A good home appliance place to find what you are looking for

I was happy that I was able to pay off my appliances even though I had to go through the Coronavirus an early retirement I did not miss a payment with the power company thank God God was on my side and the power company I have no problem with them

They will work with you on your power bill to an extent... But they are expensive and of course the only power company that you can get power from around here in Chickasaw.

Really friendly staff and surprisingly good prices on appliances.

The staff has been very helpful everytine Ive been in, especially during the covid period.

I didnt enter the appliance center.I used the outside kiosk to pay my power bill.It DEFINITELY deserves a 5 star rating,I wish they had more of these in other locations

Gayla was absolutely astounding! She is definitely the most friendly, outgoing, and helpful person, I have ever dealt with at Alabama Power. I always try to wait to go to her window. It is always a pleasure dealing with her. She deserves a raise.

The lady that works in the appliance center Tammy is one of the most uncaring people i have ever come across. When I call I tell her I had a house fire and lost my fridge and wanted to know since Im still paying for it is it covered on any kind of insurance. Instead of saying unfortunately it is not and im sorry for your loss she lectures me on the importance of having home owners insurance and kinda rude about it. She dont know my situation and could have shown a tiny bit of compassion. I will never buy from Alabama Power EVER again!

GREAT helpful Staff

I have been forced to wear a mask by powers that be...beyond my control. So...when I go to an establishment regardless of where or what it is...I expect to be allowed to enter to pay a bill or purchase. I was not allowed to do that at Alabama Power when I went to AP to pay my bill.
