Yuki was fantastic! it was my first massage, and both therapists (me and my boyfriends) were amazing! so kind and personable. The gentleman at the desk was lovely too!

Urban oasis. Love the seating areas that feel so serene. Yu was attentive, caring and gave a great lemongrass exfoliating massage that was rejuvenating for body and mind after a stressfulweek.

This was such a treat when I needed it most! Yoko did my zentastic massage and it was the best massage of my life. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and celestial. It was a treat myself moment but I am excited for when I get to go back. Highly recommend!

Skyler is the BEST massage therapist around! She is such a calm, sweet person which makes the experience so much more relaxing! Go to her if you are feeling any pain she knows what shes doing! I wouldnt go to anyone else!!

I had an excellent bday spa experience with a great massage. I get massages a lot so the fact that I was able to fully relax and loved every move the masseuse made, is a big compliment. Spa facilities are great, clean, relaxing. Just a little minus was that a lot of women in there were kinda loud, they should realize that its a place to relax and find peace, take the chatter elsewhere.

Different than any spa experience Ive ever had! The massage services are great, but I felt a bit rushed. Also, if you are sensitive to your privacy, the changing/locker/bath room are not very private (they use a shower curtain at the toilet etc). Overall, it was a good experience.

I’ve had massages and spa treatments that made me feel better but I’ve never had a treatment that left me feeling healed, relaxed and essentially fixed.The entire staff was wonderful from the second I stepped inside and Yukon, my masseuse, truly left me feeling healed.This is the experience you’re looking for.

Obsessed with this spa! I came late Saturday night so it wasnt busy. It was also really clean and my massage was amazing! I intended on getting only 50mins but extended to 80mins instead. It was so good that I decided to get a monthly subscription :) now I look forward to each month when I get my 80min massage!

Follow up....I originally rated the spa one star due to the issue below. However, on Monday I received an email from the owner who apologized and has made some changes to make sure this scenario doesnt happen again. I appreciate the outreach and offer of services to compensate. Wanted to amend my review to reflect this change.Got a quick reply from Chris BickelWILLOW SPA with the option of two times for two 90 min massages. Replied back immediately that I wanted 5 pm. Showed up today and no appointment was made. Front desk staff was not helpful and just said we can give you a discount for next time. Unfortunately leaving town tomorrow.Very disappointed because this was a highlight for me and my daughter.
