Eduardo of this store just cost T-Mobile a 12+ year 5 line account by refusing to sell a phone to us because the first name on the account did not exactly match (Kris vs Christy). Never had any issue before. He also refused to sell any phone without an account. Does this company not do prepaid anymore? Horrible manager, horrible service. This store does not stack up.

Alicia scheduled an appointment last week for me & my boyfriend to meet with the general manager, Andrew. When arriving, we were met with hostility and disrespectful remarks about our being together. I dont know what kind of business runs operations like this. This is why we are not going back. Good bye.

This store is a hidden gem near the Venice Boardwalk. I had a really pleasant experience here and I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. I expected the vibe to be laid-back considering the area, but they were very professional. Jennifer was especially helpful and she answered my multiple questions. She definitely made the experience of choosing a phone and setting up my plan fast and easy for me. I highly recommend this location, and Jennifer deserves a raise!!!

Very grateful for the prompt, courteous assistance of Aaron with the indecipherable situation (to me, not to him!) of a hung-up call. Happy that each time Ive gone to this store the patient staff have helped me with the technical maze of learning to use a cell phone, and today was another instance of that.

Online, NIGHTMARE! Spent 3-1/2 hours calling, being left on hold, and 8 or 9 different people gave different answers, so I had to keep calling in. Spoke with a manager and was told the sales dept. would take care of me, but that did not happen. Still dont have a phone, ready to change companies. My phone died in the end... may be its a sign!!!

Came here for this card for the duration of the trip. We chose a very convenient tourist tariff: a package with the Internet and local calls for a month. We both had enough. I managed everything in 40 bucks, which I think is adequate.
