Came into the store on Friday 5/28/2021 Sharmaine Was the rep that assisted me. She was very professional, made sure to help me with every aspect of my purchase. Even stayed over almost 30 minutes past closing time! To say she provided A1 customer service would be an understatement. There’s No doubt that this visit was probably the best visit to AT&T I’ve had since I’ve been a customer. I have to add that I’ve never seen anybody put a screen protector on a phone so fast and flawlessly, she should be teaching the class on installing screen protectors!

Paige was helpful with my new phone and help me with transferring all my info over from my old phone

Find another store. Manager is rude, uncaring and from what I seen lazy. Does not stand behind sales, as they have every little inventory. I will go back to the store on Shelton Beach Rd in Saraland or driver to Mobile before going back here. Got the new Samsung S20FE, having issues with touch pad, she tells me I will just have to wait for a phone update, doesnt offer to order a replacement seeing they didnt have another one. Been using Samsung since the S3, this is the worse phone ever.

I went for help to activate my phone 11/13/20 and the guy that was there refused to help me he told me to call customer service and they told me i needed to go in the store. He didnt even try to see what was the problem with my phone how rude. If he wouldve took the time to see my my husband phone would working by now. I will not recommend Noone to go there

Wasnt acknowledged when i came was left standing there for about 15 to 20 minutes without being acknowledged only till another customer came in was i helped, i would have felt better if someone would at least said we will be with you or something not even a hello how are you, was left standing there while personal conversations was being held between an employee and customer

The employees give out misinformation are rid and do not represent the AT&T I have known for 12 years. The manager is unavailable to manage the administrative aspects of the store because hes busy at trying to be Mr. Popular. Go to a corporate store
