This is one of the best Nike Outlets I’ve been to no lie, besides the one in Vegas lol but this one was two stories, had mostly running shoes and a great selection I might add, the regular Nikes they got were cool too. The employees were very helpful, there’s one on each section of the store to help out anyone which is a plus. Great atmosphere and customer service. Definitely coming back👍💯✔️

The place is nice and it was nice to have one of the workers follow me all the time even though I said I was only looking, I do prefer the store that is in lomita because has more things on sale All the time.

Took a long time to check out. The staff is always chilling and not helpful. They have some decent shoes. Need better customer service, not even a simple hello from the greeter in the entrance. It is a 2 floor establishment.

Overall the store is nice, but Im not sure why they don’t carry any soccer jerseys. Service is usually fast and checkout too.My issue arises with the white kid at the running section. He always tries to tell me what to do, responds to my questions sarcastically, and quite frankly is one of the worst associates I’ve ever encountered at a store.If I’m asking a question, I genuinely don’t know the answer. This guy responds to my question of ‘do you have any ankle heigh socks?’ With, they’re all ankle height, i responded that they look somewhat short, and he said they’re all the same height even though they clearly weren’t.Next situation, i ask to try on running shoes and he responds with ‘these are only for racing, don’t train in them’, I already owned multiple pairs… im not sure what this guys issue is.If you dont like a job, don’t work at it.Fortunately, everyone else at the store has always been nice and helpful.

I went there looking for a pair of shoes that online were sold at this location. Walked into the store was not greeted, in total I spoke to 4 of the sales floor people and none were able to tell me if they had them. They just all said I don’t know, even when showing the picture of the shoes they still had no product or inventory knowledge. I also noticed that they were pretty much walking the floor in hopes of no one asking them questions. When I did ask one of them about the shoes he answered with a “wassup” and then a “nah” like is this really the customer service we are giving now nike? Especially for this location! So disappointed! Definitely zero stars

Cool store. Team USA gear, decent amount of Jordan, and a little bit of team gear - Dodgers, UCLA, Lakers. Shoe selection is solid.

I’m being kind of nice here with 3 stars. The customer service is not great at all. I made my purchase and they didn’t even say thank you or anything after dropping $300. No politeness or anything. Felt like the people in there working were bots. Please encourage your employees to be a little bit more polite.

How is this store run so badly. The attitude is so poor and unprofessional. The staff here are too busy chatting to eachother and trying to look cool rather than actually helping guests. This place is a joke and hasnt changed in the 4 or 5 times Ive had to go inside. I avoid ever visiting if I can. The worst!!And the Asian female manager I dealt with last week was one of the most aggressive people Ive dealt with in a retail environment. Shocking.

There was a girl at the return items section that was very rude very mean. Her co-worker next to her had to help me because he even recognize how rude she was I spent too much money with Nike to get this service

Top notch Nike store. Service wise, just like all other Nike stores, is sufficient but never too friendly (I guess they need to live up to the Nikes top market position). But that doesnt bother people, because the products are truly exceptional!

A lot of variety of different shoes good area

For some reason, this store looks empty, in what way? Well, compared with many other Nike stores, they have a very reduced amount of shoes in display, the have more clothing than shoes. Even if it is a nice store in the heart of Santa Monica, it is missing something. It is just my opinion.

I have nothing bad to say about Old Navy. Always great prices. Keep an ear out for 50% off sales. Seriously, you can dress yourself here and look really fine for very little money. On sale you can get trendy jeans for $25 and hoodies or shirts, socks, underwear. This place is all good. Im proud wearing something labelled Old Navy! Almost as cool as A and F or Hollister. I LOVE their stuff and the cost is truly unmatched.

This place never fails. Employees were hella ready to help me out. I been trying to find some Mod Blazers for a cool minute and they had plenty of colors to choose from. Always a go-to when coming to Santa Monica. The place also looks so dope.

Came into the store wanting shoes, left the store wanting a stiff drink.  I don’t understand the employees at this place!  I’m having to track *you* down to buy a pair of shoes?  Really?  The place isn’t even that busy so I don’t get it.  I’m just gonna stick to shopping online

I finally signed up for a men’s basketball league so needed to get some new hoop shoes. And because I’m a cold blooded assassin on the court I had to get a pair of Kobe’s. Nike didn’t have Kobe shoes when I played in high school so I’m hoping these bring my game to the next level!

A good place to check out running shoes, tennis shoes and an array of athletic wear.Prices are reasonable, but you arent likely to find bargain basement prices. The sales staff is well-informed and very helpful.Just a block or so from the Third Street Promenade shopping area.

I was just browsing, but the sales associates were incredibly overbearing. They are nice and helpful and know their stuff, but man they are like flies on you know what. And I mean all of them!!!

Good shopping but I was accused of stealing 14 dollar pack of socks at the counter while purchasing 200 dollar Nikes and then not given Military Discount until the Next Night when I returned with a friend who bought 4 pairs of 200 dollar shows. I got the Veterans discount and I m gratfull for that. Staff was patient and attentive to customers. Store was clean. I will shop there again. Thank you Nike for my purple Jordans!

Not as crowded as I expected it to be today. But things were a little hectic when it came to buying the newest Jordan sneakers.

The guy tried to force me to buy insurance that I didnt need. They changed their tone once I put hotwire on the line! If they try to do that to you simply tell them my credit card and my regular insurance will cover it.

Terrible mens selection. Staff is bad . Prices are absolutely outrageous full retail of course because of Santa Monica. Been here five times because its right by everything else and each time I go in I feel let down when I leave.

Loving shopping here but it is definitely understaffed. Also, the staff are very tired. Their devices were also not working very well. Another issue is that the staff have to be more discerning. One lady hogged two staff members asking to bring her bunch of shoes. While she was being served there were bunch of other guests who just waited and waited. The selection is good and the layout is great but it takes a long time for the staff members to go get other size shoes. This needs to be improved. Still it is a great place to shop.

They also had 20% off their listed price when I went on a friday.Complete the survey on your receipt for another $5 off your next visit. This will be my go to spot to get shoes for my little ones. Definitely recommended!

A beautiful Nike store! Right at the end of the Third Street Promenade by the Santa Monica Place shopping mall in a very modern building. Big windows and great lighting makes the store feel very bright, open, and welcoming. Multiple levels, and has pretty much any Nike product you could imagine. Definitely the place to go when looking for something from Nike!

Store Manager Wendy Magee racially profiled a black family and chased them for 2 blocks accusing them of stealing a basketball. Even went as far as calling police only to be “sorry” after being proven wrong and verifying the family indeed purchased the item. Nike needs to act swiftly and fire this racist bigot.
