Great trading ice cream. Little warm if you eat inside.

Great ice cream. So fin expensive though. 5.99 a scoop.The guys in the SM location are lovely so they get a tip...which makes it 6.99. 😛.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of service and product at this location. I came here with a friend at 8pm on a Tuesday, and was not made to feel welcome. The store associate did not smile during the entire interaction, only asked “what do you want?”, and also refused to accept gift certificates that were given to me from a former owner of a different Ben & Jerry’s. She claimed that because “there is no expiration dates” and “the cards look like Valentines Day cards” she would not take them. She refused to provide an explanation, instead choosing to repeat her statement about the lack of expiration dates. I paid full price, and it’s $9 for one scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone with a small smattering of almonds and some whipped cream. We wanted a regular waffle cone but they were out, so she gave us one with sprinkles from the box. It was stale and not tasty. There was some seating but no music and the tables were not wiped down. Given the client experience, it would be better to buy a pint of Ben & Jerry’s at a store and eat it at home where it would be a less hostile environment. They do take credit cards and we didn’t see a bathroom.Overall, the poor customer service, dirty store, and overpriced food made for an unpleasant experience. Don’t waste your time here, and buy a pint at the grocery store for a happier experience. Or if you still want to eat ice cream at an ice cream shop, go across the street for Sweet Rose Creamery.

Absolutely love coming here! I come to this location a lot with my grandson and it’s the best. Almost every time I come around lunch time the same girl (a young brunette) is working and she’s always so nice and helpful, especially when I want to try a new flavor. I highly recommend if in the area!

It is the best spot to stop by on Main, if u want a sweet treat. Right nextdoor to Buffalo Exchange, very close to the Library, going down, or Urth Cafe and Shoops going up.They had sanitary eveything, were very safe, and great taste as always. I bought 2 smoothies, OMG, Diiiviiinneee 😳🤯😜😜😜😜

Good quality ice cream from a small shop in Mission! The mango ice cream is delicious! They have so many options to choose from, so if youre hesitant you can always ask for a sample Remember to grab a ticket when you walk in, its not a place where you wait in a physical line.

The place is alright. But the customer service is really mediocre. Worker seemed extremely unmotivated, not welcoming, and passive. Made you feel comfortable to even ask for a sample. Only 4 stars because Ben&Jerry’s is a great company.

Recently collaborated with them for a school fundraiser. They were very professional and helpful! Reasonable prices for visitors and fundraisers!

Mmmmmm I love Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, especially after a day on Santa Monica/Venice beaches. They have all the classic flavors ready to go. I love their waffle cone cups!

Its Ben & Jerrys!! Few preservatives...REAL ice cream! many flavor options. Personally, I like ice cream served on a cone because I like licking the ice cream; sadly, here they no longer serve sugar nor cake/wafer cones. Your only option is waffle cones, or cups. Also, you can only buy a small =1 scoop or large=2 scoops .

I live in Arizona and I came on a trip with the family and one of our planned stops was Ben and Jerry’s since we don’t have any scoop shops in Phoenix. We came to this location on Monday 8/12/19 at around 1:00 pm because we ate lunch nearby. The store was closed even though on the internet it said they open at 12. We waited a few minutes and nothing. We were pretty upset that we had to go to a different location. It was kind of an inconvenience for us.

There are a lot of new ice cream places around LA, but Ben & Jerrys remains reliable and good. Its better than some of the newer places, and serves generous portions for a little less than some of the more pretentious shops. Last time I was at this location, it was cash only, so if thats a problem, check before you go.

What can I say, its an ice cream place. It is clean and the guy who served us was polite and professional.

This place serves several flavors of ice cream that can really raise the bar of your standard when it comes with your ice cream pleasures. Amazing looking place too.

Poor service. Not welcoming. Ice cream cant be viewed its inside an icebox so you cant have a look at the different flavors. Icecream made with too much sugar.

I feel so clean in here, I like the setting that this place has, the people in here makes this place tick too, I like the overall feel on this place.
