My friend and I, both being fairly clueless about makeup, went in seeking advice prior to a friends wedding. Alyssa greeted us at the door and immediately it was clear we were in excellent hands. She spent an extraordinary amount of time selecting products and showing us how to use everything. She ensured they were products we would feel comfortable using in the future and wrote out excellent directions complete with diagrams. Not to mention that her sunny and jovial demeanor made the experience even more fun. Thank you Alyssa and Bluemercury!

What a lovely staff! The wonderful person who did my make up couldn’t have been more lovely! Sandy did a terrific job. They have a huge amount of products to choose from. I will definitely return. And now I am amending this review having come back. And Sandy was there and also Lucy helped me and was really nice.

Went in with some family and the manager was amazing. I was a little nervous and he made me feel extremely comfortable and beautiful. He was just a doll and I will be coming back!

Blue mercury is a wonderful store. It’s clean and light and such a pleasure to shop in . I especially enjoy the staff at the Santa Monica store they are inviting and such a pleasure !

I’M FURIOUS. I have been a loyal Bluemercury patron for more than 10 years, so I assumed the quality would be up to par at the Santa Monica location. But it absolutely was not. The stylist, I think her name was Amber, destroyed my brows. I told her I liked them full, and just needed them trimmed and cleaned up. But she made them into thin, awful lines. I couldn’t believe my eyes. BEWARE!

This team are the greatest...I buy everything here..My face looks great because of their expertise not to mention candles, bath accessories and just pure fun....See you soon...xo
