One of the best supermarkets Ive been in. The staff is super friendly and helpful, jumping right in the moment they see you struggle with anything. Amazing selection of food, decent selection of bathroom supplies. I think in total they only carry like 6 different kinds of toothpaste, and one kind of bug bite treatment. But, they have all kinds of fine cheeses and wine.

I love the employees in this market. They know how to pick well meaning and helpfully people. Market is also very clean.Store backed doughnut are amazing!

This location is clean. The employees are friendly. There is a great selection of foods I havent seen at other markets. The food looks and tastes fresh and delish. The produce is better than other local markets.

The Vons complex needs to add more check out people go to Trader Joes they use every station, every one has a person in it, go to Whole Foods same thing go to Vons Pavilions 1 checkouts open!

I really enjoy shopping at Pavillions. They slowly have a great selection of almost anything you need and they have top of the line produce and meats also. Its not the 99 so dont expect the cheapest prices but they have what you need in a clean atmosphere.

Me and my son were paying for our groceries. My son was standing by bagging area excited for his chocolate treat trying to reach it once it got scanned. The guy at the cashier grabbed that chocolate back from him and said dont play with that. Then he added something is wrong with that kid. Well, this is not just not okay, its something wrong with that employee.

What? its a grocery store, what do you want me to say? The staff are courteous and helpful the store tends to be clean and the security doesnt seem over reaching in his duties as security officer of a grocery store.

Located in a nice and fancy area there is a good atmosphere inside and outside of this Pavilions store where there is also security and good atmosphere inside and outside and the adjacent areas!!!!

I have started shopping here as an alternative to Ralphs.Im treated better here and the store is cleaner.

The support was good . But they were out of many items. The manager said it was due to the delivery.truck that had a delay.

Although a smaller size supermarket, it is recently remodeled, well-stocked and staffed by knowledgeable and helpful people.

I ordered a cake for a BBQ .It had to be light.The person helping me was so nice .We order a really beautiful cake with fresh fruit on the top.The cake was a wonderful one.Really made the BBQ so special.I would reccomend this store for anyone who wants quality food.

They never have good alvacados they seem fine when I pick them out but I go home and they are brown inside and taste aweful

Although the place looks spiffy and modern after the remodel, I was disappointed to find expired cole slaw in display cases. The sell by date was November 25, and I was shopping on December 7. I talked to two employees about it, but there was no sign that anything was done. This can be a health concern as coleslaw is subject to spoilage and can cause food poisoning. Be careful shopping there in terms of expiration dates!

This market always has what I need, Great bakery.

Chicken pie $5.99... It seemed they made it with expired old chicken inside that tasted like mold. Threw away. Also deli counter doesn’t look very clean in Santa Monica Pavilions.

Great store

I only go to this store because its closest to my apt. The aisles are too narrow, the displays take up precious space and get in way of carts. The produce is saturated with water sprayed on it. Prices are often missing from shelves. When I want better selection and quality food I go to Ralphs.

Went in today for some last minute pie shopping. Pies seemed a little too pricey considering its Thanksgiving. Overall good experience, staff are friendly and helpful.

The Pavilions off of Montana that I went to is basically quite clean and has ample parking. It also has a Panda Express that it shares with a good little Bakery and Mexican fast food counter top. This Pavilions has things Captain pretty neat and clean order but does not have the discounted meats and such that you will find at the regular Vons grocery stores in the area.

I found what I needed quickly, was greeted and ask how I was and did I find everything I needed, the checkout was fast at lunch hour with many people shopping.

My local grocery store, amazing employees, super helpful and always positive and a joy to chat with. Only downside is when it’s packed after school with soccer moms and their kids running around like bats out of hell. But besides that they always have what you need and the employees are always their to help!!!

The selection isnt bad. However, the floors are always dirty, which makes me wonder about how clean the food prep areas, produce and fish actually are.Its a convenient location nesr my work. Customer service is uneven and varies from day to day. Prices are a bit high compared to Ralphs.Lastly, for its location on Lincoln Blvd and Montana Ave, I would expect that the store would be more aesthetically pleasing. It wouldnt hurt to renovate the place so it looks more modern and get better fish and produce whilst they are at it.

Encountered the absolute rudest cashier in this universe. Her name is Nia (this old and disgruntled lady). I had my small dog with me (He’s an emotional support dog and I had my papers with me) and this other guy behind me in line did too and she made a snarky comment about banning dogs. I ignored her and as she checked out my items, she THREW them. This Pavilions would be nice if it weren’t for this rotten human being.

You can get almost everything in here, they have some fresh products which are in general good.You definitely need the loyalty card since it makes a huge difference on the total! You can ask for it on your first time and use it straight away.

Great alternative to the expensive grocerys in the area. They need to enforce their mask laws a little better.

Theres just too many things wrong with this place. For one thing, it seems that every single trip without exception includes an item scanned with the wrong price. And these are not random errors - the never favor the shopper - me. Ive come to expect it, look for it, prepare for it and I still dont like it. They once gave you double the difference back when that happened. That was a long time ago. The place is tiny, an old store with an ancient footprint, so its cramped, crowded, and has a very limited selection. And long lines at checkout, no matter when, no matter what. If its the dead of night, and theres only 3 people shopping, theyre all in line and its a slow line, possibly because of the scan errors. And its dirty. Filthy, actually. Ive not taken to washing my purchases, along with myself, when I get home. Not just fruit, but packaged stuff - milk, ice cream, canned goods, whatever. Everything in there is dirty, including the conveyor belt at checkout. Its strictly a last resort, but Im afraid its convenient location means I resort to it more than Id care to.

Pavilions is the upscale Vons, and this one is. I love Vons, but when I want a higher quality, yes and price, I go here.

My go-to grocery store. Not the biggest or the cheapest, but the best Santa Monica has to offer.

Meat department was very helpful

September 17, 2018. I had a delivery scheduled for between 9AM -10AM. I never received my order! I got the bill / reciept though! I had tried to contact you 5 or 6 times with no response! I need to get this order credited, ASAP!! Its been almost a week now, Im at a loss as to what to do now! I need credit, but do I continue to shop there? Please help! I am in a very limited income situation! Thanks!

Large parking lot for well stocked Pavilions in a highly residential, upscale part of Santa Monica. Produce section leaves much to be desired. A nice change from the exorbitant Whole Foods prices just up the street

Neatly Organized.

The parking spaces are too narrow. The Starbucks is wasted space. There is one less than 100 yards to the West and another a few blocks East and many other coffee shops between the two. The space should be used for a salad bar.They took out the recycle machines. I shop at Ralphs most of the time now.

The manager Jaime is very informative and helpful in every location of his supermarket. He sets a high standard for customer service that reflects upon the astonishing help received every time I shop here.

A smaller store in the chain but otherwise still a step above the rest of the mass market grocery chains. Service as good as Whole Foods with much better prices. Parking can be a challenge.

This supermarket is relatively small, but offers a good selection of high quality food as well as all the staples necessary for everyday life. On the whole, a good place to shop.

Poor customer service and if I could give no stars I would but unfortunately that is not an option, not to mention the bathrooms are dirty and disgusting way too nasty and not hygienic. Employees here are rude and have an attitude. Super disappointed but nothing is going to change. And people need to eat and buy groceries so the terrible show must go on.............

I came in and had in encounter with the most rudest and disrespectful person in the world.. the name badge said J-LO one of the worker said his name was Jose Lopez... he ran my foot over with the power jack when he was taking his product 2 his cooler... he didnt even apologized.. he got into an arguement with me. Saying that i got in his way.. i dont think u are supposed2 use the jack when us the customer are shopping .. i will stop shopping there due 2 this employee... jose lopez needs 2 be fired

This location continues to have rude employees. They are always grumpy and less than willing to help. The management is the same way. Ill shop elsewhere from now on. Theres a Vons less than 10 minutes from here.

They fail off in packing things, mixed bathrooms cleaners,with milk all in the same bag, and I got to go myself to look for a box, to pack my 8 cases of beer, and get some of the bagboy, on my way back to the cashier, to help me with it.
