I had a great experience with the Sales Rep Rick Salmon at the Santa Monica store. Spent almost 2 hours trying out the different beds before making the plunge. Rick was very informative about the different beds. Rick was patient as well as we were too. I finally bought the C4 with the base. The only thing I did not like is that the store is going to take 24 days to deliver my bed. That is too long, hopefully Sleep Number will improve their shipping process, it can done, I am a logistician.Bottom line, great experience and the staff was very helpful too.

Great store.. Andrew the store manager and the whole sales team were so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.It was a great experience .. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a great bed.

Fantastic customer service. All questions answered. All employees including the store manager were extremely patient. I am extremely satisfied with the entire transaction! I have since then recommended many of my friends to come visit this store. Parking was easy on the street as well.

We went to the Santa Monica Sleep Number store and were helped graciously by Rick Salmon. He took the time to walk us through all the products and some of them even multiple times. We ended up purchasing the I8 which was just delivered today.Delivery team was exceptional!!!If the bed turns out anything like the experience we have had so far, I am certain we will be ecstatic!Thank you and looking forward to the first goodnight sleep in years.Mike

Store person was very attentive & knowledgeable spent a lot of time with me. I was shown 3 bed models & the difference & the differing features. Nice products!

I had a break between meetings so I drove out to this store to purchase a Sleep Number bed (I have one and needed another one for another house). I had a few questions I wanted to ask a sales person. I arrived at 2:50 pm and there was a post-it on the door that said, out to lunch, back at 3:45. I guess this store makes so much money, they don’t need customers. I won’t be back.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sleep Number. We were helped by Andrew and Alicia, and they were both friendly, resourceful, and not pushy. They provided great information and treated us with kindness and respect. We highly recommend going to the store and working with either one of them to pick your dream bed!

If I could post zero stars I would. My sales experience and delivery experience was great! As I mentioned in my first post it was great and only hoped the bed would fulfill my expectations. Unfortunately, it did not. The sleeping or lack of has been a total nightmare! My wife and I sleep very close together and this apparently created an almost hammock crater in the bed - UGH! Not only did I feel like I was sleeping on a balloon, but if you are a stomach sleeper this will be a nightmare for you.Worst part is, I was so worried about making such an investment of $5,000+ in a bed, I expressed my concerns with our sales person at least 10 times (Rick Salmon in Santa Monica) that I wanted to be able to return it and over and over again he said YES, just make sure within 30 days. Come to find out, READ THE FIND PRINT and he NEVER brought up that the FLEX- BASE is not returnable!!!! WHAT!!!!! These bases are ~$2000 Why on earth would anyone agree to that if they were concerned about the purchase????? Just tell me and I would buy a flat base...but NO, lets just be quite on that and shame on for not reading the fine print. WHICH THEY WILL THROW IN YOUR FACE! How about talk to your Sales people to be honest!Now, I have not slept well in a week and my marriage is rocky, thank you Sleep Number. For what I expected to be my end all and the answer to rest, my life sucks.I will ensure that I share my experience and disappointment with EVERYONE I know and those I dont that will listen.VERY DISAPPOINTED CONSUMER!!!!

Professional, personal, and answered questions I didnt even think of. I actually enjoyed shopping and thats saying something. Because I hate shopping.

Ill keep it short. I had posted a one-star review for Sleep Number on here because although most of the experience buying our bed from them was wonderful, the delivery was delayed so long that we had to cancel the purchase. After I posted it, I emailed the CEO of Sleep Number to share our experience and within hours a someone from her office responded and fixed the situation. Amazing.
