Thank you for being at the end of the pier! I was in need of coffee, and didn’t want diner-quality coffee that can be found along the other pier stalls. I needed something with a robust caffeine burst and they provided the kick.More expensive than other Coffee Beans. My regular sized black drip coffee and regular sized white mocha latte was just under $10.They have a nice selection of pastries available. Warm anything up to-go. Good variety of bottled beverages, too.Game stepped up here with their add-on milks at the station where you can customize your drink: non-fat, whole, non-dairy and half & half readily available. Also, stevia packets. Nice.Employees super friendly - they made the line move quickly. Excellent view of the pier and a great place to people watch.

No line. Waited less than 5 minutes for iced coffee. The coffee was good, but not good enough for the price.

Got the birthday cake latte because it was my birthday! LOL It basically tasted like a vanilla latte. THE LATTE IS SO COLORFUL LMAO SO EXTRA its great for instapics. Otherwise, its too pricey to indulge in on a daily basis.

Cold brew tastes like toilet water

They toke so long in making our orders and they did not make it good. They go the wrong order. If you are going just to know it will take about 30-40 mins to get your order.

If you want a coffe is better to get it at the same store but in broadway st. They rise the prices 2-3 dollars just for Berlin on the pier. The coffe is good as always and the chocolate super tasty

The girl working was nice and polite, but the iced coffee she made was gross. Didn’t taste like there was any coffee in it and was watered down.

The people that work here are very rude and me and my friends had to repeat ourselves multiple times that we wanted almond milk in our drinks and they still gave us regular milk in one. they don’t have good customer service at all.

The staff here were so friendly! I ordered a drink with soy milk and one employee noticed another making it incorrectly and immediately corrected it. Drinks were good too!

This place had very terrible customer service.To start, they dont have all their items on a menu. I tried to order an iced coffee and they couldnt understand the fact that I didnt want it blended with a cup of sugar.Next they had terrible communication between staff members who were individually being quite unsanitary.While I waited over 20 min for my coffee, I saw them give coffee to someone and then they were almost out of the store when someone yelled wait come back here! And they took the coffees out of her hand and gave them to someone else.Then after many people who ordered after me got their ordered I politely asked if mine was coming up to which a very confused girl said oh yeah its next... And then she made my iced coffee in a small cup and was about to hand it to me when she realized I ordered a large so she transferred it to a large cup and filled it up with ice.When I asked if there is the same amount of coffee in all the sizes she tried to cover it up and pretend I didnt see what she just did and say yes. So basically I paid $10 for a cup of ice I waited 20 minutes for.Dont waste your time and money.

I originally ordered a medium size decaf hazelnut half-and-half latte. The lady at the register said they were out of half-and-half and heavy cream so I change my order to a peppermint hot chocolate with almond milk which I was a little disappointed in that I had to pay for the almond milk when I were out of half n half and heavy cream when I didn’t want it. Then I waited in line waiting for my drink for about 20 minutes while everybody who ordered after me received their drinks. Finally the gentleman behind the corner said are you waiting for a drink I said yes a medium size peppermint hot chocolate made with almond milk. I would definitely not recommend this place for my friends or family. 😔

Long line but went through it very quickly and received my coffee way faster than I thought! The coffee actually tastes like coffee lol. Try the iced Coconut Caramel latte

I was assisted by a very friendly young lady at register she was recommending drinks and she looked very happy which made me happy! I ended up choosing her favorite raspberry tea with 1 pump of lemonade the barista said my name and the drink and she then told me to have a wonderful day and Im amazed how it can be so hot in there and so busy and these baristas still manage to be happy! They have very good customer service even if its far from home this is my favorite coffee bean!

I ordered a medium roast drip. Got the coffee at the bar and noticed it was way too watery. Asked for a new one. Lady comes back and leaves a 1/3 of the cup empty for cream. I asked her to fill up the cup some as I don’t need that much cream, instead of walking to the coffee machine she just drops a shot of espresso into the coffee. I didn’t want to call her out on it as I just wanted to leave at this point.

Its great to have this coffee bean on the pier. My cashier was super friendly. Not any indoor seating.

Probably the worst coffee bean location Ive been to. When I ordered my drink with almond milk, I was asked unexpectedly if I was lactose intolerant - which is none of their business and caught me entirely off guard. My drink was also made incorrectly and when I asked politely for them to fix it, the barista was irritated and made sarcastic remarks.

The service is really bad It took themOver 10min to find out they were out of Chai and they won’t said anything until I ask what was going on.Worst coffee bean ever not coming back to this one

Over priced. Service without a smile. Latte was half foam. Asked to be topped up with milk. Replacement was slammed down on counter as barista walked away.

It gets very crowded and busy at night. Expect the place to be packed. It is impossible to find a seat but you can try to find one of the tables outside.

By far the best view any coffee bean can offer but too bad their coffee sucks

Located in the Santa Monica Pier, next to the entrance to the Pacific Park, the site offers several choices of coffees, teas, chai and matcha and some things to eat, like muffins and croissants. Prices are slightly higher due to the location in which it is inserted. I missed tables and chairs to make it more comfortable, but the drinks we chose were fine.

If you are thirsty you can find any drink you want. I have a doubt: do the drinks cost more here than in other locations of the same chain?

Delicious coffee and croissant. The night was cold and the winds from the pier were freezing. Coffee in this cozy atmosphere was soul-warming. The place is beautiful and is next to the amusement park.

Best place for a good American hot chocolate as Mcdonald, dunkin donuts ect .. the atmosphere is super cool! The employees are friendly polite and pretty.
