All of the 5 star reviews on here are fake ! One visit to this place and you will see what I mean. I cant understand why they are so rude. Dont they know if you treat customers with kindness and respect that profits will go up and you will get more repeat business?

They dont take care of your products after you pawn them. I cant tell you how many items Ive gotten back that you could clearly tell someone had been using them.

They have a manager their named Adrian.....Shes awful, she used to be at the 5 points location, but because of her poor attitude and her standoffish demeanor she was probably moved to the Saraland location. She doesnt have knowledge of the customer or there history. Shes the type that takes a title too serious. I remember she would always address herself as the manager at the 5 points location when she was the assistant, meaning she would hender escalation to the real manager. I recommend not doing business at that location until Adrian is removed.

I went in looking for some power tools to buy.I was greated,welcomed,and assisted. The staff where very helpful, very friendly.

Rude guy that answered the phone! With just a simple question. My call got dropped or hung up on and when I called back he informed me I was not hung up on that I hung up on him! Rude and unprofessional! I was coming in to buy 2 watches but took my business else where! His name I think he said was Aaron

Their employees post items on Facebook market for less than the price in store and claim its a firm price. Not only are the items higher in price but also taxed, if they are even in stock. Its false advertising. And their credit card machines dont work. Will never go back!!
