Good variety and the quality is amazing.

Santa Monica’s shop offers really vast selection of goods. They sell also surf apparel and provisions there which I have not seen in any European Patagonia shop before. Staff was helpful and friendly.They also organize workshops and session in the lower part of store. Check out the blackboard in front of the store or ask the staff.

Lovely store! Great service. They were able to fix my sons jacket in just 15 minutes AND gave me a great restaurant recommendation.

They didnt like the mask I was wearing because it was single layer fabric and gave me one to wear instead, no other store has ever bothered me about that mask which I have been wearing for several months now. The store was clean and nice looking

I had an experience with my friend where his jacket was ripped in multiple spots, and he was trying to get it fixed or swapped for being broken. The dude behind the counter was feeding my friend s**t about how they cant take the jacket back just because he doesnt like it, which was clearly not the case. If I got his name, I would call him out because this is important so everyone can have good customer service, whether in or out of the store. I would love to give them a 5-star rating, and I have used their products along with my friend for numerous years, but this made the experience all but worthwhile.

Great customer service! I love this place. When I shop in Patagonia I always do it online or in this shop in SM. The staff is very friendly. One we had a problem with my husbands hoodie and they exchanged i itimmediately.

It’s the flagship store so it’s worth coming for shopping if you are a fan. 2 levels and has kids corner and a large kids clothes area.

Showed up to get a repair on my sweatshirt elbow and the guy hooked me up a new one! Im sure they pull this stunt often, but boy did I feel special!!!!

This is a great store! Friendly staff, knowledgeable and courteous. Good sales, and a decent selection of cold-weather gear... this is especially useful for Los Angeles since there are not a lot of places that carry such items!

I work for Seven Tepees Youth Program, and Sports Basement has been so amazing with us!They donated sleeping pads for a camping trip for our youth. Some of our kids go on their first camping trips with us, and it wouldnt be possible without help from businesses like Sports Basement! Ill say that Patagonia is a great brand, as a statement of fact. First time i came to this store I was cycling in extreme heat (105F) and needed a break in the AC - staff were super nice to me, gave me ice water and made me feel welcome. Store is well layed out, really nice. Love this spot.

Awesome store. I love coming here and seeing what they have. Patagucci is expensive, but their things hold up better than any other outdoor items I have, so its worth it to me in the long run. I also love what theyre doing as a company to promote sustainability and low impact business.

I love Patagonia products and what their company stands for environmentally. However, expect to pay a premium price for premium products. Their items are definitely made to last, so consider each purchase an investment.

This Patagonia is located in SaMo (Santa Monicas nickname) on 4th Street (SoCa), just north of REI & Design Within Reach.All the clothing & gear displays were carefully placed for maximum viewing from all vantage points of entry.Their customer help staff were ready to assist if a customer appeared to query some aspect of the item they were looking at, be it an item of clothing, or sleeping bag, surfboard, daypack or luggage item.Plus, the SaMo store has an informal book loaning library near the elevator and an awesome espresso maker (ask a customer help person for assistance).

Nice store parking hard to find

I cant shop at this store anymore. They have a table in the front blocking the entrance--you cant freely walk in and shop--they watch you all around like you are going to steal something--very stressful. Their clothing in the Santa Monica store now manufactured in places like Vietnam and Sri Lanka are not the same quality as when they used to manufacture in the United States. Recently, they pulled their clothing line from a store in Wyoming that sponsored Pro-American speakers. I cant support Patagonia Santa Monica--a store that silences Pro-American speakers after they moved their clothing production from the United States to foreign countries unemploying Americans. I am disgusted with this store.

Patagonia products are always top-notch. They have a great selection here, nice store, friendly and helpful staff, and good parking options. its also a great part of town, and in case you cant find what you need here, there is a good REI store a half block away.

Largest Patagonia store I have ever been to with an extensive range, also nice that it is two floors where man and woman fashion are clearly separated. Service could be a little better. After a question someone went to sort something out, but in the end he totally forgot about me.

You can shop in a relaxed atmosphere inside the two-story store.Its definitely cheaper than buying it in Japan!The beach and farmers market are within walking distance, so if you want to buy an outdoor brand in Los Angeles, you have to stop by.

A Santa Monica limited tumbler might be a good souvenir.
