paperwork in my driveway inside my new vehicle. I signed everything on her iPad and after a few moments of reviewing the paperwork, I scribbled away and the car mine. Helen is an absolute asset to Santa Monica Audi and I sure hope that the owner realizes this.
Nice and low pressure people which is great.At the end of the day it’s still a traditional car dealer where they smooth talk ya, juggle the numbers around with 4th grade math that’s wrong 50% of the time, and try to work a deal.They need to upgrade their process like Tesla has! Only a matter of time before trad dealers are kaput!

I bought a certified used vehicle with 3400 miles and the tire blew out on the freeway causing a 360 spin with traffic. The dealership expressed a lack of empathy and deferred blame to a possible nail or running something over and stated there’s nothing they can do because it was a tire. They don’t have anything to fo with tires. The tire was an Audi pirelli tire. They tossed me to three different departments and told me a manager would contact me and it’s been a week and still no one contacted me. Horrible customer service and no care to the scary and disappointing experience with such a new car. It would’ve been a different scenario if there were injuries. The car was last serviced by Santa Monica dealership as it was a service deot loaner that was being sold. Why didn’t they ask for pics to rule out a defect? Why not any other questions to problem solve or an expression of concern or apology for the experience with such a new vehicle? Highly disappointed.
I have been using the Service Department for 5 years now and this place has gotten really bad post-covid. They’ll charge you for the oil top-off now, the service rates have increased, and they didn’t even wash my car after service this time. Apparently, these greedy businesses think only they were financially affected during the pandemic. Pathetic service. Time to find a new spot.
LEASERS Beware !! I leased my second Audi (3rd through Audi financial) from this dealership. They made a deal with me that they would make the last two payments on my existing lease to get me into a new car. Well here we are 8 months later and Audi financial is contacting me for those payments. After speaking with people on their sales department and John Collis in their financial department, who agreed to solve the matter, I am still getting the same bill. This is really poor business practice and could hurt your credit. I never even had a missed payment. I will not be renewing my lease especially with people who lack business ethics and try to scam their customers. Oh and should I mention that when I signed my lease they had me come back two days later for a higher price on a new lease for the same car, and tried to hide it. Stay away from this dealership. Truly pure scamming. And now I’m still left with a $500 bill on top of my monthly lease. Thank you.
I bought a preowned Q3 over the weekend (3/6) and had to share what a pleasant experience I had. Based on past experiences with other dealers I had my reservations. Luckily, Omar, the sales person was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was courteous, helpful and was not pushy at all. Even though I can tell he was swamped with other customers, he took his time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Tegan, our finance officer was the same. 100% professional. All around great team!Thank you!
After receiving the inspection report prior to my lease ending, I had all the listed items fixed (the main one being a new tire). Audi of Santa Monica botched the lease return though because I was still charged for the repairs, including a new tire. This is all forgivable — what isn’t is that nobody at Audi of Santa Monica returned any of my phone calls or texts or emails to assist me in dealing with this issue. They will only return texts if you’re leasing something new, not to assist with lease returns, or to be a decent human. Would use a different Audi dealership if you plan to lease.
Ehab, the sales person who attended me, was great. Excellent customer service. No pressure-tactics. Although I didn’t buy my car here for reasons unrelated to the dealer’s offerings, I was left with a very positive impression. Ehab was extremely patient. Of the over 5 dealers I visited, he provided the best customer service, informing me and educating me in a way that made me feel that Santa Monica Audi genuinely cared. I look forward to buying my next car here.
I live in South Orange County and decided to buy from Santa Monica Audi as opposed to my local Mission Viejo Audi. The local dealer kept wanting me to come in and sit down. They refused to price me over the phone or one email while all the other dealers WOULD do that. I finally showed up... and the local dealer said they did NOT have the car they KNEW I wanted (2021 Audi Etron prestige).They tried to sell me a car for $5k over asking that would arrive at the dealer 2 months from now.At this point, I reached out to other Audi dealers.Santa Monica Audi said they would call me the minute the car I wanted was available. They called a week later, quoted me a price on email and over the phone. And the best part is they delivered the car directly to me without me visiting the dealer. All paper work was done at my house, they even picked up my Audi leased vehicle which had expired.Great service at SAMO Audi.
I have had multiple good experiences with Santa Monica Audi. Salesperson Elena Redkin is very knowledgeable and responsive. She and her manager Ash Ali got me the car I wanted at a competitive price and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Their service department has really developed, and when I’ve needed them Tim Bennett and Chris Navarro have taken great care of me.
After working through the details of my lease buy out with Sales, I was moved into a Finance room. After reviewing paperwork, there was an additional $1000 fee added to my car from Allstate that we had never discussed. They removed the fees after blatantly lying about how it offsets taxes (do they think I’m a fool!). They add this to EVERY lease buy out and used car sale.5 months later, I still haven’t received my license plates and I receive a letter from the CA DMV saying that my registration had never been completed (which was promised by dealership) and I am at risk of my car being impounded. I’ve been requesting assistance from the dealership for weeks and they have been of zero help.Love my Audi, but this dealership is undertrained and unethical.
Had the worst customer experience here. I need to buy a new car and was looking at BMW, Mercedes, Volvo and Audi all in the Santa Monica area on the same day. I called upfront and made an appointment with someone named Mary Beth for Saturday at 2 pm to look at Audi A3s and A4s. She wasn’t there at our appointment so another salesman saw me. It was an incredibly condescending experience and in stark contrast from the other 3 dealerships I went to. BMW, Mercedes and Volvo were all friendly, helpful and let me look at and test drive vehicles. I’m going to buy a vehicle from one of those 3 places this week. However, the very minute this Audi salesperson started talking to me, the first thing he asked me if I was ready to buy today. I answered honestly, no not today exactly but I am seriously looking and need to buy very soon. He immediately tells me I can’t test drive then. I’m a little shocked because since when was that a requirement? It certainly wasn’t an issue at the other dealerships. I basically end up having to prove to him that I’m a legitimate buyer, including that I have the financial means. Hey, this isn’t a Ferrari here, this is your entry level sedan we are talking about. It was snooty and condescending and left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth and I left. I know I’m just one person but it reflects really poorly on not only the dealership but the brand itself. I’m certainly never going to consider getting an Audi in this lifetime.
Great experience with Willie helping me turn in my old lease from another dealership while getting me into a new lease. Willie worked patiently to ensure I received the vehicle I wanted and is extremely professional, responsive and ensured it was a seamless & pleasant experience!
One of the worst experiences I have had. Rather than making it easy for their consumer, they made sure I have to go through extra unnecessary hurdles and at the end backing out from the deal because of “dealership policies” which were not stated initially.
Santa Monica Audi sales and management team was excellent. My salesperson Selena was awesome. She didn’t waste my time, got the deal I wanted and very proactive. She was great, no pressure. She definitely represented Santa Monica Audi in a very positive way. I say go there!! Selena and her management team are the very best and no nonsense. I will be back.
DO NOT shop here if you’re out of state. The manager tried to pull a fast one on me. I reached out about a car I wanted to purchase. They told me I had to pay California taxes, which is double than the state I live in. They also told me I would not have to pay Wisconsin taxes and would have to register it on my own. I was going to transfer plates. The Manager states that this is the law and California wants the taxes. She had an attitude and is extremely unprofessional when I questioned her. They must legally send the taxes to the state of the purchasers residence. They can collect additional if they choose to as a markup or to pay extra taxes. They decided to use this as a markup on a vehicle (they weren’t going to give a single discount on). She will not admit it. I would not buy a vehicle here. I questioned the California taxes which is double and she acts like I am inconveincing her. Again, DO NOT SHOP HERE.I’ve owned Audis for over 11 years and never once have I been treated this way. They are doing some shady stuff and I don’t think it is worth trusting them.
I had a pretty bad experience getting service for my 2009 Audi R8 here.I brought in the car for various different reasons and explained them well. The brakes felt like they needed new pads at the very least, the fuel sensor needed to be replaced. I also wanted the suspension/electronic stabilization checked, full diagnostics and inspection. The most important of everything was an electrical issue I noticed where the car randomly turned off.After six days of having the car and not communicating much, they said my car was ready. I go to pick it up and they had only changed the sensor, nothing else. All of these issues were listed on the service papers but they only did one. They did quote me for 4 hours of diagnostics but they clearly never did it and said did not find any issues.Now the fuel sensor job is pretty simple unless the engine oil needs to be flushed, otherwise the car needs an oil change. So the advisor basically told me that the oil did need to be changed and they charged me for the oil change and sensor replacement. I took the car to another mechanic and it was clear they never did the oil change either.Took the car elsewhere and they fixed the electrical issue, found a problem with the suspension programming, as well as the actually fully checking the car, all within 5 hours.Things this dealership missed:1. Magnetic suspension issue2. Faulty battery3. Carbon buildup in engine4. Issue with engine wiring5. Mass airflow sensor replacementTwo stars because they did at least replace the fuel sensor.
I went to this dealer to lease a car for my wife but unfortunately the salesman Willie didn’t want to help and show me the right car because he said the car is in a storage and too much work for him and start explaining i have to make appointment wich i tried afew days before no one called me back that’s why i decided to walk in and then he start showing me prints on their windows to why he can’t help (he asked at the beginning if i need help or not) then he changed his mind, was very rude and unprofessional I asked for someone else the receptionist called Eric but he didn’t show up too and i left the dealer.Please don’t go here they don’t deserve your business if they’re not aggressive to sell you a car.
I had the easiest transaction I’ve ever had at a dealership with Chris Pruitt. He was clear and direct and worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They also helped me out by driving my *now former* car to my house so I could drive the new whip home.I highly recommend doing business with SM Audi, they will get you the best deal around and in the most painless way possible. They have an expert explain all the features and tech before you go so you know why you just paid all that money. I highly recommend doing business with SM Audi - especially with Chris Pruitt.
I just got an Etron from SM Audi yesterday. Got great service from the salesperson Kyle Lally and sales manager Marie Goodrow. The negotiations went fast and they were looking out for me to save as much as problem (not giving me free money, but looking for discounts through organizations, etc. that I belong to that have some $ savings). The only issue I had was the car took forever to prep and give to me but that was because they were busy with other preps. Not enough of a hassle to write them down to 4 star and I suspect it is on a per car basis.
This is my second Audi. I was driving Lexus for so many years. After switching to Audi I will never drive another brand car other then Audi. My sole reason for purchasing my new Audi at Santa Monica, the staff they have there is unbelievable. My first Audi was not purchased at Audi Santa Monica and it was tedious, and full on drama. Not a fun experience it all. Buying a car doesn’t have to be like that.Seeing that I live closer to Santa Monica then where I purchased my Audi I started servicing my car at Santa Monica Audi. The service department is on top of everything. My service person Ken is excellent. The first time I walked in to meet can I also introduced myself to Tammy the manager of the dealership. She has personal, professional, and truly understands customer service, and how to make a person feel when doing business with you. Having serviced my car at Santa Monica Audi, I had the Good Fortune of meeting a gentleman by the name of Ash Ali. Because Ash and I start a relationship I just purchased my second Audi from him this week. I couldn’t be happier with the way the entire transaction was handled, professional and yet personable at the same time. It was a breeze. You never need to go anywhere else to suite your Audi needs.Congratulations Audi Santa Monica on a job well done!

I’m a big Audi fan, but this is by far the worst the dealership I’ve encountered. The sales/customer service people are rude and they don’t offer the most basic of amenities like oil top-offs that every other dealership provides. If you are in the market for a purchase or service, as a longtime Audi owner, I recommend taking your business to another dealership.
I recently leased a new 2017 Audi Q5. My experience at Santa Monica Audi was great. My salesperson, Ash Ali, was 100% attentive to my requests, and he located several cars for me to see and to test drive. He was very patient and never pressured me as I was making my decision. The ultimate transaction was smooth and actually very pleasant. He found the car I was looking for and offered me a great lease . I have had my prior cars serviced at Santa Monica Audi in the past, and my service advisor, Tim Bennet, has gone above and beyond to make my service visits excellent. The Audi team is the absolute best.
At the end of November, my husband and I walked into this Audi dealer primed to buy a Q5. I had called earlier to schedule a test drive. I was told to ask for Z. We purposefully dressed comfortably and down, to better our car buying negotiation. When we arrived, nearly all of the salesmen were seated in the lounge area, not working. Z came out. Did he have the car and key ready? No. We waited a few minutes. During that time, I offered my drivers license for the staff to make a copy. It didn’t happen. Z was nice enough, though he wouldn’t let us take the Q5 onto the 10 freeway a few blocks away, claiming freeway driving was not allowed for liability purposes. When we returned to the lot, Z was called away to deliver another car elsewhere. Instead of handing us to another salesman, the manager sent out a very professional man, Steve, who told us he usually told new buyers how to use the features in their new cars. Steve kindly answered all of our questions. Still, no salesman came to help us. We had our checkbook in hand, ready to buy and pay cash. We left and bought the LEXUS NX 300H instead later that day.
Recently obtained a vehicle from Santa Monica Audi! Dreading the car purchasing/leasing experience, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this dealership. Having researched that they had consistently positive reviews and were the best in customer service in the area, i found those claims to be true. Derek Randolph was my salesperson who exceeded my expectations and made the experience positive. Highly recommend SM Audi if you are looking to obtain an Audi!!
I would definitely recommend Santa Monica Audi! The customer service from Selena (Internet Sales Manager) and Michael (Finance Manager) was exceptional! Although I financed my vehicle with my Credit Union at 1.99% for 72 months, Audi was able to beat their Extended Warranty and Gap Insurance prices by far! Selena was very sweet, funny and responsive. She always made sure that we were comfortable, asked if we wanted water, coffee and even came to sit with me while I waited for financing to complete the process. Michael was informative and gave me some great tips too! I never felt pressured. Michael even wrote his prices down for me so I could compare them. When I returned the next day to pick up my SUV, they were finishing up with the detailing of my car and even filled up my 31 gallon gas tank!Thanks again Selena and Michael 😉
I have purchased two Audi’s from Santa Monica Audi since November of last year. I worked with Chris Haugen on both purchases and he made the experiences excellent. He was up front with pricing and gave me a very good deal both times. He made sure to have the cars and paperwork ready so when I arrived, I was in and out within no time. Everything that was promised was delivered. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and these two have been the easiest and most flawless. Customer service is huge to me which is why I have passed many other Audi dealers to drive two hours to work with Santa Monica.
I would leave a zero star if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Received verbal harassment from their financial lead employer. Absolutely awful encounters all around. Wish that I had gone elsewhere for my vehicle purchase. Would not wish my experience with the employers of this Audi dealership on anyone. Stems from the top down.
Took off work to come in for my appointment for another recall on my Audi. I checked in and the guy at counter said they didn’t have the part yet and to come back another time. He should have let me know that before confirming the appointment or before I came in. Such a waste of time, he was incredibly rude as well. Go downtown if you have to service your car! They were much nicer and had the part in stock.
I purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 that was advertised on the internet. My salesperson Ehab was polite enough, but did not go out of his way to help us knowing that he would not be making anything on the sale. He was more interested in having my son come in to see one of their new cars. He also told us the car only came with one key/remote. The car itself shows that there are 2 keys programmed to it. I’m still trying to get the second key.Tegan in the finance dept was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and went over and above to help us. I would refer people because of her, not from the sales service that I received
Had a great experience with them! I got exactly the car I wanted for a good price! Steve is amazing. And so is the rest of the staff. They took the time to go over the whole car with me. Excellent, hard working staff. I’m super happy with everything they did for me! Love my Audi A4!!
I had a weird experience in the service center, an employee named Tim had a blue lives matter mask on. Seeing that made me really uncomfortable, I don’t thinks it fair for him to bring his political beliefs into a work environment. You never know who is gonna come in. My wife definitely won’t be coming back to that dealer
Horrible customer service. I made an inquiry on purchasing an Audi from here. I had made contact with a salesman and he said he would get started on the paperwork and took all of my needed information. More than 24 hours go by and there’s no contact from him and when I reach out to him, he made zero effort to get started on the buying process. Will be going to a better Audi dealership.
A few friends told me about their experience at Santa Monica Audi, so when I decided to make a new car purchase, I had to see what all the hype was about. The experience was everything they said and much more.I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and Christina turned me on to the Q7 and I was hooked. The service was excellent and the level of attention to my needs made it the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Now I know what my friends were talking about, but it’s much better when you experience it for yourself!
Had a service check at 5,000 miles. Service was nice and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately the car experienced electrical problems with the rear lights stopped working while the top of my sun visor on the driver’s side seat was unattached when I picked up the car. I’m being charged to have these issues fixed outside of my service charge due to me waiting 1000 miles to have these issues addressed. (So that was my fault to be clear not to immediately come in).
Ended up getting the best deal from these guys. They even sourced the car from San Diego just to meet my specifications. I got a great deal and it was a smooth transaction. I wasnt too thrilled with this dealership when I first walked in but after my experience overall, I would definitely consider this as my Audi dealership of choice if I were to get one again.
Easy, hassle free, professional, and amazing car buying experience. The sales team was extremely welcoming and helpful! Finance got me in and out! Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Would not trade my car lifestyle, always been a euro car owner and these guys made it even easier to walk out with a new set of keys.

Helen was awesome. I got a great deal and the lease was so easy. I took caree of most of the process over the phone then showed up at dealership and i was literally done with the paperwork in 2 minutes. The demo of the infotainment system took longer. Great to work with Helen. I would highly recommend her.

I had the best car buying experience in my life here! I highly recommend Santa Monica Audi to anyone looking to lease or purchase! Christina in the BDC set me up with an appointment to test drive and meet with an Internet Manager, and it was smooth sailing from there. I came in to test drive, discussed numbers, went up to finance, and went over the features of my new S5 and I was on my way! Fast, hassle free, and a dealership that genuinely cares about their clients.
Not impressed. They told me the 20k recommended service for my car was $580 (I have less than 13k miles on the car and it really only needed an oil change plus there was a recall on the passenger sensor). I said no thanks just do the oil change as I was pretty early in miles to do that service, Angel (the service advisor handling my car) said he could do it for $480. Again I said no thanks I really only wanted the oil changed and the recalled part. He said ok we’ll just do the recall. After I picked up my car I found out Audi of SM was having a special on oil changes for $99. Angel not only ignored my oil change request he never even offered that, the normal price is $179 - still not even close to what he tried charging me.I got an email asking how my experience was and I responded with what happened. No one replied or called or acknowledged in any way what happened or how dissatisfied I was.I will never go back to this dealer for anything.
My husband and I bought a used, certified A4 from Helen at Santa Monica Audi and it was a terrific experience or we should say as terrific an experience one can have when buying a car. Helen answered a mound of questions for one week helping us with information we needed in order to make a decision on the car we were buying since we have never owned an Audi before and have become very comfortable with the customer service we have received for years from Lexus. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give your business to Audi of Santa Monica sales. Shady does not begin to describe my experience with them.I was contacted by their lease retention team in January to trade my lease in early. This was my fourth Audi lease and my first time dealing with Santa Monica. Never again!I’ve been getting past due bills from Audi Financial for the last three months and the dealership, including General Sales Manager John “JC” Collis are now renigging on our agreement to cover trade in fees. I loved my E-tron and would have not traded it in early if it was made clear to me that fees were owed on my part. When I began to negotiate my trade in with Lease Retention specialist Zach S, I made it clear that I’m not interested in making a deal if I was expected to cover out of pocket cost. I also received notices from the DMV stating that my registration is past due months after my E-Tron was given back to Audi.I’ve been leasing cars for almost twenty years and this is the first time that I’ve ever encountered such unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a new car.
I have had nothing but a positive experience with service at this dealership. In fact, knowing that you can get reliable and good service makes a good case for owning an Audi in West LA.My service advisor is Ken M. and he is courteous, responsive and works hard to make sure that my car is taken care of.

Helen Stredder was awesome! This was my first time leasing a vehicle so I had the typical expectations of buying a car from a dealership but Helen never made me felt pressured and went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. We made a deal over the phone and when I arrived at the dealership the car was clean and ready for me to pick up. I was only there for about an hour! If you’re in the market for an Audi ask for Helen at Santa Monica Audi.
I found the service at Audi Santa Monica to be terrific! Jake, my service adviser, was helpful and attentive. He also was quite knowledgeable and gave me good tips on how to work my bluetooth. I want to recommend Audi Santa Monica’s service department to all Audi Owners. A few months ago, I advised them to develop a loaner program when the car was being serviced. Recently, I was notified that they will have it all set up in a few months. They really try to listen to their customers.
I heard a lot about Audi dealers in Santa Monica, CA. I am completely amazed with the type of service I am showered with at Santa Monica Audi, which I least expected as I had been to other car dealers in the vicinity. I took a test drive of the all new A8 which was spell bounding. Due to my budget constrains, I was little reluctant for the car. I was afraid that the sales adviser would get annoyed after spending so much time for me. However, the sales person was amazing and he understood my position without me uttering a word. He accompanied me through the used Audi car section which are certified by Audi and was with me until I cut through a deal along with all the paper works. Surprisingly, the after sales service also had been at par with the quality standards. In my opinion Just drive to Santa Monica Audi and experience the stupendously fantastic service.
Just called the showroom with a specific question on a specific car in the dealership inventory online. The salesperson was a bit rude and unpleasant to speak with. He spoke with an annoyed attitude as to why did you call. Also, he was not knowledgable about Audi’s own special offers on their website. Not worth buying a luxury car from.
This is BY FAR the best Audi Dealership in Cali! I went here to look for an Audi A3 Sedan and was hoping that they would have a certified used one in stock and let me tell you...they had more than one! The selection of New, Used, and Certified Used Vehicles is Impeccable. I couldn’t believe the number of cars they had...and for the prices for a cert. used 2015 A3 with only 5k miles on it was $30,000 and I’ve seen a lot of older A3s with way more mileage for $50,000 at some other dealerships! And even though I went with a specific make in mind, I ended up choosing a white 2015 A4 (had about 4k miles and I got it for $40,000!!!). The woman that helped me decide on it and fill out the paper work was awesome! She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about ALL of their vehicles they had in stock and was able to help me decide on a reliable used vehicle that fit my everyday needs and was a decent price. The financing was okay, I would’ve liked to have some more options there, but not even that can make my review any less than 5 Stars! Keep up the ballin good work! I’ll see you guys soon for my next oil change! Thanks a bunch!
Buying a car has never been the easiest experience, but this time is was! If you want someone who is honest and won’t beat around the bush, Joe Scheible is your go to! He made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. Joe made sure to give us the best deal possible, and in comparison to other sales people we spoke with, the savings were incredible! He was great to work with, has a wonderful personality, and really cares about his customers. Since buying my car, I have also sent at least 5 family members and friends to him, who have also bought cars from him. He is truly a gem, and I would never buy a car from anyone else. I will definitely be back!
My trunk wasn’t unlocking. Matt, a salesperson, who is not even part of the service department, went above and beyond. He greeted us and walked us to the service area. After the service guys wouldn’t even take a quick look at my car for analysis, as they were booked, Matt followed up to assist as we were walking out. He walked across the street to the car and problem solved quickly, noticing the valet button was being hit by an object in my glove box.He turned a 3 star experience into a 5 star experience and saved me a trip to my usual service center Audi Beverly Hills. Excellent place!! I purchased my car from here and had a great experience! This place has earned 5 stars because the service was excellent! I got my Audi A5 and I Love it!! There was no waiting time. There is good coffee for people who are getting their car serviced. Everyone there is very nice and friendly.
Great car shopping experience at SM Audi! Ask for Noah when looking to buy a car at this dealership. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about his Audi vehicles as well as the competitors, and was never pushy about making the sale. He was informative and patient with us as my wife and I both test drove the Q7. Would definitely go back just to buy from him!
I was given a discount card of $150 and at first they were going to honor it, then someone in the back said NO. I do not like to have to beg for something Audi gave me. I had BMW before this and they would bend over backwards to help it’s customers. So, please go to any otherdealership before you go to Santa Monica Audi, they don’t mind losing good and loyal customers. Even though I live in Santa Monica I will drive to another dealership before I ever spend another dime with this dealership. The way I was treated means they really don’t care. I wonder if it was worth losing a great customer over $150?????

I’ve been to the Santa Monica Audi location several times and always have had a positive experience. My last experience with Chris was so impressive that I was compelled to write a review expressing my appreciation. Considering the exemplary degree of professionalism and knowledge he has shown from our previous interactions, I have grown to expect a very high level of service. Chris not only met these standards, but exceeded them tremendously. When I arrived at the dealership the other day he greeted me with a smile, addressed my concerns, and had the technicians look at my car almost instantly. Upon completion I expressed my gratitude to Chris but I want others to be aware of the way he impeccably handled this particular incident as well as all previous visits. I realize that the manner in which employees conduct themselves makes a huge difference in the way the company they work for is perceived and Chris represents Audi ideally. He has truly earned my loyalty, there is no need to go anywhere else!

Santa Monica Audi made the whole process comfortable with me and genuinely cared about getting me everything I needed and keeping it affordable. Do not buy pre-owned vehicles from them. I should have been suspicious when I saw that the vehicle was priced 1,000 $ under market value.1. Within two weeks it started having transmission issues. The transmission now needs to be replaced.2. Turns out the vehicle had previously been in an accident. Internal damages had not been repaired. It was covered up by a sloppy body repair. None of this was reported in carmax/ disclosed beforehand.Save yourself the time and money and buy from a reputable dealer that conducts proper inspections and is straight forward with its customers.
