This review is more about the service I didnt receive.I entered the store and there was no one in the front. I heard the workers in the back, having a great time. They were talking, laughing loud and I heard a couple of bad words too.I took a few pictures and I basically had to break the party up for some service.One young lady came out and wasnt very friendly. She didnt wash her hands and just put on one glove. She kind of rushed me, I guess she had to get back to the party. I wanted to try this chocolate so I ordered a couple of items.The chocolate is okay but very sweet. The service was not good at all.You would think that you will be nice to a customer that patiently waited for you to acknowledge them.

Excellent place. Went in for the ice cream. The salted caramel was delicious and the passion fruit sorbet was as if you were eating passion fruit. O recommend highly. It is not too sweet and very light which how it should be. I know it is not what Americans are used to. The service was very nice as well. We were offered hot chocolate samples which was really good but a bit to watery to my taste. I prefer the thicker version but the chocolate itself is excellent.

Most amazing chocolate in Santa Monica! Their chocolate comes straight from Belgium, its very rich and delicious! They have the best hot chocolate around! Try the mango and coriander chocolate!! Love you KC!!

Chocolates have fancy and fun packaging, makes great gifts.They have good selection of bonbons. Orange, hazelnut, framboise, and many more.The chocolate shell itself is not impressive in terms of flavor.

Cool looking place tried the strawberry and vanilla, went with a vanilla ice cream, have to cone back for the chocolate it looked really good, the service was really good, nice lady clearly a good hearted waiter. The vanilla ice cream is pretty good compared to icelandic ice cream 8/10 too much sugar perhaps

Love the selections and packaging. I also order hot chocolate with peppermint and raspberry flavor, and they have ice cream. There is no seating, so you buy and go.

The place is expensive and chocolate is not that wow. I also wish they had the dense chocolate drink as they are a Belgium chocolate store, their hot chocolate is too sweet and cheap. The 8 chocolate box is 20$, that’s hilarious. The chocolate taste didn’t inspire me at all.

I bought some delicious chocolate covered strawberries for my boyfriend, they kept for days and came packaged in a gorgeous red romantic box. The staff are awesome and offered me free samples too while I was there shopping. 100% recommend.Amira rating: feeling the love :D

I went there today for Christmas gofts and the staff was very kind. I bought one chocolate for myself, and it was SO GOOD. Pricey but totally worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure.
