Dan a manager a pacsun was very rude but its okay definitely has little man syndrome

Called to see if they had product in stock, they said yes, asked what time they closed, and they said 6. Showed up at 5:45 and they were closed. Called back again later in the week to check if they still had the product I wanted in stock, they said no and hung up on me.

Only allow 3 customers in the big store. Keep people waiting outside in the line for really long time . Very risky to get COVID.

WOW. This is the best pacsun I have ever been to. There was a really cute blonde guy working at the cashier. He did a phenomenal job rewarding her sus $5 coupon and she got the cutest earrings for free!! I never got his name but not only does he deserve a promotion, but he deserves my friends snap. My other friend and I found these dope Hooters shirts and my biggest regret is not buying one. I also liked the Tiger King shirt but it would have been funnier if the series was more obscure, and not mainstream. Exploring this pacsun was probably the most fun I have had in awhile after being trapped in my house watching Bobs burgers, a half funny and mediocre show. Thanks again for the great service, and thank you to the societally attractive blonde guy for being you.

This place closes an hour before listed time. Call ahead so you dont waste your time like I did.

There was a bathing suit that I really really like and they only had a large which was too big for me but the one on the mannequin was my size. They had it on the rack which all the bathing suits were marked for $19 and I asked the manager since it was the last one and it have been tried on if they couldnt take the one off the mannequin could they give me a discount on that way he said no they cant take the one off the mannequin they wont allow that. Thats total BS because Ive managed retail and you can take clothes off of Medicaid and silly at a discounted price. So they encouraged me to go try on a bathing suit which I think is completely gross to try on an intimate piece of garment and then put it back on the rack. The manager however did give it to me for the price that was listed with the other bathing suits next to it so I guess that worked out but the experience as a whole was not the level of customer service that Im used to receiving the gentleman that helped me in the store however I forgot his name but he was really nice and very very helpful that would be upside.

My daughter was happy - thus I am happy!California style and great prices!

Wow what a terrible Manager does this store have. His name is Andy, and by all means please try your absolute best to stay away from him. He is very rude, and unprofessional. The staff was very nice and caring and were willing to help me. Andy the manager does not deserve to work at this cool store nevertheless be the manager. He was racist towards me and cursed at me in front of his other employees and other customers in the store. Then when I confronted him and told him what he did was wrong he was lost for words to say, because of his wrong doing. He did not even apologize. Please stay away from Andy as much as possible, you will be at better off.

The store is nice but I ordered something because one employee promised it will arrive by Tuesday! It arrived on Friday and so I had to drive all the way from Vegas back to LA to pick it up!

Tonight, I went into this PacSun, and it was such a good experience. One of the female workers was so funny, so sweet, and she was just super cool. Never got her name though, lol.

Hi my name is Jonathan and I am a customer of PacSun, today (June 29th 2018 11:11am ) I had an extremely disturbing experience @ this location on the 3rd St Promenade in Santa Monica. I had an issue with a Return where the cashier tried to return my Funds via CREDIT, when I precisely explained to her that she must follow the PacSun policy it says on the receipt of Returning Payment via the Original Form in which it was purchased, which was DEBIT.This is when the General Manager there TAYLOR, interjected and informed me that she cannot do that because thats not how PacSun returns funds. Moments after, an associate named DANIEL, explained that he can CANCEL the Return on the CREDIT and just refund me Cash for the inconvenience. It was at this point when the General Manager TAYLOR instructed him NOT TO process my Return and that I should return it the way She says to Return it, or I can Walk out with the same Shirt I tried to return. Not only did she threaten me with this ultimatum, but she picked up the shirt and slammed it on the counter, along with my receipt. When I looked at the receipt, the gentleman DANIEL already VOIDED the return & I showed her that PacSun legally, still has possession of my funds, as No Return was ever processed. She proceeded to taunt me with the ultimatum & said theres nothing she can do to help me, while slamming the shirt down again.I was extremely disgusted by the way she handled herself & a customer at that. Not only was I disgusted with her behavior, but I was shocked to learn that she was the general manager of the store, which she bragged about. PacSun is no place for this type of unprofessional-ism & aggression, especially in regards to customer service. This situation, experienced by the wrong kind of customer, could have escalated to violence & essentially created an environment where not only PacSun employees were injured, but also its near-by customers as well. General Manager Taylor is no way fit or mentally disciplined enough to hold such title & represent the brand/company as a whole.

I want to share with you my experience with PacSunIm originally from Italy and currently living in Australia and last year, during a work trip, I bought some nice Diamond shoes in a shop in 3rd Promenade.I really loved that shoes, I use them to skate to work every day and they are simply perfect.On Sunday last week, I was travelling again to LA for work and I wanted to buy another pair. I go to the same shop in 3rd promenade and they tell me they dont have them anymore.They suggest 2 places nearby: Active on 4th Street and PacSun in the Westside Pavillion.I went to the first one and they told me that they dont have them anymore so I took my car, 30 minutes of traffic and I went to PacSun to see if they had.I enter the place and I notice that the same guy I was talking to, was the guy who sold me the shoes in the other shop on 3rd promenade (the odds!!!) but of course he didnt remember me.When asking about the shoes, he spend the following 10 minutes telling me how crap these shoes were, how expensive they were and the fact that only 2 idiots bought them (one being me)...Now, I was already upset I couldnt get the shoes but after that I was even more upset because he said this in from of my friend and other customers (plus I was wearing the shoes).Far from professionalism.With so much clothing and shoes choice, I wont EVER go back there.
