I had a great experience with the staff here. I need a short term rental for a refrigerator while waiting for mine to be repaired. Delivery and pick up was fast and efficient. The delivery team was very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The store manager was also very helpful. I will definitely do business with them if needed again. Thank you to entire staff at this location.

Worst customer service ever. If youre a day late on the payment they call your phone repeatedly. Ive always brought our account current online and yet when I was laid off during the pandemic, they actually called and lied saying theyd reported the property stolen. When my wife called them they said we were their worst customers. The reviews on here speak for themselves. Stay away from this location. They have no customer service and could care less about anyone. To threaten anyone for being a few weeks behind during a pandemic is disgusting behavior!

I have decided that skytech gaming desktops are just poor quality.They have tons of issues and dont run the way they should.I decided to build a custom PC that I know will work properly for me.I brought in my product yesterday and surrendered it and asked to cancel the lease, the gentleman signed a paper and wrote returned and said I was all set.Received a call today, but was at work.I logged into my rentacenter, lease is still active!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. The manager is the most unprofessional lazy rude excuse of an employee Ive encountered. No customer service skills, no problem solving capability. I strongly suggest taking your business else where. Needed a simple weekly rental and they couldnt complete a simple function. What a joke.

New manager Steve runs a great store. Reasonable and willing to work with clients. Keeps a clean friendly store, asset to the company.

One payment left, washer stopped working!I forgot the employee’s name, but he was very understanding to our needs.He brought out a replacement washer and took ours in for service. He did all of this within 4 hours.I wrote this review assuming We will get our washer back in working order. We paid a lot of money for it.•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Unfortunately we have not received our washer back, we are still using the loaner. I’ve called so many times and they’re telling me different things. I don’t know what to do?

Awesome experience and helped with all my needs. The store manager, Erica, was very helpful. Very understanding about late payments; As long as you’re on time, most of the time!

I have been with this rent a center for so many years. took a break and came back. But I will never go back to any rent a center again. David is the one who has been there forever and the new manager is a dick. Rude. once I pay off my items I am done never to return. Good job good job chasing customers away. All they do is harass you even the same day as the payments due. If David is store manager than thats when I would consider coming back other than that its a no go for me.

They came to deliver a couch and left a huge scratch on my door. I called the manager to see what could be done. Was told she would speak to the her employee and get back to me, still waiting on a call. Which I’m not surprised because it took them a week to deliver it. The guy with glasses Larry or Barry asked me to come help him pick up the couch so he could deliver it faster I told him I couldn’t becaue of my bad back and he giggled. Could of been because he was stoned, which he made plenty of comments about continuously. Disappointed in the overall experience and with my purchasing of anything from these people. Nothing still has been done about my door

I don’t even live in the area but I know that they are the best. Érica is an amazing manager and anyone who says otherwise is stupid. She’s like a sister to me. GO ÉRICA.

So this past week, I was extremely hesitant walking into Rent A center because I need a new washer and unfortunately, like most, I live paycheck to paycheck. Erica, an employee was able to patiently work with me and my financial problems to help rent a washer.Thanks Erica for being patient with me and my 5 kids.

This store is absolutely unprofessional. the manager has been nothing but rude and crude. He brought more used furniture after I told him everything must be brand new. Then proceeded to tell my husband to meet him in the parking lot and act like a man. I have been dealing with rent a center for 16 years and this is by far the worst store I have ever seen.

The store manager erica is very rude likes to call you sweetheart in a nasty tone.

They seemed ok but didnt really have anything I needed PR wanted at my visit here
