I love this store. I got some coolers that is suppose to keep ice for 14 days but it dont but that is OK I can always use coolers if I need them. But guess what? I got some whatknotts as well. I love them most of all. I am enjoying them. Most furniture stores do not sell this 8n their stores. Glad this one does. So I want to still say thank you!! All of you are nice and sweet associates. I look forward to being a great customer for years to come

Their selection was really nice and the customer care is great. The staff is awesome and goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect furniture for your home. They also do whatever the can to make sure you stay within your personal budget which is a huge help. The financing is quick and easy if that is the option that is best for you. Overall it was a really nice, easy experience with a beautiful selection to choose from.

I bought a nice Recliner/Rocker chair from Farmers. Sam was my salesman. He was nice and attentive. He answered every question I asked and if he didnt know he asked. Would definitely tell people to go to Farmers.

*****DO NOT STRP FOOT IN THIS STORE...PLEASE READ***** After 6 months of leasing furniture I have the the lady named Carolyn showed me paying $64.50 a month when I showed proof that I paid $80 to $100 debuted out my account. When I showed this to them they had no clue of what happened to ALL the additional money. Carolyn is keeping customers money and/or not keeping correct track of payments. They could not see all my $100.00 payments made. They are stealing money and the lawn mower did not work after 1 cut to the yard. If your a current customer CHECK YOUR PAYMENTS AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT.

This is the worst place in the world to purchase furniture at. This is the one in Saraland Alabama . I’ve had problems with them day one. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them not even a chair. Today is Tuesday they’re closed on Wednesday I have been calling them and left messages for someone to call me back no one has called me back. Now I can’t get any help till Thursday my bed has been broken for almost 2 weeks they supposed to have ordered rails for it so happened someone called me to remind me to make a payment and I asked have the rails came in she said yes. I was wondering was anybody going to call me and let me know I would not known if someone had not call to remind me of a payment is due. Also my dresser won’t close I asked her about my the dresser they supposed to have ordered for me and she acted like they don’t know what I’m talking about everybody keep saying I’ll call you back the gentleman’s came in took pictures of the dresser and everything and stated they would let the manager know about it so they could order another because you could not fix it now I’m getting upset no one called me about that either little they know they won’t get a payment from me until my bed is fixed and I have a new dresser I guess they don’t care but if I don’t get any results Thursday the news people will be here taking pictures and airing it and I mean that
