I found this place on Yelp a little less than a year ago. I called them for a quote on fixing the backside of an iPhone X. They had the most reasonable price out of all the places I called. I went in there immediately. A very friendly/ funny guy named Mike helped me out. They didn’t overcharge me and fixed that in less than 2 hours and for less than half the price I got offered at other repair stores. Then yesterday I dropped my phone and suddenly my screen went white and green, even tho it didn’t crack. I just walked in right away as I had a good experience here already. They fixed my phone in 30 mins again for a very decent price. This is going to be my go to place always. They always have a solution to any issue and they are always honest.

I had a charging problem in my Sprint uninsured mobile device and was expecting a costly and long process of repair at the companys repair center.I decided its time to go privately and after research found this wonderful repair shop. The front guy, Mike, was very nice and inviting and was quickly figuring my problem. I used this place to switch to a different mobile cell provider. They knew all of the tips-and-tricks to *quickly* discontinue service with my old cell provider (and keep my old number) and then set me up with new service, which saved me a lot of money, not to mention time and hassle. I only wish I had discovered them earlier when my old phone needed to be repaired. They are a local small business that truly appreciates their customers. While I was there, the mail delivery guy dropped off their mail and even knew the name of the owners dog (and the dog also clearly knew the mailman!). Also while I was there, another (apparently familiar) customer came in to introduce a friend to this business and spoke glowingly of the owner, who, by the way, personally provides the service of which I and others speak (the owners name is Michael). Try getting that level of service at *any* of the big cell retailers (or at the well-known Genius Bar). In addition, their prices are beyond reasonable. So glad I discovered them. Highly recommended!

Somehow as I was trying to update my iPhone 8 to the new operating system, it froze and I couldnt even restore it after trying multiple times. In a stale industry that can make you feel like your chasing your own tail, all to keep you from actually understating the devices of which you cherish or check the monthly bill to discover bogus monthly activation jelly bean fees... cellular gallery represents everything that is good about an independent small business. I have my doctorate in psychology. I’m no tech expert but I grew up with the iPhone (got the first generation at the age of 22. Recently, after months of frustration with Verizon wireless - hours of waiting on the phone - hidden charges - old lines deactivated but still being charged monthly. I had enough. I was switching to T-Mobile which was offering a lower monthly bill, better customer service, and the ability to set up a checking account at 4% APY if your a customer - which was very attractive since BofA was defrauding me relentlessly. So I called T-Mobile and my new iPhone came after I made the switch. I went to cellular gallery after having some trouble understanding how to change the data and iCloud information to the new phone. My friends, my neighbors, people of Santa Monica. This was the best choice I have sever made.I seriously have no idea where I would be without Mike’s guidance. The main reason I was there was to repair a crack on my phone. T-mobile was offering to but the phone back for $900, which was 200 more than Verizon, and they wouldn’t have any new iPhones ready till late December. Mike fixed the crack, and gave me a decent deal - although I didn’t realize the extra charge was for what ultimately became a guided tour towards not getting screwed. At no charge, mike offered to transfer the data to my new phone. He instructed me to download all the apps after the transfer, and then bring the phone back to send it to T-Mobile (although you have to be vigilant about getting that return address). At this point I decided mike was a trustworthy fella so I brought my old iPad in that had several cracks. He fixed it for less than $100. When I brought it home the top had not adhered properly so I brought it back and mike fixed it and was very apologetic. Mike is now sending my old phone back to T-Mobile and guiding me on what to do so I don’t get screwed (otherwise I could get a bill for a $900 phone that was supposed to be working).This ladies and gentlemen is why we must support small business. If I had gone to T-mobile they would have been dismissive and inattentive. They don’t care if I leave with bad direction. Mike however had a stake in you/us our neighbors being satisfied with his service. Mike showed resilience, patience, dignity, integrity and honesty. Never again will I engage in a cellular issue without first consulting mike. He’ll give you a fair deal, he explain things to you to avoid pitfalls in the future, and he’ll leave you with a reassuring smile - and this is the kind of humanity that we need right now. THEY BROUGHT MY CELLPHONE BACK TO LIFE!!! This is the place to get your phone fixed. I have an LG Aristo 3. It was draining power way too fast and taking forever to charge. Then it would not charge at all. I called Cellular Gallery and talked to Michael and described the problem and he said to bring it in and well look at it. This is after l took it to 2 Metro PCS stores and they said it was obsolete and couldnt be fixed. WRONG! Michael opened up my phone and showed me that moisture had gotten inside indicated by a red dot and caused a short somewhere. A lot of work needed to be done so I left it at the store to be fixed. I called Michael around 3pm and he said it was charging but wanted me to call him back at 6:30pm. I called him back and he said it was perfect. What a relief. I asked him how much would it be and he said it would be 1 to 2 million. HA HA HA!! I said Ill call my friend Donald Trump; Im sure he could cover that. The price for the work was VERY reasonable. Him and his team were able to fix my phone with minutes and when we all thought there was no way of reviving new phone battery, they got the job done.
