I will say even though this Starbucks is out of my way, I come here regardless because of the staff! They are the ones that keep me coming back! Theres always so friendly and polite! They all show what customer service should be all about! My dog loves the pup cup you give him❤️ If your looking for awesome service and always hot drinks or cold with a great breakfast menu I would highly recommend this place!

I got the iced caramel macchiato and a bacon, egg and cheddar sandwich. It was really good. Sandwich hot and fresh and drink was right amount of everything. Just wish I had gotten a straw to mix all my caramel in.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. This is the third time this has happened to me here BTW. I am currently in line … 5 cars ahead of me (four behind me) and I’ve already been waiting over 15 minutes … I understand patience but come on, I wish I could just jump this line and leave, ridiculous. People have days to get to.

11 minutes in the drive thru but it was worth the wait.

Been to Starbucks all over the country. This one is the worst I have ever been in. I got the wrong order once, No apology. Just recently the wait was again interminable. Cars backed up into the adjoining parking lot. Staff had no energy and no sense of urgency. A real disappointment.

By far, one of the best Starbucks that you can visit. The staff is always helpful, always recommending new things that you can try that are similar to things that you like, and they remember their repeat customers. I would highly recommend that you visit this Starbucks in particular, because youll never have a bad experience.

This is my favorite Starbucks in South County. The staff is always smiling and so very friendly. They are so friendly to pets and treat them like their own. I know if I need to get my day started on a good note, I can start at this Starbucks.

Is this store ever open? Every time I go bye it’s closed with the patio furniture blocking the drive thru. It’s ridiculous.

Everyone who works here is really nice but their coffee is never hot. Even early in the morning. I go here every day and I’m lucky if 1 out of every 10 cups of coffee is slightly more than warm. Incredibly frustrating

This has always been one of the worst Starbucks locations, dirty, smaller than any other, cardboard boxes stacked in customer areas. But it’s the only one in Kirkwood basically. And now it just got even worse - 6:30 PM and closed.

The staff is very friendly, facilities are super clean and relaxing atmosphere. The drive thru and parking lot are dangerous. Its not their fault, just poor placement of parking spaces with a drive thru so close.

Starbucks as a store is really great and they always do a good job with the coffees they make. Ive never really had any issues with them as a cafe. Cant say I always agree with the decisions they make as a corporation but they do a good job making excellent coffee. The only downside is the cost as the prices continue to rise. So I dont often buy anything other than regular coffee there and have started to make more at home. But I cant fault their store and the job they do in general. One downside is that the parking lot is difficult to navigate at this particular location.

Starbucks is amazing. Im a first time mom who has given up coffee because apparently caffeine can go through my breastmilk causing my baby issues. However mama still needs a pick me up lol so I have switched to matcha. It gives me caffeine and honestly its a cleaner bump on energy and it also has a few health benefits. So for now Im a matcha mama but you can bet as soon as my son is old enough ill be going back to my venti macchiato with two extra shots of espresso. Any who I love Starbucks your employees are always amazing love ya so much. I hope that was coherent lol I havent slept

Waited in drive thru for 30 min. Was blocked in so I couldnt even leave. Noticed cashier give 3 people in front of us free drinks but we were charged full price. Will not be patronizing this location again. Shame it used to be our go to for weekend errands but not so much as an apology or anything.

I am always impressed. I work really close and I order online before leaving the parking lot. My order is always ready, waiting and correct.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I used to frequent this store all the time due to the proximity to my job. Sadly I moved to a new career and dont get to visit this location as often as I would like. They are always so efficient and friendly.

I never write review because I’m 18 and not supposed to care, but Iwent to this Starbucks around 7:45 am before work and I was so impressed! The drive through worker was extremely nice and pleasant! I ordered a icy mocha and a breakfast sandwich and I was in and out of there within two minutes no joke. I feared I would be late because my Starbucks near my house is so slow and busy, but the line moved so fast. It was just awesome, and I’ve never been to such an efficient Starbucks!

The service and employees are just fantastic!! Always a pleasure interaction through the drive-thru!! And I believe the products taste better here then other stores. Thank you!!

The NICEST people work here. Customer services is why people go back to the same place and have their favorite locations. This one is mine. I stopped by this morning on my way to work & there wasnt even a line. They also asked me about my thanksgiving plans and even offered a sample of ginger bread.

The place is too effing small you cant get through and you got to wait an hour to get through the line and by the time you do your copies flipping cold

Was sitting and waiting for my drink. Expecting them to call my name or bring it out to me. Neither happened. Apparently at this Starbucks they finish your drink and just put it on the counter. No calling your name or the drink or anything.And no, I didnt just not hear my name. I know they didnt because I saw them do the same for my date. And later I saw another person not be called. I saw her go to the counter where her drink was and hesitate until the worker saw her and said it was hers.

Glen took my order this morning and was so happy and polite and he made my morning so much better he asked me about my mornong and etc... he made me made this my permanent starbucks and they make the drinks the best here

Went on Friday 1/10/2020 at about 11:30am. And the 2 girls (Nikki and I didnt catch the other girls name. She was at drive thru. Really pretty brown hair) were so sweet. I had gone to another Starbucks and they have made my drink wrong. And Nikki remade my drink for me with no questions asked. Thank you so much ladies!

They made my birthday drink extra special and all of the employees wished me a Happy Birthday. Top notch service!

Busy but quick service!

Fast in, fast out inside our at the drive through! Have always had friendly speedy service at this location and have never had an order made wrong which is rare anywhere these days.

Love this Starbucks. They are great with mobile orders. Other Starbucks do not always see when the mobile orders come in. Crestwood never misses it. Friendly staff!

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area! They set the bar high. They are consistent with the product, so you always know what youre going to get. The staff is top notch, they are ALWAYS friendly, most of them know my dogs name, even if someone else brings him up there. There are other Starbucks, but I would pass several to come to this one!

As is the case with every Starbucks, they are lightning fast and super friendly. I recommend strongly utilizing the Starbucks app because you can either pre-order or just scan the barcode and pay without even getting your wallet out. The rewards program is really good as well and I got breakfast and coffee free on this morning just by making ordinary purchases throughout the course of my typical days.

Sappington x Watson road never disappoint me!

This was my first time at Starbucks, and Ill say they are pretty good. I ordered a frappe and a sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good. I wasnt impressed with the frappe. The size is huge got a large. But I felt the frappe lacked the caramel which is why I choose the drink. The employees were nice. And helped me with any questions I had. Over good just thought with all the hype that they would be better. I stick to my frappes from Q.T.

Found a short straight black hair that appeared to be from a male’s mustache or labrador dog within the whipped cream on my frappuccino. My hair is brown, kinky, and very coily. Took a picture of it, and returned it for a full refund. They were moderately apologetic, but it’s still very disgusting. Won’t visit this location ever again.

Try the Carmel Cookie Bar on their secret menu, its the best with extra java chips! You will have to Google it and tell them the recipe ;)

I was greeted right when I walked in the door! Ordered my coffee, fast friendly service, and the barista even delivered my coffee right to my table! That made my whole day. Would recommend this Starbucks location.

The morning rush is always hectic but this location is so fast when it comes to the drive thru! I haven’t been in the store yet but i’m positive that it’s the same fast and efficient service! 🙂

Great employees at this location but prices keep going up which keeps me away more often now.

Parking is a little tight but the drive through is speedy. I hit this drive through maybe once a week and I never have to wait very long. Be mindful of how tight the turns are while in the line.

Every time I come here I find the staff surprisingly friendly and upbeat, moreso than any other Starbucks Ive been to. They always get my order right too.

Honestly...Starbucks is Starbucks wherever they are. This one has plentiful parking but has skimpy indoor seating. And again, its Starbucks! Enjoy.

THE WORST STARBUCK, THEY CANT GET MY ORDER RIGHT EVER!! I have to driver to the one 10 minutes away so they dont mess up my order. Pretty bad when I am spending $4 a cup.

Love the baristas there. Never had an issues with any of them and I can count on one hand the amount of times my drink has been wrong(but later corrected) and Ive been coming here for almost 3years now.

Very fast service

I am in this store several times a week. I always order the same thing, nothing fancy. They usually have to do a pour over but thats it. Recently Ive noticed that they will make it and forget it. Tonight I sat for 30 minutes and finally had to ask about it. It had been made long ago and forgotten. When I got it, it was almost cold. I will keep coming in because its convenient, but I will either stop ordering or make sure they dont forget me. Its disappointing that it has happened so many times. They know my order after seeing me to much, but they cant seem to remember to call it when its ready. Tonight it was at the other end of the store, not where they place all other orders when they call them. I watched the barista walk down and see it sitting there, then bring it to me.

The pup cups for my dogs are wonderful. They can enjoy a treat while I enjoy my latte.

I go to Starbucks way too much, and have said this for other locations, but this Starbucks in Crestwood is one of the best. The drinks are consistently made right, the baristas are friendly, and store is easy to get in and out of. The last time I was here the barista that made my drink took the time to ask me how my day was. I would definitely recommend driving a little farther to go here.

I had never been to a Starbucks. I had some time to kill before a doctors appointment so I went shopping at Savers next door the discount clothing store, and then went and got a iced cappuccino to kill time. it was a nice cozy place had good Wi-Fi and seating. A little expensive for my taste though.

Usually I dont go to Starbucks but I thought why not? So I go up and order my food only to find out my card gets declined. So I cancle my order but by the time I cancled the order its already made. I felt bad for not paying but I was worried about my card. So I run up to my bank which is about 15 min walk in the opposite direction and then came back intending to pay for my meal. They didnt charge me for the meal said it was already taken care of. It was very nice of them to do that.

Visit here every Saturday for good coffee and friendly staff.
