I was intimidated at first, being my first time, I didn’t know what to expect, you always hear the horror stories and wonder if it would be you. I am so glad I went though! Honestly, the best most professional and friendly customer service I’ve experienced ANY WHERE hands down. The area feels welcoming and like you’re visiting a friend. Scott was very trust worthy and kind and explained everything along the way. He even was understanding with my two year daughter who was very impatient which is hard to come by any where. In the end I was very pleased with the amount I received for the gold given. Went in and met Scott, the son. And he took me through the whole process on the amount for gold bars the diamonds. And not once did I feel Obligated to sell. He informed me about the market rate on each item and was very helpful. If I could Give 10 stars I would.
