I felt it necessary to write a review about Al and his other employees at Kensington Luggage after my recent exceptional experiences!! I work for a law firm and we purchased 70 Tumi toiletry bags online that needed monogramming. I brought all 70 into Kensington’s and they were generous enough to spend the time over the next few weeks monogramming all the bags. We now have 70 personalized gifts for our clients and Kensington made that possible!!! They have the best attitudes and always make me feel welcome in the shop.
